Great app but the last update was a downgrade. Setting the widget to transparent no longer makes it transparent. The widget also now keeps randomly saying that it failed to get weather info, which it never used to do.

Yet again the widget has broken since the last update. It no longer updates. EDIT: Just reinstalled on the off chance the widget problem had been fixed. It hasn't, how hard is it to make a widget work. Seriously, I suspect nothing is actually being done to fix it

The past few days, the widget has been displaying 'Weather data is not available.....' however, if you refresh, it appears but then goes back to the message. Unsure if there's been an update and perhaps a slight bug?

Widget keeps showing unable to show location data, and can't open the app 4/5 times. Used to be so good. Now widget doesn't work and it's full of ads Update: location is anywhere in Sydney. I've tried Redfern, Petersham, Newtown, Sydney, none work. Live location doesn't work either.

App is great but widgets no longer work. The 4x1 widget I use was working fine up until about 2wks ago. Then it started telling me ,no weather data for my location. I was opening up weatherzone, through the widget, to get the weather and then the widget would start working again. Today, I got sick of this and thought Id try an app reinstall. Now none of the widgets will appear on screen.

Just like the other recent reviews, since the latest update the widget doesn't auto refresh. Keep getting "Weather data is not available for your selected location" message till I manually refresh. I've removed the widget from the home page and reinstalled it but keeps happening. Hopefully there'll be a fix for it asap

Updated to start paying for this app again. Even after the slow update times that I've sent enquiries for in the past. Now I've started paying again. I get 'Weather data is not available for selected location' Yes the app is up to date so it's not that. Such a shame. This app is always 1 step forwards, 2 steps backwards.

I've paid a lifetime subscription for the pro version in 2012. It was a standalone app - paid for upon downloading it in app store They've now changed pricing structure, paying to upgrade within the app & deleted the pro version, so it's no longer available to download in play store -the customer upgrades "in-app". This is forcing me to pay for something I've already paid for, at 500% mark up - on a yearly basis - not lifetime this is immoral -developers-not replied to email

**Updated** September 2024, I didn't think it could get worse but it has after this last update. Just says unable to get weather data. At this point it is only good for the clock. It's disappointing and very slow now. After every update, the widget stops functioning.

Since updating phone the forecast widget no longer refreshes. This has been my goto for forecasts for years. Have to open the app to get updated info. 17/09/24 Updates through, clock is better but still has issues, loses weather regularly, weather forecast widget still has same flaw, data refreshes only when I resize the widget.

Accurate temperature unlike almost every other weather app I've tried. It matches Bureau of Meteorology. Some widget issues from time to time. Only issue stopping 5 stars is that widget supposed to update as per choice in settings. I have it updating every 15 minutes but often fails for a significant time so have to manually update. A good ACCURATE weather app. I am puzzled why so many apps fail to show anything close to correct temperature.

The weatherzone widget constantly shows "weather data is not available for the selected location". I have manually selected my location, reset the app, checked for updates... So sick of this app not working unless I click on the settings then exiting the app to see if it works. You guys really need to work on your app and making sure it works, especially with the current volitile weather patterns.

I had a paid subscription from way, way back... and I've just changed my phone to a Flip 6 now it's saying the pro version is not supported on my device. I tried accessing the subscription from within the app but it just spins.... why would the ad version be supported but not the pro version? Edit: raised a ticket as per response on the 31st July. Still no response despite following up. Edit: still no response for over 2 months.

I love this app and have been using the pro version for quite sometime. However, I am having a problem with the widget not picking up my location. It states "data not available for this location". I've never had this issue until updating a week or so ago. I have to try to refresh it a few times or go into the app for it to come up. Very frustrating, especially since I'm paying for it.

I find that the radar is lagging at least 5-8 minutes behind the current time which is unacceptable. I had another app on my iphone which was extremely accurate but I have changed to Samsung and that app is not supported. I compare weatherzone radar with the BOM app. BOM is accurate, Weatherzone is way off the mark. Is this a normal issue with the app?

What have you done to the font? Are you trying to discriminate against those of us who have to wear glasses? The latest version of the app ignores the font settings of the phone, ignores magnification, drops the font to the smallest available on my phone. I used to love the app but it's become pretty much useless to me even with my reading glasses. I cannot recommend this app whilst this issue is in play. I'll give it a week and if not fixed I will have to uninstall and go elsewhere.

Why did you have to mess up with a perfectly good app? Issues I've seen since the last update: If switching from portrait to landscape view the videos will re start and you end up watching one video but hearing 2 overlapping recordings. These recordings don't stop if you quit the app. The app keeps asking me if I want to enable the location services. I don't, so stop asking me!! Sadly this app has become an annoyance and had to go.

Downloaded the app and everything seems good...except I can't change the location! I originally tapped "find my location" (or whatever it says) and it chose Detroit. Not too bad since I am in Michigan, but I'm in Roseville. I've tried typing in the city name and the zip code and it just sits there and stares at me...

App not ready for prime time and simply does not work. Tried to use my location but the app could never find it so I used the "enter location option". I live in one of the capital cities of the USA and the app could not find my city after manually entering it. Yes, my internet is on and is very fast and location is enabled on my device. Seriously doubt this app has the acclaim boasted by its makers. Will look elsewhere for a working weather app.

I do love this app for its accuracy! However, I am having a problem with the widget not picking up my location. It states "data not available for this location". I live in a major city so I know my location would definitely be available! I have to refresh it a few times for it to come up.
