Figured out the gyro, much better experience. I was expecting to have full control of the airplane for barrel rolls, backflips and other evasive maneuvers. At least a roll button. Not necessary but it would be fun. Cockpit mode would be dope too. Also a way to fire both cannons and guns at the same time to really rinse enemies. A modern game with an a 10 would be wonderful. All about that BRRRT. Of course multiplayer would get crazy....

I extremely love this game, its graphics are nice and the plane explosions are pretty realistic, including the fact that there are several different planes from several different regions to fly! its truely amazing and I love it, I would have rated it 5 stars but unfortunatley i had to give it 4, and the reason is because I noticed something while I was playing... When your fighting against american planes, they shoot directly down when you destroy them, I find this very weird.

I lov this game but the missions get a little repetitive after a while but that's and easy fix. One thing I wish this game had is the ability to play as the Italians because their aircraft were pretty good and they could fight American and British aircraft. If you added that then that would be all this game needs to be perfect. Keep up the great work.

2 stars for frustration. The game is actually a lot of fun and the ads are not intrusive or overwhelming at all. The problem I have, and the reason I gave 2 stars is because the game keeps crashing. I use the accelerator and the game crashes. I really want this game to work because it is a lot of fun but fighting the crashes is beyond frustrating. Fix this and I can see 4 stars easy provided nothing else changes.

I really really like this game got super into it, and I love that it's not a super difficult game to advance in. I have 1 think tho... in hardcore mode we should still at least be able to "zoom" or "aim" without locking on the plane. Oh, and the fighters AI is very good when upgraded but the bombers AI is trash. I have to bomb everything myself. And also the AI doesnt use rockets and it's annoying when your trying to order the team to destroy vehicles. But great game

Not a bad game for an arcade type but somewhat quirky. Exmp when I try to fly around enemy gaggle to get a tactical advantage my plane blows up with no apparent reason, no one around nor AAA fire. I Dive on a bomber bombing a city and boom my plane blows up with no one on my six, strange. Using the lock on button you don't have to lead and air combat is mostly deflection shooting. I prefer more realistic flying and combat with takeoff, landing, realistic combat. Recommend for ages 8-14 yrs.

I absolutely love this game, the ads are well placed an non-intrusive and there aren't that many anyways. I understand free games need to make money and they did it perfectly, if I could rate it 6 stars I would, just great overall mobile game. The graphics are great and it's not storage intensive. I would however love to see a little bit more put into what I can tell my squad to do. Overall Great game.

This game is sooooo fun! I find it interesting to stop. The graphics are to good, it's fairly easy to buy new planes and add to your squadron, I have a game set in every country USA, great Britain, USSR, Germany, and Japan. I think that you should be able to have multiple of the same plane example: 3 P-51 mustangs and, 5 Corsairs. I also wish that the mission wouldn't end if you blew up, realistically the rest of your squadron would keep fighting. I also hope they will make a modern version.

This is the greatest game. The first fighter plane game I've tried. I played it so much my thumb started to hurt. It's extremely easy to learn, and you don't need your finger to guide the plane. And the plane doesn't bounce around while you're trying to shoot at some red zero. No dump cockpit to look out of and barely see anything. There's just a few gripes, but that's due to the size of my screen. This is one of the two best games. Not many community games on this. Needs more.

The game itself is good, with smooth graphics and challenging missions. Maybe 5 stars. Update: with sadness, I am deleting this game. Many of the ads now can not be closed without rebooting the game. The ads were bearable until the Facebook ad appeared a couple weeks ago. It's not clear how to end this ad and return to the game. Everything goes to the app store Facebook install, even closing the app store. With regret I have had to stop playing warplanes.

HNG, I love all of your games and this one is no exception. Most of the stuff I could recommend to be added is stuff I'm sure y'all are working on. One problem with the current edition: there is one type of mission that is too difficult. That is, any defense mission with the objective to protect a bridge. It only takes one bomb to fail the mission and it is almost impossible to shoot all bombers down before that happens. There needs to be a way to skip these.

Outstanding work for this game, I have played a lot of airplane shooter games but this beats all of them. I really do love the variety of aircraft and especially which type of battle I can pick is probably one of my favorite features. The biggest problem that I have is the gold for each mission could be increased depending on the different Mission types. Other than that one issue this game is outstanding keep up the amazing work.( I will update my review after every big update)

I downloaded this game thinking it would just be another boring old plane game on the app store. But this one was different. The craftsmanship that went into this game was absolutely outstanding. The game doesn't bombard you with ads every five seconds, gives you fun missions that you can pick and choose at your leisure, and even has real planes and people from WWII. There are a few problems with controls, but those are easily fixed. Overall, this game is astonishing, and deserves all 5 stars.

Brilliant game! I really love the selection of aircraft and the ability to create and play community missions and campaigns. Something I would change, would be the effectivness of the AA guns, they are kind of weak, and fire at a slow rate. I would also suggest that when the USSR is selected in community missions, there is an option for the enemy to be Japan. The final issue is that of the enemy fighters being COMPLETLY ENEFECTIVE! Enemy fighters do not fight, all they do is fly in circles.

I can't recommend this game enough. The controls are perfect, and the graphics are really quite good actually. More importantly, it is very easy to begin for new players, and gradually increases difficulty levels in proportion to your in game time. Achievements are actually worth trying to get, and the planes are unique and customizable. 5 stars.

A great game! I currently have 9 planes in Great Britain, and love the graphics!! there are a few things you could add, like pvp and ships to collect and use at your base!!! personally, I think it would be awesome to take ships and planes out on the same mission and be able to switch between all of them :) Just some awesome suggestions for an awesome game!!!!

An absolutely amazing game! Is a ton of fun and will keep you entertained for hours. An issue is controlling the plane's at times. The movements won't register and the plane will fly in a straight line for a couple seconds. Targeting is a major issue since you can't lock onto buildings. Another issue (which is small) is an overall lack of variety of planes available, other than ones you can buy using real money. Hoping they fix these minor bugs/inconveniences. Looking forward to future updates.

2019: Best explosions I've seen on mobile. The momentum carries through the explosion and looks remarkable, and the base building aspect and management is really quite wonderful. Unfortunately, flight seems arcadish and not very realistic. Add zoom for hardcore mode. Too many micro transactions taking away from the core of the game, and the editor is a bit limited to do anything with scale, or with extra maneuvering details. Hopefully the devs will update this game. Thanks devs!

This is a great game, with realistic explosions, great flying controls (despite what others say, I find them very good) and a choice to go pro or use the aim button. However, I find getting gold takes a bit too long, although being fully accessible and also I feel like you should add the ability for you to choose whether your planes will fight to the very end or go back home for repairs. Also you can get rid of adds by using flight mode. This game has a few minor things to fix/make better.

This game is pretty decent. By no means can it compete with console or computer aircraft shooters, but it fares well in its own domain. While it lacks in aerobatics, the attention to detail on the models are okay. The auto lock feature is helpful for beginners to this game who haven't accustomed themselves the the controls. There are plenty of aircraft to grind for. It has a cycle of missions that appeal to beginners aswell ( easy transitions to hard). Sometimes the missions do seem endless.
