After the update the game keep stopping. Even after 2 updates whenever i open it, it'd still keep crushing i have Samsung note 9

This is a decent watch app but misses some important features. 1. In the Watch Faces function it does not have an area for dowloaded watchfaces. This is important because you might have a set of favorite watch faces you want to change easily. Since most watches only allow 1 extra watch face to be loaded at a time. So it would be very helpful to keep the watch faces you like in a downloaded section. 2. A new feature to bring over watch faces from another watch app.

Screen Timeout is 5 min which is huge. No option to reduce it to 5 sec or 10 sec. It drains a lot of battery. No Firware upgrade of S4 like S5 Max.

Very buggy, Can we have option to run all the tests one after the other with single button, if that also can be scheduled. Also no manual way to fire ECG..only shedding option seem to exist..

Software needs lot of upgrades. ei, internal cycling will only record if you keep moving your hand. Only peddling does not record anything.

Fix this app. You have to get a verification code to log back in via email but you can't exit the app to check the email because it resets absolutely everything. This app is completely useless.

Latest update introduces ads for Temu upon opening the app! Shame on you developers! As if it wasn't bad enough that you're most likely harvesting all types of data and sending it back to mainland China you now show me ads when I open your app?! Resolve this asap, or I am uninstalling this app, and smashing this watch with a hammer! //Update, uninstalled, destroyed watch, never purchasing anything from WearPro/DT again! A $20 watch isn't worth my personal information going to the CCP!

They put ads in a commercial application! Not only you buy the watch, they sell clock faces now in the application, but the latest insult is they run ads making this app much more annoying than most of the free apps. Play store should have negative score for this kind of applications.

Worth every penny. Slight issue with firmware around dial updates and holding on to Bluetooth connection. But otherwise great purchase. Would appreciate more watch faces to choose from. Update: Unfortunately the app has started shutting down very often almost daily if not more and the watch too.

This app used to be OK, but now you have to pay for the good watch faces that used to be free. You can only have one custom face installed at any time so if you change the face, you now have to pay to download again. They have also put many features that were free behind a VIP paywall. Unfortunately you need to ue the app to use the watch, so it feels like a scam now.

The watch bound to bluestooth fine and the app when initially installed found the watch fine. Only big issue was when I was out of range of the phone, it would stop connecting. Earlier today I updated this app and it seemed to work fine until again I got out of range, and now the app fails to find the watch. Forgot in Bluetooth, and readded it. Now Wearpro will not see it at all. Reset watch to factory default, rebound BT, Wearpro still doesn't see the watch. What gives with the new update?

I received my smart watch today and was excited to get it set up only for it not to connect to my phone at all. Very frustrating I spent over an hour trying to set it up and it doesn't work. I'll have to send the watch back if this doesn't get fixed. However I love the features heart rate, blood pressure, pulse oz, even temperature. I got the watch for the calling feature as well but it works although I still can't sync the date and time. Is there a way to do it manually? Or it's going back.

Just got it and was easy to set up. Others I've had were hard to set up hard to see. Wasn't accurate. This one seems to be exceptional. We'll see in a week or so. Love the features. The look is so easy to read so easy to use even without your phone. Love the 60 day return policy. Love the 5 year warranty. Great price. Don't have anything to lose to try the smartwatch. FREE RETURN IF UNHAPPY 60 DAYS

Not bad software at all. Seems to hold connection fairly well. Like others we could use a few more comprehensive faces. One major problem with the dt100 pro max is that the tilt to view cannot be suspended at night without disabling it manually. If you forget, your partner has a flashlight in their face every time you move! My advice is add it to the do not disturb profile. All in all not bad. A few updates and this would be a very good app. I am looking forward to future updates. UPDATE: Be aware that the run or walk tracking in the app does not work at all even after making the necessary adjustments to android. I am lowering my rating from 4 to 2 stars as this is essential to any smartwatch. UPDATE: 1/10/2022 GPS is still useless and will not track any walks or runs. Do not disturb still doesn't disable rotate to view. Don't see any improvements since last 2 updates.
