Customer are cancelling order after reaching to pick up point this happned twice with me ( travelling 2km for pickup and they cancle order) so please look into it and other point is customer are not putting proper pick up and drop location need to sort this. Apart from this it is good.

My issues as a delivery partner is not being solved. The work is amazing and the pay is good. But the support system is very bad. I have an issue that has been going in from 26th October 2020 and has still not been resolved. I have used the chat support which is given but ut is of no use. I have done 5 different chats but not one has responded properly. Improve your support system please its a good opportunity but the system needs to be better.

Bad Support team for Delivery partner. I have completed my order. As per customers request the parcel was delivered on different location and customer has changed the delivery location as well but still not able to close the order it's still showing in my active order list. And because of the same I am unable to do next order. I have raised complaint on support chat team for two times and also have raised complaint in help option but still there is no resolution on the same..

Seems to be so much problem. There is no support system for delivery boy. Only bot is answering accordingly them . That too take 4 hours to answer. My 293 has been deducted from the app shows paid your payment. But it is not credited on my bank account . I has mailed got reply ot will gets credit in 5-7 days. But it's not happen. Again I has mailed twice then I didn't got reply. Still amount is not cleared. Please check your system. Atleast give chat support for any issue. Please clear mypay

The service is very very poor. I had to deliver an urgent package and hence scheduled the pickup time. Wefast kept me waiting for 4 hours and kept shifting the pickup time forward. There is no customer support and the chat is controlled by a bot. The package had to be delivered at a fixed time, but neither did the pickup happen nor could I deliver at the required time. I had to travel the entire distance and deliver the packet on my own. Would not recommend anyone to use this service.

Locations are always wrong, always we reach to wrong location then we have to request customer for correct location then we have to travel 3 or 4 km extra without any compensation, some customer refuse to share location and tell us to just follow the map.. But your maps are worst.. I have closed order at right location but map is showing 22km away and unable to close order and take next order.. Ticket raised and waiting from 2 hrs still not resolved. Awkward thing is no customer support ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

To star with, yesterday I was able to log in. Today no OTP has been received after several Trials. I am not sure why? I had uploaded the necessary documents but, no update on my profile yet. There are proper things to be maintain in regards to app. Service quality of Customer Service and Delivery Assistance to be raised yet. Slowly and steadily I believe you will be able to do it. I will be updating the review on regular basis after critical review.

No login after log out, but otp comes but fail login, No customer care no. or support, this is the worst app I have registered so far, on my first order I have been asked to dropout and then after no login and to my surprise account un-accessible they have email I'd they should have informed by mail the reasons for dropout and assign a new task, without a proper reason they blocked login and worst is no one bothers, and everthing is fraud abt this app, be careful before u use

Worst Support Service , I've already completed one order on 4th July and now also it's showing pending. I've reported on app as well as on mail but not even a single reply or response from Wefast. They are not worried about their customers as well as of Drivers. Due to that active ( pending ) order , I'm not able to take a new orders. Guy's don't waste your energy and time in this app.

No or very slow support regarding order issues like. Customer not responding on pickup/drop location. And they dont cancel order so you will not get another order. This will waste the whole day earning. No compensation for orders that has been cancelled after reaching pickup point. Also they reduces the prices when petrol prices are in hike. Compare to porter they offer half the price.

This company behaves as if its a very popular and well reowned company. These guys seem frauds to me. I uploaded a selfie they aske me to change it later i uploaded another one they had an issue with it. at last i uploaded a recently clicked passport size photo they still had an issue. and also they had an issue with my adhar card I don't understand what sort of verification method they use that they found my adhar card not acceptable because it didn't have my address mentioned in two languages.

It's a good app for earning money, it needs to be improvised. 1. The pickup and the drop off courier location has to be accurate as it's the loss of time and fuel for going to pick up and drop off for the person who works with wefast. 2. Some customers don't understand the logic of putting the pickup time and drop off timings as they should be aware of the actual travel time which takes to deliver the items. 3. We fast should give the orders to the nearby person available around the Location.

no costomer support number in chat they don't respond i did 2 orders in app it was showing my balance is 105 now when im checking it is only showing 34 rupees worst app total waste of time,fuel and you get no money after if i had money i will sue this fraud company

Its been over 10days now. I have tried all kinds of contact support. Emails, instagram DM ,Facebook message ,chat support of app i have got no replies till now today is 9/7/20. Docs profile all is updated but not being verified. Customer supports not working. There is no contact support option showing after profile completion. How to contact how to get verified i have been fed up of trying. Please don't bully people like this if you can't fix bugs in apps and maintain customer support service.

The worst app ever come across. If you open the app , all other apps are effected , you cannot open any other apps as they just minimise automatically and unable to pick up any orders as this app also minimises automatically. Google map does the same. Several times I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the same problem persisted, until I had to uninstall the we fast app permanently to be able to use the other apps

The support in insane. First of all if you travel to the pickup location which is 30km from your home, the user can cancel the order even after you reach there if they change their mind. The support says that they will give you some credit but then they simply won't. But guess what you have to pay if you choose to cancel. To add more to your misery, I completed around 50 orders and I am rated 4.8 stars. They decided to temporarily block me without giving any reason and now its more than 3 days with endless mails. It was my full time work and now I am almost jobless. Seriously man!!!

Mostly Earnings are low based on distance to cover, and poor interface u cannot cancel the order directly once you take it you have to send a chat message to the team and they have to cancel it,sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I requested an order cancel 1 day back and it is yet to be withdrawn because of that I am unable to take other orders.plz team look into it.

istanchai hot hai. Translate text with your camera This app is not suitable for bulk purposes. There are many flaws. payout is very low Location marking is totally wrong No help support Mobile hanging Many orders are fake If update weigh is Up to 10 kg but an actual weight of good are more then +25 kg many time Wrong address has been updated. In order pickup distance show 2 km but it's actually more then +4 km and drop show 10 km but it's will be 20 km. Pay out as per 10 km (80 or 90 rs)
