I love the app, but I have submitted my passport photo for verification, unfortunately it's being declined all the time! I don't have a national ID at the moment, but I have a passport. Since the passport has only one side of identity details, I used the same side of the passport for both the "front and back". It was clearly taken, but why is it being declined ?

Wave is such a very wonderful app were you can save your money without going into many procedures the only problem we are facing as a customer is that they have to improve the security of it

A friend based in Canada introduced that I download this app. I did but I was baffled when my country - Nigeria was not listed! Why are the West African countries not listed? This friend was able to send money to me using this app from Canada. I got the sent money in less than 5 minutes. Please allow this to work for me in my country - NIGERIA

With wave I work super faster and no hustle. Best way to control payment from my customers once service is done .. all I wished for them to adjust is connecting it to the bank account for deposit and transfer

Wave has made transactions easier, but Gambians face issues with agents who often refuse withdrawals, only accepting deposits. This forces users to find agents willing to process withdrawals, even when there's one nearby. To improve the app, it should allow resending money from transaction history without re-entering numbers, simplifying repeat transactions, especially for small frequent purchases. Additionally, increasing the PIN length beyond four digits would improve security.

It's a good app but most agents don't want to withdraw here in the Gambia,they like it when you want to deposit but not when you want to withdraw, that system should be changed or else many people will abandon it including my self. And also, after hiding a transaction you cannot unhide it again. The password required to open the app is very short it should be more than four numbers . Thank you.

I really love this app it's a the best money bank app but I have one complian das the bewinner. You guys should not allow the bewinner to take part in this app because me and my fellow bet players are going to bankrupt despite the fact that we deposit through wave this is making many people's to go bankrupt. So please if you will change it please do it for the sake of us

It's a very good app but u guys need to work with other wollet apps to enable us to send money to those using other apps like PayPal or even n other money apps in Gambia

Wave is a good app but the only issue is you have few agents in wakiso it forces us to walk long distances just to deposit and withdraw. Its tiresome but for the app services are very good.

Very useful, but I don't know what are they waiting for to add statistics and and expenses tracking, and maybe some saving account that can be locked for a period of time ?? That would be great
