Great game recreates the claustrophobic feel of the original board game. However, letdown by constant freezing in player Vs player mode.

Forcing someone to go thru the tutorial is bad enough, but my game's progress is lost when I log into my Google Play! I put a lot of time into that!

This game is like a gift that has more in the wrapping than in the gift itself. There must be 6 scenes for every 1 chance at gameplay? Lol. I hoped it'd be simple like Heroquest. But the extravagance & complexity (most likely for profit) make it hard to get into. I would rather buy a pure game vs play a free one convoluted by profit. 1☆ if it's true you can't play offline (I'm not reinstalling to find out, but I just read that). Wow GW with not-exactly-hidden control overreach. Same as tabletop.

If you are looking for an online(no offline unfortunately) good tabletop dungeon crawler rpg game look no further than Warhammer quest. it plays just like the arcane quest series. The only difference is the different races of monsters, humanoids, etc. 5/5 would recommend. The gameplay is fluid, the mechanics make everything come together like a puzzle

name brand for GOOD rpg or daily game. Ended up here from other games, to just play simpler daily collection, but the brand is nice for that, rpg and Warhammer tabletop emulation, all in one!! Nice to see hi quality simpler, without a thousand menus, like other rpg have become. Warhammer to video game rules are accurate enough, to even go over basic table play, and character animations are GREAT for a game based on inanimate pieces.

Bugs in daily quests: whenever killing all the enemies, the screen will freeze, the audio does not. Only on the final mission on some such as surrounded. Very disappointing to be unable to get the best rewards every day. Restarting and cashe clearing does not fix this issue.

This is areally good TBS, with a lot of depth, levels and a large range if heroes to collect and customise. However, I cannot watch advertising videos in game, which quite severely slows progress.

Warhammer Quest used to be good, it was available offline, good UI and felt a lot like the tabletop game from way back in the day. Then suddenly it's replaced with a completely different game, terrible UI, less level rotations which now are more just basic arenas rather than dungeons with proper progression. Oh and this app comes with a bunch of crackling audio, both in-game effects as well as when commercials play through the game. No other app has these audio issues. Such a shame...

A really good digital version of my favorite board games since the 90s. I found it almost as fun as the tabletop games. I recommend this and other digital warhammer quest games to any fan of turn based high fantasy games. The game works fine as far as I've played it.also ha ent had to spend any real money to enjoy what it has to offer. Decent graphics, short loading times, and an easy to learn game all around. You could easily pick up and learn how to play ,even without paying attention to the t

Almost there but not... It's fun but Space Wolf did this first and honestly did it much better. :/ Plus, it's REALLY grindy to unlock new characters so I lost interest before I even got to see much of the game. I played for a month and unlocked 2 characters (and 1 was a DUPLICATE of the starter hero!). If you want a Warhammer turned based phone game stick with the less grindy, smarter AI, more level variety and has an actual story... go with Warhammer 40k: Space Wolf instead

It's a miss. For some reason these warhammer games always fall flat and instantly fall into monotony. Might be worth your time if you crave.... I'm not sure. The developers had no apparent direction past initial concept. Menus are clunky, no way to grind since once you beat a place you cant replay the areas so it forces you into either a paywall or being handicapped by waiting for dailies to refresh. Even the store is poorly done in terms of how to spend resources.

I love board games so I realize my perspective may be different from others but the only thing this game is missing so far is letting me see the dice roll and interact with lots of dice. It's a lot of fun even when there was no reward and I ultimately got taken down because Tzeench put the exit 5 feet from where I started on a GINORMOUS map that I set a special ability trap at one end of as I realized in horror that I had taken down 10 of them and there were still 14! Freaking Tzeench man....

The concept is great but it's very disheartening when you manage to pull a high tier champion who is only good to stun herself because the game doesn't allow you to cast anywhere within the range indicator but directly on yourself. Also you'll up your champion levels and then they'll just revert back so the game overall is very buggy it seems which makes for a bad experience. At this point feel like my time was wasted not being able to use champions to full effect and thus losing quite a bit.

I find the game enjoyable 2/3rds of the time when playing, though I have had to restart many times due to characters just halting there movement and the turn being unable to end. The randomness can make the game feel really bad, between randomly picked heros (which are so expensive they can feel like a waisted investment, which the two epics Ive saved for have felt) or just have a hero killed turn one to 3-4 deathblows from a dual wielding mook. There is more honestly, but, character limit.

It's a pretty fun game so far, the graphics\animations are nice, the gameplay is pretty simple and straight forward. I'd say I only have two complaints 1: The controls are a bit touchy and require repeating often, especially the Green box for summoning new units. 2: Daily quests are just too extensive, there are at times 40 stages of daily quests, between loading and controls it can take 1-3 minutes a stage, i can't spend up to three hours a day just doing dailies without a job offer.

Repetitive and sinple gameplay. There are very few actual enemy types; they just get higher levels so you can't be sure exactly how hard an enemy will be by looking at them. Most missions are either very easy or impossible, and rarely is there a mission that's a satisfying difficulty where my strategy is different than ranged characters waiting for enemies to walk close enough to shoot.

Fun combat, interesting skills/bonuses. I'm a fan of the 1-2 minute stages, allowing for a quick round of play. The most major problem I've come across is a game-save glitch. While signed in, I'll upgrade my characters, sell a bunch of equipment, then come back the next day with a bunch of junk equipment and no cash. Not game-breaking, but inconvenient. Could do with a hot fix.

Unless you're willing to drop loads of money in this game, then it's not worth playing. You're very limited to the things you can. Even the basic things as simply leveling up. You can't replay old levels for exp, gold. You obtain maybe 10-20 gold per level which items will cost from 800 gold+. The events are short and give basically nothing. The events are the only way of getting extra exp or gold. Which is every 24 hours. Don't Don't worry about unlocking new characters.

The game is actually pretty fun. Cool character with abilities that require good timing and strategy. A good use of an awesome IP. The only thing is the all too common problem with games at the playstore, the further you go the tougher the enemies (higher stats than your champions') the same enemies just tougher....so it is fun up until the part where the challenge becomes unfair, and one is forced to grind through earlier easier quests, or pay money to empower your champions artificially.

very fun and no problems playing the game organically, as in you don't have to spend money to progress. your characters level quickly, and so far there is no plateau where suddenly you find yourself needing to spend money otherwise be stuck. the game play is simple, yet tactical. the graphics aren't the absolute best ever, but I also have them turned down a touch just to save myself from potential lag, not that I've experienced any. all in all, good game and I recommend it.
