100% useless for mobile ordering. Since the last update, it never actually puts through my order - it just says "We're awaiting your arrival at the store", even when I've been literally standing *inside* the store for the past five minutes. It has always been glitchy, prone to losing orders, and of questionable utility to begin with (if it doesn't submit my order until after I arrive, I'm not really saving more than a few seconds using the app), but now it doesn't work AT ALL.

Update is useless.. after the update I can no longer log into the app. Seems like many others are having this same issue. I guess timing is just bad but their main competitor just opened a location which is closer to my house. This might be a sign to give them a chance. ***UPDATE*** - After clearing data and cache was able to log into the app. Would've been helpful to email this information since the update was obviously flawed.

This apps functions are awful. Everything lags, delays, takes forever to do anything in the app. Its not the users wifi or phone, as all other apps work perfectly fine on or off wifi. This app needs to be fixed asap. Standing in line waiting minutes for the app to open and bring up the correct screen, nevermind trying to switch between screens, (example: have a reward to redeem and need to scan your barcode) that is impossible, is not ok!

This app needs works. I absolutely hate that I can only use a Wawa giftcard to pay in the app. Which means I can't just pick up my order, I have to stand in line to pay by card, super annoying and inconvenient. Also some food options are glitchy where it doesn't allow you to order them via app. The turkey breakfast club for example, you can select the egg, and bun, but when it goes to cheese it skips over the option selecting no cheese for you. You can go back to select cheese, but no toppings.

Since the new app was released, it has not worked on my phone. Yes, I realize I have an older phone (Galaxy 6) but it's still a phone supported by Samsung. The app freezes on the home screen every time. Attempts to contact Wawa directly lead to suggestions from their representatives such as "Connect to Wi-Fi". Sorry to say that this app is so bad.

I can't use this app at all because it gives me an error every time I try to sign in. I've always had sign-in problems, even before the redesign, but now it seems impossible. My credentials do work on the site but not the app. Update: I saw a solution from customer service in someone else's review, and it worked for me (sort of). I cleared the app storage in my phone's settings, and I also had to capitalize my email address because apparently it's case sensitive! Hope this helps someone.

When it works, its not terrible, but that's very rare. Incredibly slow load times, crashes, and refusal to pull up the barcode for rewards made me put the rewards card back on my keys. Waited near register for 4 minutes waiting on the screen to display, not worth my time. Some stores' menus are incorrect as well, or leave out options for food. The updates apparently won't install correctly except on wifi, and block access to your rewards/barcode until you get the update. Unnecessary.

Unable to see a larger map when picking a store. Unable to navigate to store without opening a separate app and manually entering address. Unable to cancel order when location is wrong. 6/15/22 Unable to redeem rewards. Waiting in line don't have time for coupons to load. 7/20 App takes 30 seconds or more to load. Holding up the line. 4/4/24

Up until recently haven't had any problems with the app other than that it isn't a perfect representation of how the kiosks or website are organized. But now, the Facebook login option hasn't been functioning for over a week now and there's no way to recover the account I have a lot of rewards points on. Really irritating that I have to make a whole new account bc they don't have a way to link 3rd party logins to anything

I absolutely love Wawa. Normally, stop in daily for coffee, gas, cigs or something to eat. It's the rewards that are a problem. The App freezes at Check Out. I've lost 8-10 rewards due to App freezing when it's time to redeem. Once you click on the icon to redeem in store, the bird starts flying & flying & flying; by this time, the lines are so long behind you there's no other choice but to pay for the purchase. Redemption of reward is 'Time Sensitive' (@ Check out) effectively loss of reward.

Used this app a lot and it used to work well. Wasn't crazy about the new rewards system when it was rolled out. However a few weeks ago when I logged on I noticed my rewards points, between 1k and 2k at the time, were gone. Also started getting an error message about the loyalty rewards program every time I tried to place an order, making it unable to order at all with the app. Have cleared the cache and data and uninstalled/reinstalled the app to no avail. Next step is deleting my account.

Works so far. It's fast easy to use. Issue I have is how sensitive the side menu is. Trying to scroll through the menu grabs the side menu and navigates me away from my order. Kinda annoying if I'm being honest. If the sensitivity can't be changed, maybe scroll the menu vertically instead of horizontally. Also, add more questions to trivia, I keep checking, and it's the same 3 questions, and I enjoy trivia, that's more a suggestion.

The app has a lot of good functionality, but suffers from multiple bugs. Some of them would be easily rectified simply with better notifications that it's time to update. Others are more problematic and can create issues when it's time to pick up an order or use points for fuel discounts. Also, the constant requirement for my location bodes poorly for information security. I much prefer to keep that off. Requiring it in order to use the app is unwelcome.

Absolute garbage. I've tried to use rewards points and they disappear without me even completing a transaction. All I do is open the rewards section and click on a coupon to add to a mobile order and the app defaults to the main menu with my points deducted. Really frustrating as I've made it a point to scan my account every time I make a purchase. I was looking forward to some free food as I go to Wawa almost every week morning but I guess they don't want to give it to me.

I love wawa but the app sucks. It's like pulling teeth to get a new debit or credit card on there. I've lost reward points trying to do the in app fueling multiple times. I've contacted the customer service and the response is very generic so I don't think they're even reading it. Also when u order online it doesn't always carry over everything properly. Ex if I ask for barbecue sauce on something, they don't see it at the store so it's left out. Alot of issues that need to be fixed

The layout, features , and design are above expectation, however; the amount of time it takes to load up anything reminds me of internet speeds when dial-up was a thing. At the moment, I cannot log in to my account. The app utilizes the browser by exiting, or sidelinimg the app and all I can get now is an error. I've re-download the app without finding a solution. Wawa.. be better.! I can't even log in now. Just a continuous loop of "login/signup!"

The rewards system is great, unless the store that you order from "doesn't have" the item. Technically it's free money, but when you use them and end up not getting the items, it's frustrating. Also, the app itself is clunky, so unless you've used it a few times, don't expect an easy order.

Well, if you try hard enough, you can order food for pickup/delivery. And it makes it easy to add rewards just by scanning your code in the app. But.....the app itself just isn't intuitive. You'll have to re-enter all of your info every time you want to go back and check/edit your order. And there isn't an option to add a custom tip amount for deliveries. Address information not even staying in filled forms.

App is incredibly slow and unreliable, the GPS does not work most of the time (I was sitting in the parking lot of the store and it wanted to place the order at a store at least 2 miles away...not favorited)...half the time the gift cards I managed to put on there don't show, or only half of it does). If I ever manage to spend the gift cards I can't imagine using this app...too frustrating

Things have improved a lot over time. The new points system is a huge improvement. Some issues: - every time I leave my order and come back, I have to reselect the type of order (pickup always) and the store - it shouldn't keep asking this unless you've closed the app and restarted it fresh - bring on a reward for the sandwich wraps already, it's been a few months, I want to be able to use my points on the one thing I get a lot
