Bad user experience with sign in journey contributing to wasted points. The app updates often (for better or worse), but you get logged out after the update. Hence, you need to sign in again. This take so much time, especially when you're already on the cashier with a long line behind you. It doesn't make sense to update and do a password reset in awkward sitatuons like this.

worst app i've ever used. placed an order for almost a week now, couldn't even see tracking info of my order. i tried to contact their customer support, lo and behold, they're unresponsive. will uninstall this app once i got my hands on my order.

It is very convenient because I don't need to go to the store to shop and look around. the downside is the app is very loading, When looking for item stock in the store I, have to research the store again 👎 there should be an option where I don't need to research the same store location again, and lastly the freebie item is not available when I check out my items. The app needs more improvement.

Customer service is horrible. They sent me an incorrect product, and its been almost a month, and still no reply. If you're beating the lines, sure, but the app itself is buggy.

Been trying to order thru express delivery for almost a month now but to no avail. I always encountered errors in this app. Either no items showing, cant proceed with express checkout, or delayed OTP, and worst no OTP at all. Really, what is this app for?

Watsons app order is terrible. Order tagged delivered but I couldn't even track it. It says no order found. It was paid online too. And no customer service can assist. Only automated replies and chat won't work. It's all false advertising. Don't order..

Update: can't even login now and the otp they send doesn't evrn work! Lots of bugs and slow loading most of the time. Available stocks for medicine does not refresh right away. If you try placing an order and you cancel the payment, the stocks for prescriptiom medicine do not update and you can no longer choose the branch for click and collect. Watsons didn't bother to test their system throughly before launching. This is a poor excuse of an app. Watsons has the worst quality service.

Don't use this app, full of glitches and slow. I managed to place my first order, the store called me and told me the product was almost expired and I should cancel my order. I got off the call to notice the delivery was tagged delivered. I didn't receive this product, I paid online, no refund. Save yourself the stress 😡😡

Edited my review. Before ordering either Click and collect or for Delivery were easy now, it barely to not showing any store near me despite having 4 within my area. For delivery, its now not recognizing the billing address I always use because its the most accurate PIn for my residence. Now, it forced me to drag and drop the Pin to my address but what was noted is the neighboring barangay. Had issues like this with other apps and delivery drivers are always confused with the address!

Not a great app. It is hard to use since there is no cancellation button, even you have just accidentally ordered it for 1 second, and the agents are not responding well

It's very disappointing for the first timer who ordered on their App.. that day they canceled my order and until now, it's been 9 days now and the refund worth 793 pesos has not been received! I have emailed them, messaged them on Instagram, chatted on their Facebook page.. but still no refund.

Refund reversal via credit card takes too long. It's more than a month already on my end since cancelation, and CS was just unhelpful and repetitive with the situation. They keep blaming their finance department. I would think they're still using my fund to invest on crypto or something. I will advise everyone against canceling their order with this app to save you the trouble and stress of following them up. Its better to just walk in on one of their stores and purchase straight to the counter

not user friendly,though there are choices what way you want the products either to pick up or deliver,seems they want to deliver..there are 4 watsons store in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental where i'd like to pick from but they (watsons) insist to deliver..why cant just i pick it up..i keep ticking the pick up choice yet it wont respond

Horrible app. So frustrating to use. Just made me waste my time. Kept saying error. Can't even send a message to support. It asks me to input a valid first name when it's the app that automatically input my name, lmao. Decided to forego linking my member account to avail of discounts, and just checkout but even that was so frustrating. Had to keep restarting the app coz it kept freezing. Says my order is entitled to free delivery but the delivery fee is still in the total. What a joke of an app.

(2/2/23) I find it useful in finding medicines I need, its price and stores with available stocks. Rewards points are automatically updated. The downside so far is that I could no longer see my transaction history. (9/2/24) product/stocks availability in branches needs updating.

useless app and useless point system. 1 peso discount per 200 pesos? Also app is very hard to use. I need to tap all those button just to view my points and I even have to wait for the ads to close there's no close button!

Creating an account and registration is easy, just that it's a bit slow. Few days after creating an account, the app just keep on crashing like I can't use the app anymore ( keep on closing).

Your system needs improvement!!!!! You repeatedly asking me to update my phone number. Then you sent me an OTP and I made sure to input the correct numbers. But it appears to be incorrect for many retries. Very very bad experience. Won't be installing this app again, ever!

so disappointed in this app. It worked so well until sometime this year where the click and collect feature is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. It doesn't tell you which item in your cart is unavailable and why your order isn't pushing through. It also suddenly tells you the store you placed in click and collect doesn't have the feature when you know it does. It's search feature ALSO sucks. I don't understand how an app can fail so miserably at something it was so good at initially.

There is one feature that is lacking as far as I've observed. Unlike other online shopping apps, the moment you checkout some items the app won't tell you the range of days of when would your order be delivered. And also, the moment you open the app, it's hard to go to the main interface or it is just taking some time to load before you can view some other products.
