It's good app and easy to use but this can't login one account to the same time in other phone and you have to get approval in login process for that phone from approved phone. If the situation like the phone is lost or can't use the phone when it is broken, what should be done for that account in the phone. So please do about that.

Everything looks so good with latest version 1.4.1.2 but sometimes I has been logged out automatically after a long time of use. It seems only occur on this version and not sure why and what steps make it happen. Can you please take a look on this issue? Or what can I do to avoid it? Thank you!

I strongly recommend not to use this trash app. This app deduct from both sender and receiver when you withdraw your cash if your account is activated. Even if you deactivated that account won't gone forever until you don't complain to the call center. TRASH APP!!!!

Beware your data! I've forgotten my PIN and my account has stopped. In order to restore my account, I've contacted to call center and they ask me about my wallet balance from the e-wallet which I didn't use for a year. It is ridiculous and non-sense that, CS keeps asking me abt my wallet balance which is the one I don't remember. Even I can provide other personal details related to wavepay account. Finally, the result is we cannot continue to restore my account even can't delete my account.

That the really good app. Now we can transfer money easily but sadly that wasn't support global I mean we can't get money from US, and others countries because they all use PayPal and creadit card. We should make an app what can transfer money from PayPal or credit card to Wavepay and transfer money to PayPal from Wavepay. Thanks!

THE LEAST TRUSTWORTY MOBILE FINANCIAL SERVICE IN MYANMAR! This app is full of errors and your account can be locked without any reason. Customer service is not helpful at all. How can they even called themselves customer service if they don't care about customers and their problems? This app is trying to take away our money by locking our accounts for no reason. I strongly suggest everyone to stay away from this app if you don't want your hard-earned money to lose. WAVE IS STEALING OUR MONEY!

Wave app for customers is bloody stupid and always having hell problems. Why is the technical error happening quite frequently and hard to login? This has been to me for a thousand times and the customer service couldn't help me smooth after even taking so many days to get back my account. The staff are useless, helpless and don't deserve to be in the customer serive, they shoud get a reading job instead. Appearing such annoying errors is extremely disappointing. Shame on Wave Money Company.

Lately, almost always stupidly saying "unknown errors" or "something went wrong" even though I entered the correct informations. Worst digital payment application ever! Customer service is terrible, too. They don't even understand the questions we ask. We ask something, they reply another thing.

To all new users, don't use this app.It is untrustworthy. When u deposit your money in, there is no way to get them back. For my experience, I can't even withdrawl my money back. It says your pin is incorrect everytime, even your pin is correct. U can't even change yor pin back. Their server sucks. U will have to wait loading times which is really annoying,when u do something. The customer service also sucks. They won't answer your call, when u need help. What a shame!!!

The worst app I've ever use. Although I started using this app today, my account was locked while I was just creating for the first time. And the customer service wasn't really helpful, he said my account is locked because it was inactive for 180 days. I told him I started using it today and he continued saying about inactive for 180 days things again. Felt like he was a lifeless robot who was just reading his script. Besides cash in not available from cb bank and kbz banking isn't in the option

This app is going to update and fix some bug for 2 days but they didn't notice us first ! Only thing they say is sorry for the problem ! There is no responsibility for their actions! This app give us the worst service ! They didn't respect on their customers! Do what ever they want and only say sorry ! They didn't even worth a star !

Don't use this app. This app is unreliable mobile banking to use. I topped up bill and the bill did not come in. The customer service said the transaction was successful and I had to wait for the bill come in before Apr26 because they had an error. Customer service is also terrible. I tried so many times to contact them and they hanged up while talking. They said it was because of error. Don't use this app. They have so many errors.
