I've been using WeBull for quite a while. I really like it because it gave a more professional/serious approach to new investors. The interface was nice and smooth. The new upgrade is terrible. It is way too saturated on the screens therefore you can't find things easily. Also, it crashes. I've lost chances of making profits cuz it is so confusing to use. If I wanted a childish broker, I'd be using Robinhood... They're way better and easier to understand. Please, bring it back.

Wow. How stupid are these ppl? There are a lot of features. It's very overwhelming for a beginner. The tools work, but they're very jumbled and poorly designed. It's like stock nerds vomited an idea and everyone went with it. But it's horrible for looking at stock charts. The detail is very small, and trying to zoom in on charts is a nightmare. It's not intuitive at all.

There is so much going on in the app. It looks good but it is so unintuitive. A classic case of form over factor, the UI looks great, the UX is awful. Not to mention the random popups that will full screen appear while I'm trying to figure out how to navigate the app. This thing is filled to the brim with bloat and features that don't make sense. Why do I want to physical talk to my broker app? Focus on making things usable before stuffing every feature known to man into your product

Loved the old app layout, but now the updated version is making me want to switch brokerage accounts. It's huge and cartoon like and unnecessary. Webull used to be my favorite, all the information I needed while being easy and accessible. They need to either switch back to the old layout or add a toggle option in settings to allow people to choose which version to use. No reason to "fix" what was such a good thing! =(

Terrible new update. What were they thinking? I can't even see the grid and axis tick values for stocks. There is literally a number at top and bottom of axis, totally dysfunctional. Am I supposed to guess what the values are in between and then press on screen to see value by cursor? This is grade school graphing 101 problem. Amongst other problems, the cartoon enlarged font does not help. Agree with all other users, the latest updates have severely crippled the usability of the app. F--

Beaucoup charts and graphs comparisons, watchlists, and very responsive customer support for newbies. They don't do the reading/education FOR you, but they point you in the right direction to read and learn the jargon and trading language needed to understand what you're supposed to do. They have a large and robust glossary of terms and a good well-equipped learning center right on the app. For those who are lazy and don't want to do the reading to educate yourself, not for you.

This was a good trading platform. Some found it complex, but that's what I liked. Lots of info available for you. Worth learning how to use...if you don't mind relearning it every few months. Webull tech team. Please go easy in the updates! Bug fixes and occasional useful additions are welcomed. Changing the format and moving important resources every couple of months isn't. I still haven't finished finding features that you moved the location of 2 updates ago! Now there's another?! I'm scared..

User Interface is so Annoying. I would like to just be able to hit a single button and search tickers while in the trading interface. Once there, I would like to be able to easily bring up the options chain. And then, once there, I would like to easily view all available options. But there's tons of scrolling involved, making it pretty annoying to compare options/tickers. Edit: 1 year later and it's still just as bad. Worse, even, because your charts don't display anymore. Crazy.

Great app have you for years. Continued upgrades, most of which I like. Very good charts, information. Like the fact I can swipe left and right to move through the portfolios which I have sorted by gains. Once in a portfolio one can swipe right or left to move through the charts in the portfolio. Great for stock screening. One thing I'd really like is the ability to import and export the portfolio symbols.

Good app. I didn't find there stock trading automation functions (l.e. buy when price is less than X and sell when it is bigger Y) but they, I hope, will add that. Also, when you remove a ticker from the watch list, app will scroll list to the beginning. It is annoying if you have 500 or so positions list. It could be good when the focus will be pointed to the previous or next to deleted position. Overall, this app have good interface.

New update for Samsung s23 ultra is trash. They removed the prices, so its just the best guess on your indicators and prices. It doesn't show the charts and sub chart data points. It was great until the recent update. It even unsaves your setup and reverts it back to some older version of your setup. The apple version is fine, but the android version is just unusable as all key data is now gone or doesn't read or display it. Talk about the biggest fail you can commit to an update.

Initially I really loved this platform but my opinion has changed. For the last several months I have noticed when I'm up a significant amount on a contract by $200 or money the platform does not display the value of the contract at open and delays the selling until price starts to drop. This always happens when I swing a contract and try to sell at open. It delays it anywhere from 5 to 10 min. Some of my peers noticed the same thing.

Please fix your bug related to the options menu and the time frame. Selecting anything other than 1min, after you exit and reenter the screen, will change it back to 1D. It does not respect which time frame you last used. Edit: you say to leave in app feedback? How about showing how one can do that. Reducing to 2 stars. Problem still is there. Annoying as hell.

At this point Webull is prob in the top 3 stocks options trading apps you can have on your phone. I use it everyday. Edit: wanted to add that this app, since i reviewed it, has constantly been adding feature after feature to the point its almost a one for all. Like it's close to being the only source you need for information and executing buys and trades. They want us to be able to log into Webull and be able to do everything, all in one place. Love it, love Webull : )!!

Is switching from landscape to portrait on a tablet constantly causes issues. Otherwise I enjoy the app. I like the user interface as well as all the options and the ability to chat with others. Good platform for all levels of traders. Ok everything works better with tablet version. However it would be cool if you made it so that all my settings transferred. Only had a few set so wasn't bad for me but probably annoying for others with lots of settings.

I really enjoyed the app. It was the fastest way to make trades, I loved my customized interface, the vast amounts of information available, the turbo feature with limit orders - the app itself is amazing. Here's why only 2 stars. 1) the cost of margin is too high 2) this is the only app to deny me a margin account 3) my promotional credits for inviting friends were disallowed due to minor technicalities 4) Roth IRA promotion misleadingly takes years before it

It has been a journey entering the world of investment and trading. I started about 3 years ago and without experience. There's a lot that goes into it, thankfully webull has had an explanation for every question that has pop into my head. If you are starting your journey too this is a good first step. If you don't mind learning and keep in mind that the risks are real then webull will make it feel easy. It's a great application and from the time I installed it to now I haven't had any issues.

They took away the comments section. No more discussing, sharing technical analysis, or seeing a general sentiment for the stock. Handicapping retail investors yet again. Edit: they updated their guidelines, and you had to go into the filter settings to get a pop-up and accept their new terms. However, for me. The pop-up did not show up. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Wish there was a notice issued about the steps people had to take. Rather than make people figure it out themselves.

App is easy to use. However, the charts are inconsistent and will change the high and low prices for time periods already past when switching time frames. This makes it difficult to verify trend lines. Also, every few days, I have to link my bank account all over again, which makes depositing additional funds annoying. Today, I've already linked my account 3 times, and when I attempt my deposits, it's telling me to link it again. I'm not sure what to do. I guess try again tomorrow.

I like that it has the option to give advanced tools unlike Robinhood. However, as a person who does not have advanced knowledge on the market-tools, I wish the app offered a way to minimize the custom lists. 2) The Positions chart should have a "Total overall loss / gain" in addition. I found myself looking for absent common columns that should be in the Lite version.
