Love the app except for not being able to pick out a certain page without going through EVERY page all over again! AND....it would be great to categorize & compare my item without having to go back & forth comparing alike or similar items. Would like to see FAVORITES grouped. Then be able to side by side compare...especially when one is a duplicate item & be able to choose company, price & color. Very frustrating! I've been looking, but overwhelmed, so haven't made ANY decisions!

I love Wayfair not just for its massive selection, but for its ability to quickly filter and find relevant items. The app historically has been a perfect extension of this. The most recent update has been a step backwards though. Most significantly, I regularly cannot access my saved lists. When I select my saved projects, it just brings up a blank screen that never populates. Very frustrating.

When it works, it's great. However, after the last update, most of the time, no images will load in search or in the item description. I'm disappointed that basic functionality of a shopping app is so poor when other companies seem to have no issues. Yes, it works from their website, but if that's required every time, why bother pushing the app at all? I'll see something advertised, think "I bet Wayfair has it" then remember the app doesn't work and look elsewhere.

This app should be very useful in theory, but in reality it's so glitchy on my Pixel (running latest Android) that it's rather unusable. The app constantly freezes, product images fail to load, the navigation bar gets stuck, filtered search results rearrange themselves randomly, and every once in a while, the app crashes and quits. The funny thing is, everything loads and functions perfectly fine on the same phone if I just go to the Wayfair website on the Chrome app.

I give Wayfair itself 5+ stars. I love their selection and price ranges for every budget. I don't think I can give the app a similar review. Prior to the latest download, it started showing search results, but when you click on them, you get no picture. Now it's started giving me the results I'm looking for, but no pictures of any items whatsoever, kinda makes it hard to choose what you want to purchase. I've tried everything on different devices, and I guess I won't be shopping for a while.

Scroll down, click an item to read about it, and then go back… the app takes you all the back to the top of all the products you scrolled past for 15 minutes. So you have to start over to find your place. It's not very friendly. Better to just browse the website in your Firefox or other web browser. I had to uninstall this. It did not provide a great shopping experience as far as browsing goes.

Update, 6 months later, I try and download the app yet again. Low and behold, it's not working. Go figure. So 0/10 recommend. (Previous rating) 90% of the time, I try to use your app, and either it's slow and closes out of what I'm looking at, or you can't see any other photos at all. Not even the items in your cart. Even on all modern your other website it is same thing, no photos. It's kind of hard to purchase something if you can't even see the picture. LOL

The variety and savings are outstanding. The rules for discounts and free shipping are fabulous. The site is easy to navigate, especially with regard to touching back and forth and comparison shopping amongst other items in "Favorites," and going back a step or two to double check specs, dimensions, pricing, etc.

App is not stable, keeps going back to home screen while on the lists page. Even in lists page, focus moves to the top instead of staying near the last visited item. When I try to view an item from Google search results, the Wayfair app is opened but the item is never shown and so have to manually search for it which is annoying. Support team should test the app before releasing to the customers...

No view in room. I have ordered from Wayfair and like the items and the service but despite all my efforts, the app does not have the option to view in room. I can do it on the Amazon app but that is not an option on Wayfair even though that's supposed to be an option. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared my cache, etc., etc. My phone is the latest version so it's not that. I am hesitant to order larger items without the ability to view in room.

This app is continually an issue on my Galaxy S23 Ultra which is basically brand new. It was a problem too on my Note 10+ so I know it's not the phone. It never returns the URL of ANY product on Facebook or any advertisement for Wayfair...which should be a feature they would certainly want to work. In addition, if I browse through multiple products, eventually the app will become sluggish and then lockup and then crash. This happens almost every single time. It was never this bad.

The app will freeze up, then close and go to your device's homescreen very often and out of nowhere. I love Wayfair, and it is very easy to order things and keep track of your orders on the app. It just gets difficult often due to the app not responding, freezing, then closing. It does get irritating. I've had the app for a few months now, and as many updates as its had, that issue still continues.

The app keeps crashing as you try to scroll through the app! And now I'm unable to see or pay for any of my items in my cart, I tried calling them, but they were unable to assist! I've tried uninstalling the app and then re-install it. That didn't work, I also tried powering down my phone and then re-power it back up. That didn't work!! This is sooooooo frustrating 😤. Wayfair please fix the issue

This app is really disappointing. If I crashed as often as it does while trying to browse the 15 billion items my insurance would drop me. Forget looking at an item and thinking it will save your search...not happening. Constantly have to re-enter all your specifics just because you chose to look at something and decide you want to look at something else.

They advertise an additional discount for downloading the app, but when you go to check out, it says promo code is invalid. The items were not included in their exclusion disclaimer. Also, the app is glitchy, the home page had trouble loading and when you want to talk to customer service, it asks you to sign in even though I am already signed in. It keeps asking that despite being logged in.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get rid of the "price per item" filter setting!!! If I'm searching for a patio furniture set (just one example!) I DON'T CARE about the price per item!!! I want to be able to filter by the TOTAL PRICE!!! Why in the world would you think it is at all useful to filter by "ITEM" price?! Honestly I have encountered MASSIVE frustration trying to use your filters and ended up purchasing from Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, or other vendors instead. Will be doing the same tonight.

I had to update my review from 4 stars to 1. In the last few months, the app has started crashing constantly. I can use the app for 5-10 minutes then it stutters to a stop and CTD. I have tried clearing cache, then clearing data, then uninstalling and reinstalling the app to fix it but nothing works. It works great for a few minutes but that is not good enough to make it useful. Wayfair, please fix this soon.

Wayfair is not willing to work with their customers. I've had a Wayfair credit card for a while, but never had a desire to purchase anything until now. The desk I wanted was $10 over my credit limit and I wasn't able to do a split payment online. I called to do it over the phone and they said they don't do split payments. Ridiculous. I had a "$40 off" my first bill promotion and asked if they could take $10 off the order price and reduce it to a $30 promo. They said they could not. Their loss!

The app was useful, but the new UI change made it really difficult to shop. Instead of being able to easily find categories, you're forced to scroll through a phone book's worth of "You might like this!" content. While this may be relevant to stuff you WERE looking for, this doesn't always help for what you ARE looking for. I hope they change it back, move Departments back to the top, or add a Department button.

I have encountered problem after problem with this app. When I first opened the app it wouldn't show me anything until I found a menu item that worked. When searching for something if I have any filters and happen to add something to my cart there's no way for me to go back except for with the back button on my phone and then it just goes back to the home screen. When I was checking out it wouldn't allow me to add a new card so I gave up and went to the website to finish checking out.
