Blocking the new app trackers and telemetry makes the app unusable, takes 2 minutes to search or display any searches. They are just looking to collect more and more data and don't care a bit about consumers.

Wallapop is unique in buying and selling with the free of cost return feature it is affordable to buy items from private sellers, many cases not matching condition from description. The reason to get 3⭐ only is these private seller do often sell stolen goods about the 40 000 Canon items available are 20% from criminal...origin, within other brands probably will be the same statistics. So it support illegal trade at the cost from wellfare.

I am new to Walapop but do sell on Ebay and Vinted. So when I was asked for my credit card details, I obliged. However on seeing that first £500 then changed to £490 was going to be taken from my account, I suspected fraud. I contacted my visa and cancelled my card. I sent a message to Wallapop saying this. The reply was that this is their procedure in order to verify my bank details. Why not £10. I am now blocked, and buyers warned. Has anyone experienced this. I no longer sell on Wallapop.

Increasing problems with deliver. Two instances of vendor not dispatching item and now item deposited with DPD but tracking number not recognised by DPD over a week after it was deposited. Wallapop response don't worry if it hasn't arrived in 20 days I get my money back. I'd expect them to at least contact DPD to get an update.

Everyday I have to log in 3 or 4 times on the phone app. It just takes me out by itself. The search filters are terrible. On the pc, it's difficult to keep the main menu open, while I try to open new tabs on the browser. Conclusion: Has been very useful for me to buy and sell things, but, the interface and the whole experience while you use the app (PC or mobile) really sucks.

I made my first purchase. A new coffee machine. Came without receipt, not working properly and it had discolored parts.I had two days to provide a proof. I have sent some photos. They wallapop asked for videos. I had to test it, so i have ordered capsuls. After two days the case is closed. I keep broken machine and the seller keeps money. The fee wallapop charges for peace of mind and insurance in reality doesn't have much value. Dont know if I'm going to use it again.

For the love of all sacred things give automatic 1 star reviews to sellers that fail to deliver. Also fix your tracking numbers, those don't work most of the times (if they ever did). Other than these 2 things, everything is pretty alright.

Every couple of days it logs me out and then it's impossible to log in again due to some network error ( not my wifi because everything else works fine). I will probably have to make another account to buy what I wanted to buy, and then I won't be using this app anymore. The problem is the same on computer.

Couldn't verify my phone number, bypassed it, finally got it in, listed item, and was booted out and am unable to sign in. I keep getting an error message. Interesting. Deleting app. This is whack.

I would give 0 if I could. The app is full of scam accounts that are flooding the inbox. I was logged out and I can't log in anymore, been trying to for 2 days now. Don't receive email to reset password, can't contact customer service, nothing. Basically doesn't work. Terrible!! Don't recommend!

App doesn't work when I try to sign up with email and throws a silly as pointless check your internet connection error message. Also password requirements and limitations are not clear. Contacts permission doesn't seeem to be needed either. Waste of time!

Nice app! Easy way to send item, fast process to buy / sell and nice to have a personal wallet included on the app!!! The only bad point is that I had issue to create an account by using my email (not Gmail) i receave a message error of "your internet connection is not working"

Signed up with my email to buy an item. Purchased the item with my credit card, and then suddenly got kicked out and can't login. I have no way of communicating with the seller and so can't go pick up the item I paid for. Wallapop took my money and I don't know if I will get it back...What are the product managers, engineers and developers doing? You people need to hire an escalation team to handle these kinds of issues. This issue has been affecting users for over a year and still unresolved

Worse than others app. As soon as I inserted a product I have been immediately contacted by scammers. Never happened on Vinted/Subito (at least to me). Moreover, the whole process is not as smooth as I would like.

My order was not shipped from the seller for no reason. I payed for it. Now the money is back, but I have no possibly in wallapop to write a review about this unacceptable behavior of the seller since the order is closed after the seller didn't shipped. This is an issues in wallapop process. Since the seller is probably not serious but has only positive feedbacks. And now he sells the same stuff again for the same price. Wery suspicious. I will avoid to use wallapop in the future.

I can't log in, I just arrived in Spain and wanted to make a purchase, but after trying to send a message I was unlogged and now I can't log in again. Tried several times to log in under other google accounts, but the authorization flow is broken and returns to the form of choosing the method of authorization. Only in the web version on PC I managed to log in by email, but in the app for the same account it returns "An error occurred as we processed your request. Please try again later!"

What a horrible app. I made 3 accounts and they all log in for 1 page then never again. They cycle between loops of logging in to logout to login page, and when using email it claims I forgot my password each time. Despite sending an activation email to the correct address, a password reset email never arrives. I made the same password for 2 accounts and it still said they both were the incorrect password. Signing in with Google and Facebook create a feedback loop, login-forcelogout

Fantastic option for more responsible consumption! Even if you don't want to buy used items, you can filter items that are still in their box or new (like gifts or prizes that sellers don't like/need). Instead of things collecting dust or eating up storage space, they can be put to use by other people, and we can save on precious natural resources! Also for those who are turning to a more minimalist lifestyle, a perfect way to sell things after decluttering!

Every time I create an account it tells me my password is wrong, multiple accounts and multiple emails all with the correct password and it tells me I can't sign back in, the verification emails don't go through, the password reset emails don't go through, there's nothing I can do to access any account that I make because I keep getting wrong password and network error. Perhaps the worst app I've ever used.
