Bring back IMPS transfers with minimal commission. Why can't we search for a particular currency under orders while that currency itself should show all buy and sell orders under transaction history EDIT - I finally got some great support from Kunal who was kind enough to call when my bank account was frozen due to pending Re KYC and I started getting my P2P Order executed. He helped me know how to connect with an Agent through Chat and how to avoid P2P transactions which I wasn't aware of!

Please don't fall for crypto performance on the app. Either it doesn't show your portfolio moving as on the global charts, or it comes up with interesting idea for you to share your losses due to poor platform management including "cyber attack"with other existing users like you. So, be careful about your investment on this platform. I have lost mine. Hence warning you all to be careful with yours.

Good Experience but only thing is all the details of a particular crypto not given at one place at the end of the year. I had to calculate total amount of each crypto with great difficulty while filing for income tax. A lot of time went in this. Due to this I would prefer trading in stocks. Please try to improve this.

This app is a completely useless app. I have been using it for a long time. Its process is very slow, worse than third class. If you add funds in it, it will take time, then you find a coin cheap and open it for purchase, then it will open 10 times slower than the government recruitment website and by then the press of the coin will have increased. When I saw this and gave it 1 star, it has started troubling me and now it has locked all my money which is visible in my app account.

I would have given it 0, if there was an option. Despite providing with the correct bank details, verification kept failing. Though UPI option got verified with much struggle but can't make payment. Worse still, when I contacted customer support for manual verification, they have not been able to respond, much less attend to the problem. From what I had experienced, this platform has a very poor customer support. I have installed it for a three year ago. now I have very bed experience with you.

I recently encountered an issue logging into my WazirX account. After posting a review about my inability to access the account, I received a call from WazirX support within minutes. During our discussion, they promptly provided a solution, allowing me to log in successfully in a matter of minutes. I greatly appreciate their support and responsiveness at any time of the day. WazirX is an excellent app, and their customer service is commendable.

Guys please don't use this app.. it is a scam. All the money that I put in this has gone and am left with nothing it is not that I had losses.. the crypto whatever I've invested always goes down and after checking online I came to know that the actual price of the crypto is way higher than it is showed in the app.

Worst experience I 'm having...selling is not proper on time whenever wanted & even while buying it's not getting buyed on proper amount whichever is been set it's taking extra amount.its been many time happened to me when it came to matching price it didn't go sold out & even on the matching price also it's not getting buyed on same price which is totally wrong. I'm trying to sell now & it seems like somebody is playing & not letting me sell my toncoin..what the hell is going on this app.

Worst app I have ever seen in my life. When ever the price are drop and we try to deposit money to the wallet there is error message INR deposit is currently unavailable. Wea re working with the bank partners. Will not recommend to any 1 don't download. Instead of that download some other apps

Very bad customer care support. Not able to connect on call and chat not giving option to write our problem. I think i need to switch to other app. Also my invest amount is showing less amount but no way to connect with them. Very bad customer support.

If there was a option of giving zero star, i would do that. There is no update of giving our money Back after the hack. Worst app. No security. No response from the team. We have lost our trust from this exchange. If you can't handle this situation, sell this exchange to another big player. We want our money back.

It's just Sam bankman or FTX part 2 scam in India. This is the worst experience ever with a crypto trading application I've had. I can't withdraw my money, leave deposits, I'm never going to trade with your application, you guys are not working on anything and my assets have been frozen. I simply can't see live trades on the application and it's now just a dummy piece of UI that's it. Worst application, worst experience.

I'm having difficulty withdrawing my funds and performing trades due to the complete suspension of trading on your platform. This has resulted in a financial loss for me. It's disappointing that the exchange's security measures were unable to prevent these issues. I've found Coindcx to be a more reliable alternative.

One of the worst app I ever experienced in my life, one or other problems they face everyday, download this app to lose your money. Guys there are plenty of better app which provide excellent service. This is the end of the Wazirx. Worst class service, I don't know why all the problems and incident occur with this platform only. In single word I want to describe, be away from this app

This app is a scam, I lost all my money in it. Someone has hacked this app. The whole team is useless and lazy. They have no customer support system. Now they have stopped trading also. I want my money back at any cost. I suggest one thing for new users please don't trade on this app. It is completely scam.

I can give you people minus rating if that option is available. 1. Chatbot support really can't resolve user problems. 2. Neither IMPS nor Standard deposit works. Standard deposit doesn't shows any account details in which user can deposit. IMPS shows details but after adding as beneficiary transaction fails always. 3. Recently added another bank account, got confirmation as verified but now not able to see that in Banking & Payment. 4. Recent hacking incident, not sure how safe is my PI data.

I won't recommend anyone to trade coins at WazirX specially any new comer who's into the crypto platform for the 1st time. It's very confusing & complicated app, not simple to use. WazirX trading fees are very high. I was trying to withdrawal my BTC but found out the withdrawal fees is higher than my actual return, that means I'm getting negative return. I don't know on what based WazirX are charging, are WazirX taking coins as a payment? Guys, don't download this app, CoinDCX Go is better.
