Useless! I've tried a few times to get my pictures printed on this app the last couple of months. I've gotten them from Walgreens for years but now I can't even scroll to choose the pictures. It keeps lagging and stopping, then it will just crash. I've Uninstalled, reinstalled, and turned my phone off and on. All the normal things to try and then I just went to CVS. FYI thier app is easy to print of off too. Gonna stick with them from now on. I usually spend $200 on pics at Christmas. Oh well!!

the photo app is not intuitive at all and my My photos never upload. there's no way to troubleshoot this and it's very frustrating. I might as well just go to a laptop and do it there . Also, there's always a discount for using the mobile app but whatever's on the website is always better. doesn't make any sense to offer a discount for using mobile when you're trumping it on the actual laptop.

Refills via the app are very spotty. Most of the time the pharmacy claims never to have received the refill request. Meanwhile, the app will NOT stop notifying me of every sale and coupon even though my notifications (in the app and in my phone settings) are clearly set to receive prescription-related texts only. I guess it's no surprise that a terrible pharmacy has a terrible app. I wish I had an option other than Walgreens easily available to me.

Repeatedly having issues completing pick up orders Having to resubmit personal info multiple times, app keeps kicking back to checkout cart. Known issue according to Walgreens Customer support. "We keep telling them it's a problem and they don't fix it" is the exact quote. When it works, it's great. But lately over the last few months it's trash.

This app is unusable. Unclips coupons or app crashed at the last step of checkout online. Tried 10 times before I bit the bullet and went to the store in person. Could see all of my clipped coupons in the app, never transferred over to checkout. Poor cashier had to void my transaction 3 times before I gave up and put all of my items back.

Worst app! Logging in is a mess, rarely lets me in. When trying to update anything within it, it requests logging in even though I'm in my account. Then it stays on that page or goes back to home page. Very frustrating! It has the wrong number for verification codes so I don't get those, and when I called customer service to get it changed, they said they couldn't do anything. It's nearly impossible for me to add family members.

I downloaded this app hoping for an easy way to manage my prescriptions. It seems set up well to do this, but the functionality is not there. Everything I try to do, the navigation is either unintuitive or flat out unavailable--the three line menu disappears when I use it to navigate to "home", for example. Sort of defeats the purpose of a home page if you can't navigate away from it. I took over 20 minutes trying to figure out how to request a refill on a prescription before giving up/CharLimit

Stupid app. I've been using my phone number for year to earn points. Finally download the app to view them, and everything does not work. They can't match my last name even though I'm entering it correctly. My account was created with 0 points and all my purchases grant me 0 points. I've redeleted and set up my account . It's a big waste of time. Do not use this app

Since the latest upgrade, the photo center does NOT work. PLEASE FIX! As others have mentioned, it lags, trying to find photos on the phone and sits forever when trying to scroll through. If you ever make it to select one photo, it takes another ten minutes to try and view it to select the size. Forget about ever making it to add to your cart. This piece is beyond broken. Never had these issues on the older versions of the app. Heading to walmart's photo app until this major issue is fixed.

App crashes constantly. Won't let you finish purchases, and often doesn't apply coupons correctly. I currently have a full cart that I am trying to purchase and it's stuck in a never-ending loop for payment... I'm so mad because because I have a lot of deals that I can't get in-store, and I know the deals will be gone by the time it gets to working again. So unbelievably frustrating!

it's a good app if it actually keeps my info. I'm frustrated with this app because every other time I use it, it tells me I've exceeded the amount of login attempts (and I haven't even tried since the last rx refill, changed devices, or reset the password). it's annoying to have to call and get the app reset all the time; each time requires a ton of verification, which changes depending on the person I get, resulting in a 20 minute conversation just for them to refresh it.

I love shopping at Walgreens but for lack of better words their app sucks. There's only a select few items from various categories listed. Even items they list are not complete. Such as all of a brands polish colors they carry. The same with hair color or bandages to name a few. Im disable, so I do 95% of all my shopping online. Of all the apps and websites as well, Walgreens falls in my bottom 3 places to shop from home. Walgreens always has what I need, but I have to go to there to get it.

Very basic app. Walgreens has several profiles for me for prescriptions. You really need to fix the app so I can enter only my own current personal info, not some rando who can't spell or is lazy. I also have tons of issues with communication from the pharmacies. Why can't they notify you when there is a problem through the app? Like what the problem actually is. I don't hear well so phone calls are a nightmare. The tech is available to be able to handle basic communication. You can do better.

Yesterday, before I updated the app, I couldn't complete purchases. Today, after updating, I was able to do it, but, it wouldn't let me log in once I hit the shop tab. I don't know why you changed the app, but it hasn't worked right since. Last month I couldn't log in at all, and now I can log in, but as soon as you go to shop, it acts like you haven't logged in. My address and payment method has always been saved, but I had to input manually. I also couldn't use my Walgreens savings!

I don't know how many Walgreens I go into and loose internet connection (in main cities). The best way to shop at Walgreens is by utilizing the app; however, if I cannot access the app while in store it leads to a less than satisfactory experience because I cannot clip the needed coupons to get the deals I should being a Rewards Member. At the very least, PLEASE get Wifi for guests to use while in store so they can actually get the deals and promotions. Thank you!

This app is terrible and not user friendly at all! I add coupons and they show up in the cart and when I get to checkout screen, they just disappear. I login with my fingerprint, but am prompted to manually enter my name and address at checkout. Additionally, I have saved a credit card on file multiple tines, but every time I check out, I can't access my saved card and must manually re-enter the information.

Can't ship to store, can't order more than one of the item I even bothered installing the app for to ship to home, can't do subscriptions. This is more an issue with their entire retail website, but the whole thing sucks. When I tried to register in the app with a password that was too long, it didn't give an error, just refreshed the page. Coupons section is super glitchy. Very obviously an abandoned half-finished product, which is sad and confusing with a relatively big company.
