The app won't let me click on anything. The app crashes and won't let me update my info. I receive the notifications for Dog Walk services, but on the app, my touch screen capabilities don't work. My profile is frozen. They took my money for front-line access during onboarding and asked for more money to receive premium request. Wag! found a way to get money out of us like slumloards do. Close account-start over-pay again-app never gets fixed. Cycle continues. Wag! Wins we lose!

This app is awful. I have been walking for a couple weeks and the app is a huge hindrance. It repeatedly crashes or pops up errors and I have to restart it. Pet parents have tried to request me and it fails over and over. The messages barely work and doesn't update until well after a message is sent. This whole process is a mess. Please update the app or allow us to just use the website instead of forcing us into fighting with a poorly functioning app.

I recently walked two dogs on different occasions and walked more than a mile, but the app did not register it. The app overall works but has issues moving between the splash and between the other pages. Update 2023 As it stands, taken walks do come up on the Wag map but do not specify the location of certain dogs to better calculate it to your current location. In addition to that, listed walks for times at specific time at times do not match the actual walk time.

UPDATE: I have reached out numerous times and my issues have not been resved. Latest issue is thatcmy new address is not showing on map correctly so i keep getting walks that are too far. Issues with app including: when I start walk, it reverts to "on my way" option, unable to end a boarding, no "end service" option/button on app, unable to record videos, pics, or feedings when doing a Boarding. App will freeze when I try to click on "end walk"......unable to get assistance or a person on phone

The distance GPS accuracy/ algorithm is terrible and severely inaccurate! When setting requests within <=2 miles of your preferred address, it has shown requests >2 miles away, but the distance on the requests is wrong. Example: when I was in NYC 10009 wanting walks within 2 miles, the only requests coming to my feed were the those in neighborhoods >2 miles away, but showing as .50, 1.4, 2.5 miles away to NYC 10028, 10025, and further. The result, no walks in over 2 weeks.

Very buggy, and walker support sucks. They've removed human interaction completely, and the help bot and help prompts are virtually useless, unable to provide a solution to any real issues. One in particular, I completed a sitting but there's a problem where I cannot end it, even though it's way passed the end date. I can't contact any human about it and the sitting is still active as we speak. Edit: I've tried going through the help bot prompts but am never given the option to speak to someone

the app is okay, I've only been able to walk a few dogs because the app won't load and even if I Uninstall it and reinstall it it still doesn't load.. Update: o5/25/24 The app is still pretty buggy. I needed to cancel a repeated walk because my car started having issues a few days before the service. I have already canceled and its been a week and I still receive text messages and wag notifications that im running late for my walk.

decent app, ive met decent people while using it... AI support loop from "wag" central is lacking 😑 disappointing, & annoying. client needed to chnge things in an emergency. app left very little flexibility to fix times. w/o having to reschedule several* times to get the app to match up.shes in crisis mode at the moment *human* help support is NEEDED. ...so I couldn't accept. GIVE* button options that can be Altered In real-time without penalties to either party; client or caregiver.

After a test, they want you to pay $40 for a non-refundable background check but there's no way of knowing how much IF any work is in your area prior to the check. HARD PASS. Plus, if you look at the reviews for the app that the customers use, it's shoddy at best so, good luck getting work when their app doesn't even work. Waste of time and $ if you're silly enough to fall for their $40 BS scam!

Lots of bugs, issues with troubleshooting, and there is no support number or chat when you do have issues. The phone number they give you is just menu options saying you should email... Update: Looking back at Reviews it looks like all of the issues in having have been reported for at least the last 4 years and the redone is always the same to just report the issues. If that worked these wouldn't been fixed by now so clearly they don't care.

Upon downloading wag, I overlooked the outrageous 40% commission they take due to the convenience. However, the app is sooo glitchy, it's almost impossible to use. Wag has provided incorrect locations so that when I go to navigate to the address, the dog was not only in a different place but a different city altogether causing me to have to cancel a walk I had just accepted. Wag's response was to make it so I can't accept any walks AT ALL. And there is no human customer service to fix it.

So has anyone been able to get past the Terms of Use part before the app allows you to edit or even create your caregiver profile?? Really looking forward to seeing how great the app is (if ever get past a page that doesn't have a submit button after checking the agreement box to the Terms) Great first impression Wags **Update** yes resizing font to the smallest setting corrected the problem!

This app has many issues. I moved from Arizona to the east coast. Even after changing my location, it still shows that I'm in AZ. When it introduces new pets, they are in AZ. In messages, it leaves them as unread no matter how many times I go into it. Also, I get text messages for a preferred request, but there is nothing on app. Now, when you go to support.wagwalker it's only articles. There are no live people to chat with even on the chat feature.

I am not one to complain, but...disappointed. Though this app get a lot of traffic, I think its very impersonal. Plus, I have changed my address on profile and keep checking to see where service lication is and it states where I currently am, yet, I only receive notifications from where I was living. Very frustrating. Wish I could speak with a like person to fix in profile. In response, I have tried support, and Nada! My address stays the same and keep getting walkers from different area.

I should have read all the reviews before paying the Background check and downloading this app. The glitches and the in ability to get past the Terms and Conditions acceptance keeps me from completing my profile. I have Uninstalled/Reinstalled severL times and reached out for assistance. I just started this process 3 days ago and after my approval, just today I see walking notifications on my home phone screen but when I open the app I am stuck on the terms and conditions. Terrible!

So far not great. Not only does the app take forever to load up, it never gives me walks or sits within a 20 mile radius. On top of that, it said that the next pay date would be on the 29th of September. Now it's changed to December 1st. Not all of us can wait that long*Edit* Really it's good. It's difficult to manage, and do i really need to mark WHERE they went to the bathroom? It's not first come first serve either. I have been declining multiple drop ins and walks bc the owner doesn't choose

I haven't even been on a handful of walks and I've already noticed that these apps are PLAGUED with major glitches and bugs either on my side or the owner's side. It's very frustrating when I'm halfway through a walk, and then the app will want me to "start walk" all over again. Also, they highly encourage YOU to pay THEM a large amount of money to have priority over the walkers who don't have "wag plus"

App is extremely glitchy. Lots of error codes and freeze-ups. Timer resets during drop-in visits so unless you track your own time, its easy to lose track of when the visit is supposed to end(write it down or set an alarm.) At times messages from pet parent do not go through which hinders communication during drop in visits. Also, I feel like there's a delay in when a request goes through vs when I receive it. There are times I request a walk as soon as it goes through but I don't get it

There are some things that could be fixed I'm finding already, like tracking the caregiver when they say they are on their way and automatically updated when at the location. Secondly, the pictures taken during the walk should be saved within the app, so I don't have to save pictures of people pets to my personal phone to build my WAG profile. Thirdly, if I check in "On my way," why I'm I receiving a text that I am late and I've not even passed my appointment arrival time.

Terrible company and terrible app! The only way to bid for a booking is to choose a price in the range they preselect for you. If you set your own rates, you won't be able to bid for jobs. Their site claims you choose your own rates, which is obviously a scam. You pay for a subscription which costs insane amounts of money to not pay fees amongst other things, but you do still end up paying fees. You'll be in the hole financially if you'll work through them. I'd write more but character limit...
