There appears to be a an issue with your latest update. I get a white error screen that says "Android OS Update Required Android version 11 and below are not compatible with the latest Grainger app version available on Playstore. If you are on an older Android OS, please update to Android version 12 or above to utilize feature improvements in the latest Grainger app. " I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra running OS 13.....

App is extremely slow. It's quicker to boot my laptop up and log into Grainger to approve an order. App fails to load 25% of the time and even locks up for 20-30 seconds while loading pages. Can't wait till my company switches to a new supply vendor. Grainger guess what that's very soon and it's 100 of thousands a year you will be losing in sales.

Found nothing I was searching for I expected this to be just like the catalog which has everything you could imagine. Not 1 capacitor I needed and prices and shipping are super high! I expected much more from Grainger, they must be feeling the loss in sales to apps like Ali Express, Wish and TEMU which have been very good for me.

Constantly crashes. The newest glitch is the non-responsive ADD TAX JURISDICTION option. So you're not getting my money once again. It also kicks me out and I'll have to log back in. It will open and close in the background running down my battery. I need this app for work so I can't delete. Please fix. Thanks

It installed fine, but I could not login with my existing Grainger account. ID & pw worked, but could not get through authentication. Typed in exactly what appeared many times, but couldn't get passed it. UPDATE- Currently, the doesn't work at all. Dialogue box has been displayed, for along time, "server not responding".

App is nice to use when it works. However, errors (cannot process requests) seem to be quite common even when attempting basic functions like searching. Also, I don't understand why obtaining a specific stores phone # is as difficult as they make it. Edit: Instead of responding with an automatic canned response requesting an email and making people repeat themselves, maybe just read the review, and you'll find the 'brief description of my experience'

The many negative reviews do indeed appear to have good reason. I love Grainger. However this app has tremendous issues. 1) If you aren't signed in, the app refuses to show any categories or items, and only returns a completely ambiguous "service unavailable". 2) If you have trouble signing in, the would-be-helpful "forgot password" and "forgot username" options cause a similar senseless error with no recourse. 3) If not signed in, a Search returns another ridiculous "system error... try again"

it takes forever to load sometimes. when filling out fields in me checkout, the app will erase previous lines or sometimes revert to the previous setting. IE I try to change the shipping location like a client site, and they get shipped to my house. or my po number disappears. the update for my purchase history just takes more to get into. It used to just show up on the home page. Now, it is one more thing to click and wait to load.

The app is all right. It's convenient for saying what's in stock at my nearest branch. However, I really dislike that it logs me out every time I close the app and then comes up with an error when I try to login again. Also, if a product has multiple pictures, every picture other than the first one is very blurry and unviewable.

Had just the part I needed, cheaper than Amazon, next day free delivery, but I can pick it up in the morning on my way to the jobsite instead of having it arrive later in the day, when I'm already on site. (Plus, this jobsite is only 12 min. from the store.)

Can't login to pick my work shoes. Never thought I'd see the wrong password, then do a forgot password, to have it tell me I can't use a previous password issue in 2024. Now it says my new password I reset has 1 attempt left. Ridiculous app

"Server not responding" message is frustrating. 2 weeks ago, it suddenly erased everything in my cart, only to find out that it had actually placed an order, but with a pickup location that was not my default one. Also, it selected "pay upon pickup", which I never choose. The app wouldn't give me any info - I found out from a confirmation email. Edit: App seems to be working much better. Sometimes shows items that aren't available for purchase, but changing rating from 2 stars to 4.

Used to be a decent experience to find what we needed. Now it's absolutely useless. Open app - white screen - closes. Imagine being such a massive company and going cheap on an app which makes it even easier to funnel more money into the company. Obviously a "low bidder" won the contract to make it. Guess it's time to delete the app until they get it together.
