Its fun, but the difficulty spikes are unsustainable. After completing one lvl, you may only get 10-20% on the next, and be unable to upgrade. There's no way to profit from previous levels, so you're stuck. This only gets worse as you move on, and you must decide between grinding the same mission with little to no progress for hours, spending real $$ every few levels, or quitting. I quit. Also, VIP barely helps, still has ads and costs nearly as much as Netflix, Disney, Hulu and Amazon combined.

was working fine when I 1st downloaded it. I only had to view 30-second long ads whenever I wanted to play 2 more times. now I have to view 2 ads back to back, but the worst part is that a lot of times, the ad will freeze up and go back to the game; you can hear the music but the screen will go black and you have to close out the game and launch it again so you lose your rewards. it's even more annoying when it freezes at the end of ad 2, then you waste a whole minute of your life with no reward

Despite all of the negatives mentioned in other reviews, I was still having fun up until yesterday! I managed to beat 96% on level 14, then suddenly I log in the next day (after the most recent update) and I can barely break 10%. They massively increased the health of all enemies (infantry were 2 shots with 25mm, now theyre taking 8+ shots) and basically killed the game for me. I don't see any way to make reasonable progress now, even if i were to spend money, so I won't waste my time. Greedy.

Before Level 11, the game is allot of fun. But there are significant issues with the game. At Level 11, the Infantry suddenly has 5x Health, and the Vehicles have at least 5x maybe 10x Health completely out of nowhere. This wouldnt be as big of an issue if the game allowed you to go back and earn money from the missions you've previously completed. Once you finish a mission, you're no longer able to earn money by completing it, which really needs to be fixed to keep players playing long term.

Initially fun to play, challenging but doable. The ads are optional if you want more cash. But, as others have pointed out, at level 11, the enemies get "experimental armor" and basically become 3x tougher. Even single soldiers cannot be taken down with several shots, even defensive planes and tanks fail. They force you to pay money to upgrade enough to even have a chance, and even if you do, the rewards are cut in half. Such great potential, cut down by pay-to-lose strategy.

Great until update. Full campaign game, easy to play for a few minutes or much longer. Levels got more difficult but not at a rate that you can't handle. You earn cash in missions even if you fail to upgrade weapons. I made it to level 28, which took a lot of time over a few months. An update to "fix" an issue that had allowed players to move forward more quickly than they should have has put a full stop to gameplay for me. I can't earn enough to upgrade weapons so I'm stuck and will delete.

It's really an amazing game. Creative gameplay, well executed art style (thermal vision), and nice controls, but, echoing what other reviews have said, the difficulty curve is made to force you to make in-app purchases. You technically can grind the same level (since you cannot earn in-game money from previous completed levels) you're on, but in order to make a dent with higher level enemies, you'd need to grind out for hours. It's not fun at that point, nor very playable.

The game itself is very well done, it's realistic, and it's challenging. It had me hooked the first time I played it. However, I started to hit the wall at level 3. Level 5 is impossible without serious upgrades. I don't mind games like these where you have to pay in order to advance, but I am now starting to hit unskippable ads after I attempt a level. The VIP Club is not an option ... not at $8/week. Sadly, I am uninstalling this. The game had great potential.

The game is really nice, the concept is very good, the only issues are, 1.The difficulty curve, it feels exponential. Every time you clear a level, the difficulty increases massively. 2.Why don't we get money if we replay previously completed missions? I think if we replay the previous missions, we should get money for completing it every time. Otherwise, it becomes very difficult to collect money because when you move to a new level, the difficulty is so much that you only get 500 or 300 with add

This game quickly becomes a cash grab. It's selfish and insane for the developers to give us 1 of 2 choices, spend money early in-game in order to advance, or play the same stage 100 times to advance. No exaggeration. If you don't regularly spend, you WILL be forced to numb your brain and waste your time to save little bits of money to make a single weapon upgrade. All this, even if you watch advertisements, every chance you get. Their response proves my point. It's a fact, not opinion.

i really enjoyed this game to begin with, even made some pretty decent progress. until one day i logged in and started a mission to find that my weapons did significantly less damage. it was like the enemies gained 300% health out of nowhere. even the special weapons don't do enough damage to be competitive. would love to get back into it, but it's simply not playable.

I was enjoying the game and thought I was progressing until earlier this week. I am on Lvl 25, earlier this week I almost beat it, just needed to destroy two vehicles. The developers decided to change the difficulty level, and now I can't even make it past the first wave of Lvl 25 before being killed. I emailed them about it and this is their response: Due to an unforeseen issue, players were able to complete missions they were not equipped for - We have resolved the issue. Sadly uninstalling.

Game was fun until it hits a wall level. For me that was level 10. My setup that completed level 9 can barely kill anything on level 10. I make less than $500 in level 10. It will take me forever to upgrade weapons at this rate. I saw reply. I need to improve weapons by going up levels. I need over $100k in game money. You can CANNOT go back to previous levels and get money! If you succeed at level with the minimum level to complete the level, you are screwed at next level.

ive bean playing this game for a long time, and I love it. The missions can be a bit too challenging, sometimes frustrating enough to walk away for a few days, lol. But all in all, it's def mentally challenging for sure. It's a strategy game. like a war puzzle. And though it does irritate me sometimes cause just as I think Ive figure it out the mission is failed again. Lol. But great game guys. Best ive played yet.

Huge waste of potential. According to these other reviews, I grinded this game a lot harder than most, getting all the way to Level 25. It's true that the game increases 5x in difficulty at Level 11 and 21 for no reason, no big deal. But there must have been an update because I got to 98% completion on Level 25 and now my weapons do so little damage that I can't even survive the first half dozen boats, which just last week I was killing in seconds. I'll have to uninstall, I guess. Buggy game.

this was the best game out there. very difficult levels, reasonable ways to progress. some ads if you want lives or extra gold, but reasonable. then, out of nowhere in the 25th level, they increased the armor of all enemies, so the damage of your weapons is not enough. really ruined the game, because although I will watch ads, I will not shell out $ for cash/gold. unfortunately, I'll need to stop playing and find a new game because I'm not going to replay levels over and over. change back pls

Solid game until level 30 or 40. You play the game so well you are able to beat the levels using weapons under the game's recommended level, then all of a sudden the game resets the weapon damage to a pathetic level and you are forced to upgrade and run out of cash very quickly. Also at about this point the game starts to reuse maps. But very fun until you reach this point.

Pretty fun! I generally hate microtransation-and-advertisement games, it sucks the fun right out of it, but this one was good up until the difficulty curve hit the pay-money-wall. I'd gladly pay $5 for a retuned zero-ad version. maybe more if there were additional missions coming out regularly. Oh, and whoever did the math to determine exactly where players would need to start spending money to progress I say this to you: Nice.

I enjoyed this game until I hit level 11. There is a notification that the enemy now has upgraded armor. It turns into a grind at that point. Even the weak ground troops take multiple shots to kill. The reward money is less than half of the previous level, I'm not gonna play level 11 twice just to upgrade 1 weapon 1 time. It's just not fun anymore. The VIP membership is outrageously expensive. Major disappointment, I was loving this until level 11.

The game has extremely slow progress and is constantly pushing you to purchase something from the store. and don't even get me started about how bad the loot crates are. I've gotten several cards for weapons I can't even begin to imagine to afford when I'm starting out. not the fun drone shooter that you see advertised everywhere. DO NOT GET!!!
