The worst trading app I have ever seen too slow it supports rug pulls don't give u any tool or features to look for scam cant customize if u ask about rug pulls in telegram group u will be banned if u ask on support they say they can't provide assistance. i would rather use BINANCE OR COINBASE rather then these apps. If u want to trade spots rather use AXIOM OR BULL X. WORST experience if u want highest risk and highest loss with no profit use weex.

very poor service I have registered almost 10; days ago and diposit usdt and do trading... but I still didn't receive my new user bonus and future fund transfer bonus... In new user bonus it's showing reviewed form last 7 days and future transfer bonus it shows claimed but I didn't see any bonus in my asset section.. when I contacted costomer service they don't have any proper reply always says the keep wait patiently...very poor service

this exchange is full of falsehood first they'll tell you join as a first user and link email and phone you'll get 100$ futures bonus but when you do all these things they'll stop responding in customers service when you try to complain, frustrated. just deleted the account

I have used exchanges like Binance, BingX, and Gate.io, but in my experience, Weex is one of the best. After Binance, it might be the most suitable exchange for traders.

Stay away from this exchange. they wiped off a friend's $40k and no positive solution till date. they force close trade if it's going in your favor. they restrict withdrawal as it pleases them. they set a limit to what you can trade if you are actually trading well. giving you a little maximum. don't waste your time on a scam exchange as WEEX.

Your UI is fast, but the experience is unsatisfactory. So many features that are necessary that you don't have -- 1: when creating or editing a futures order, TP/SL should be EASILY settable in terms of ROI or PNL, not only price. 2: Add a red indicator dot on the order book to show the user how close his limit order is getting to the market price. 3: Add CHASE feature. 4: Add trailing-stop. 5: If user sets order type to Limit, it should remain on Limit until changed. 6: Add API and API docs.

You need to add timer to the chats, so I can see how many minutes are left, also you need to fix the screen, I can't even view points without my open position covering it. I want to be able to the my TP and SL on the chats.

This is obviously one of the best trading app I've seen so far, I could have given 5 star but I'll like to recommend some adjustments. Weex team should help with calculating potential risk and profit when placing trades as it's in other trading app. Its dangerous placing trade with knowing the risk involved

I really like this app, but one thing is very annoying, that is, if the account verification is canceled in some way, there is no other option to verify it.I request and hope that you will resolve this issue very soon and make arrangements so that failed accounts can be re-verified.

worst exchange I've ever used. full of bugs and glitches. they did not honor the sign up bonus for my VIP referral link. Or the 20% deposit bonus, no coin margin options, I have to repeatedly open and close the app because it does not show my open positions/orders, and lastly there is no way to turn off email notifications so every time you trade opens/closes or moves several percent you will get an email cluttering up your inbox with no option to disable them. use Blofin, Zoomex, Mexc, kucoin..

They froze my account several times because I was winning too many trades to fast. It's been like 2 weeks, and they still haven't helped after spending over 10 hours trying to get this settled. They want to freeze accounts and steal money from accounts without KYC, united states citizens be warned! They want to get so much information off of you after in order to unfreeze. They now want a video of the inside of my house and me in it and outside. Very fishy company. Use bitunix if anything!

I'm so in love with Weex — it's really the best trade app available for beginners. It's been over three months since I installed it, but I only want one thing back: the account value graph history. I didn't use it until the last seven days thinking nothing special about it, and now it isn't there — just the circular chart. When I verified my account a days ago, they rewarded me 20 USDT futures trading voucher, and I made some profit using only the voucher, but I can't track how my account.

scam. I tried the platform for 2 days. I deposited 500$ and turned it to $900 on 2 trades..Then i got scammed, I clicked on copy trading and saw the first trader there has a return of 2,000% in 3 weeks and 97% success rate. I decide to test it out with $100. It gives the option of selecting how much you want to trade and I put 100 to test it. It immediately liquidated me for my entire account of $900.

They say there is no need of verification for withdrawals. Now they said my account has to be verified which will happen in under 2 mins. The verification failed and they told me to send video and stuff. After providing everything they asked for, now they say the verification may take 7 days to complete. All this trouble for an account with 2300$, where I haven't even made any sort of profit. Update: revised to 3* since the issue got resolved

Way too many bugs and issues now that i started using the app more so I had to change my rating to one star rating. Constantly have to close and re-open the app because it will not show what positions I have open. Other times I want to open a long or short and it shows I have no funds available and when I look at my balances, there is plenty available so I have to close and re-open the app multiple times before it works. Other times, the buttons just won't work to open a long or short. Garbage!!

Good exchange at first with a lot of reward opportunities. However, after a while, they will block you from getting rewards (even with NO warning that you was doing anything wrong) and when you ask about it or how to fix it, they will not give a straight answer and leave you even more confused, and of course, no phone number to actually call and talk to them.
