Very bad it refused my registration showing message (invalid data) without saying what is the invalid data exactly!!!! لا يقبل التسجيل مع عدة محاولات ووضع كل البيانات المطلوبة ولا يبين ما الخطأ بالظبط!!!!

One of the worst applications I've dealt with over the past years. It does not deserve to be uploaded to the Google play platform. Please remove this application as soon as possible

It's the worst app ever. It doesn't open even though i have 25 mb in my package, and I want to renew it through the app, but it doesn't open How many GIGAS it want to open?! Too much stupidity.

Now it is working, but it starts automatically when phone starts working in the morning. Bye Bye, i will stop it I need the phone battery. Removed the application

I trying many time to login... But it give me invalid number or pin code... It's really very very very bad app. And I lost my money..... And when I go to the store.... They asked me to go to syntral to talk your lost money...😠😠😠😠😠

Not working, I'm getting an internal server error both on Android and ios, even tried to uninstall and install again with no success. What puzzles me, why pay money to advertise such a good for nothing service.

Very bad application, it gives me internal server error. So there is no describitve message for errors to help user. I cannot go through rest screens as O forgot my password and there is nothing sent to me using SMS

Waiting for hours to receive the verification code, it arrives late, then requesting and requesting. My account got locked. Other carriers do not do that. Very bad service, gotmy money stuck, and i can not get it. Complaints took 72 hrs and never got a response.

It keeps saying my number or pin is wrong for several days. Customer service just says to uninstall and to reinstall. No solution whatsoever....

The application worked well two days ago. Now, it gives me a false error about my WiFi and another for my mobile internet connection and they are both good. So, what's wrong with We Pat today?!

All services are really Good .. but I have 2 accounts and can't switch between them easily The app doesn't give the option to open with the other number

Very poor app it needs alot of time for you to be like vodafon cash with easy use and helpful methods even the offers like cashback and backage discount for mobile we needs to develop it's methods

A very bad app. You need a good programmer to make you a good one it's not easy to use, need a mobile data to open and taking a long time to login. Please fix this problem or you will lose alot of customers.

There is a problem with the program, and when I try to withdraw money, it tells me that the process did not work, and I call customer service and follow the steps. And the same problem occurs, until all attempts were made, and until now I don't know how to withdraw my money because I have exceeded the maximum number of failed transactions due to the problem they haven't found a solution. Please help and thanks.

this is a very bad service, this service has technical issues, they closed down my account without me knowing that, i tried to access my account but I can't even access it, my money is in the account and I can't withdraw it ,I have been calling the costumer service for help and they didn't provide me a clear solution for this problem until I made an official complaint, and it took one month until i finally restored my money.

If there is "0" I'll choose it. This is a very bad application, it keeps asking for the mobile number and it either doesn't accept it because it's "invalid!!!!" or it says "you have entered a wrong code too many times, reinstall the application!!!!!!!"

I was just wondering, did a 10 year old develop this app? The reason for this question is that the app simply didn't work, and it also gave me this error message: "The Application is in Debug Mood", once you press OK the app closes, I mean, how is that even an error message? And ffs, "Debug Mood"?!! WE can't hire "developers" who are able to write proper English?? Anyway, there was no rating less than a star which is why I gave it one star.

I get no notifications of someone sending me on my We Pay. Unresponsive, Vodafone works with free data from I just have to have 4G on but We doesn't have that in their application it's sad. The app is unresponsive sometimes and doesn't save log in or add finger print of the phone for easy access.
