Great service tool for you finances . Things are tricky and some what scary out there dealing with credit and on line situations, this app is well thought out ,displayed clearly for ease of use top of the morning to ya developers good job !

Its amazing, it has my credit score/creditreport all for free and I can check on it at anytime of the day, because of wallethub I able to cancel the other credit agency I was with that was charging me alot per month, while wallethub is doing the exact same thing for free.

When you have good credit, The world is your oyster. I thought just paying my monthly payment was enough and it can be, However, using Credit wisely means a lot more. Yes, sometimes it can't be helped. I personally am learning the difference between wants and needs. I have begun to understand patience is what I needed as well. From 523 to 646 wasn't at all easy. However, it's becoming easier. Good luck on our journeys. I can't wait to share when I cross that 700 score. I won't you.

Wallethub sends me a new credit score/report the first day of each month and explains why my credit score/report has changed, if applicable and sends me updates throughout the month of anything else that has come up new or any closed accounts that have been reported. It's probably the best credit report app for free that I've ever signed up with. I'm extremely pleased that I was told about Wallethub from a friend!

great app keeps you updated regularly even if there is a daily change. Easy to use and also keeps you updated on what you need to do to increase your credit score. They offer 24 hr safeguard as someone tries to run my credit they alert me. I tried all the credit monitoring apps and this one by far is the very best like top tier. Since following their credit suggestions my credit increased by 123 points. Use the credit simulator it tell you what you need to do. Excellent app

Works well overall. However, I get cryptic notifications and emails that there's been a change to my record, but not why. The reason is usually a paid off account, but I do that every month. It turns their contact into an annoyance instead of help, and that's not good when something serious happens.

THANK YOU!!! Finally, a FREE credit report service that doesn't have hidden fees or a subscription to even view your credit score. I'm seriously happy with this app. Long ago, CreditKarma disabled my account with absolutely no reason, they did not inform me of any issues and upon inquiring, I was NEVER able to speak with a live person. I did not receive an email back either! WalletHub has never given me any issues like that. I am so thankful that I can finally see my credit report after years!

I was skeptical about installing it at first - but its a GREAT app! It keeps me updated on whats happening with my credit score and sends me alerts to anything negative so I can take immediate action to correct it. I also get recommendations to card offers and loan opportunities based on my credit score, but havent taken advantage of this part of the app yet. Overall - its been a 5 star experience and an app that's helped me stay on top of my credit score and rating.

Suddenly unable to log in. App doesn't respond to any action or touch on screen. I've force stopped and cleared caches several times, plus uninstalled and reinstalled. This was only downloaded a few months ago (to Pixel 4a / Android 13) and last accessed several weeks ago. Trying to access via mobile Chrome redirects right back to the app. It seemed useful while it still worked. Of course, deleting this waste of space doesn't help with rescinding the personal information I provided to them.

I downloaded this app about a yr ago & it's really helped me to track my credit score. My husband & I went through a very rough period of time back in 2007-2014, to the point of being homeless & it took a lot of hard work to get ourselves back on top. Wallet Hub has really helped with tracking our credit scores and finances plus it is very helpful when it comes to fraudulent charges on CC's and identity theft, etc. I will (and do) recommend Wallet Hub to anyone!!

The app design was nice and well done. Making the account and putting the info was easy and all, went through. However the entire thing didn't go through because my info didn't match any records so therefore i dont have a credit score. I dont have a credit card or payed for any taxes. My account is locked for 30 days so I can't close the account myself. I emailed them yesterday but they haven't respond yet. Take all the time you need, I understand that you're a busy business.

Very easy to use and seems to be very accurate so far. I love that they calculate your credit utilization for each CC you have, makes it super easy to keep track of instead of you trying to calculate it yourself. Only down fall is you only get results from Transunion, wish they included all 3 credit bureaus, then it would be perfect!

I'm still keeping this at 5 stars but new issue past few months is I can't update my income on app nor on your website. Problem was originally just on the app, but then migrated to the website too eventually when it reverted back a few weeks later. This is probably the best or one 2nd best credit monitoring platform. Hands down. Update: the debt pay-off plan is a brilliant idea that's a couple adjustments short of being practical. I can't pay less than the minimum on my mortgage/loans!

Great app for keeping on top of your finances. Up to minute credit score and they provide many options to improve credit score or give you advice and resources to help build and improve your credit. The free version does quite a bit for free but the$9.99 a month provides credit monitoring enhanced and checks dark web for malicious activity concerning email addresses. Well worth the 10 bucks in my opinion. Have and will continue to recommend to friends!

I used to really recommend this app, however it is gotten to where notifications are being sent needlessly. For example, emails and push notifications warning of potential fraud activity when in fact it's something as simple as my credit score going up 2 points or a bill being paid. For example, paid my credit card bill and received "Please review the unconfirmed credit alert on your credit report! It's possible it is a sign of identity theft or an error that could be hurting your credit score."

I like the app design, it's pretty, clear and easy to use. BUT it is slow. every time you open the app, change the view or do anything, it shows a loading spinning wheel that takes a couple seconds to go away. It's ok to wait when opening the app, but having all the time makes the experience a bit annoying and ended up uninstalling it and going for another alternative.
