Had placed an order, the delivery guy didn't pickup the phone after collecting the order. And, surprisingly there's no way you can get in touch with customer care for help. The only way is to chat with them, and they mention that "they'll reply in less than 20mins", but i never got a reply on my issue. Worst experience. The user experience of the app is also very bad.

I wanted to buy medicine and pick some food from my relatives home. In the app, there is an option for multiple delivery points, but couldn't find multiple pick up points. In pick up section, you can add additional services. But the courier person doesn't receive the notification about being it the second pick up point. Your service is good, and quick. But guys you should work on the UI and UX. The options should be more intuitive. I always have to clarify the details to the delivery person.

App doesn't have refund feature for courier which is not delivered. There is no customer support.

Very helpful during this time. For a fraction of how much travel would cost, you can send items/documents/food across from one end of the city to the other-and back. This app is a godsend when you're unable to make the trip yourself without dropping a bomb on the commute. One suggestion for improvement: instead of the GPS location, allow us to input our address manually at least. For instance, my building actually shows up on Google Maps, but when I added it, it defaulted to the area instead.

The on ground services are pathetic. You will book on the app in 2 mins but spend 2 hrs haggling with the actual delivery person. They can't come. They can't come now. They won't go to the location. Absolutely useless.

Worsttt app my prepaid order has not been assigned to anybody since 1 hr and nither I am able to cancel after that I closed the app and reopen shockingly I am unable to see that order in history. Customer care is not reachable they are saying raise ticket but my order is not listed in the order history hence I am unable to do so. I also wrote email but negative response yet

Their delivery service is very poor. Payment system is very poor and support is almost non existent. Delivery agent accepts the courier, starts the journey and immediately calls the customer telling that pick up is not possible and customer should cancel the pick up. Upon cancellations, customers are charged Rs.40 as a fine. For cancelled orders there are no refunds received. I am never using this app for any courier services.

First time expeirence was itaelf very disappointing. I kept on waiting but pickup never arrived. No way to track if pickup rider is moving or not.

This is worst app, No proper ui and indications if delivery guy is assign, coming or will take time! My money got deducted and no update on my order. No way to contact them! Help section is also disgusting.

Terrible experience. Delivery guy refused to sign on visitors book and threaten me to not to deliver the parcel if I won't pick the parcel from the main entry gate. He fought with the security guards and the society members who were simply telling him to sign on the visitor's book which he didn't want to and was taking the forceful entry in the premises without following the orders. Even after telling him over calls just to sign the visitor's book and get it delivered at home, he refused to come

They booked an order, cancelled it by themselves and refund also not provided.. would suggest not using this app for any goods transfer.. My crucial time was wasted and important things didn't reach on time..

Very disgusting service I booked two wheeler for parcel and courier didn't reached on time at pickup point as he was not having two wheeler when I asked why then courier guy replied we do all dilevery like this only I tried to complaint but there is not customer care service available any where to complaint I want to raise an complaint or may be company know that this peoples don't have vehicles that's why they have removed the option very bad experience

The courier guy never picked up and abused me and the calls are not even recorded at their end which is so unprofessional. Have no way to contact the customer care people. Very unsafe app. 4 hours and then came with a cancellation option with a fat cancellation fee. I should have been compensated in return. Wasted my time and energy. Such app should be banned. The worst app ever. Shame on the founder. The way I was abused I should even sue the founder. Playstore should remove such app! Poor

horrible experience, delivery partner asked me to cancel the request from we fast and book it with him on one on one basis and after my refusal he picked up the packet, post that no respone more than 3 houre packet not delivered and on top of all, the app doesnt have a customer service desk (call center, email, bot nothing) look like a fraud app. please dont use.

I have been writting to customer care again and again for help but there is no as such options in this app..... As someone else has been using my account details from another device, and there is no track of it..... what kind of survice is this as there is breach of privacy, i still request customer service to resolve this problem asap....how could an user trust on any such apps please reply and fix the problem as i am sure there must be lot other who has been facing the same issue with this app
