The BPI app is marketing something that earns you an entry when you login here directly using the BPI credentials yet it is showing an error even if the otp is correct, the password is correct, and the username is correct.

Just updated the app. After checking my messages for the OTP, when I return to the app to enter it, the screen turns blank white. It's a cycle.

I tried using this app due to free transfer. However my transfers were not received on time specially on gcash transfer. It took them days before they did an adjustment for funds not successfully received or transferred. And by the way while typing this, i transferred last July 31, 2pm and until now i havent receive my money yet. 😡😡😡

Another app that wanted to take a share of the pie. They could have just integrated with GCASH since as a company they aren't that far with ownsership. But yeah, they wanted to incur charges and who know, they may add another fee here in the future. The app isnt even working and up most of the time.

Now I can see why many people are rating it low. I transferred 10K, but it was an error. It was still deducted from my account. I needed it urgently, but now I need to wait for the help desk to sort it out. It is a stressful app, in my opinion. Update: The money was returned, but it was too late now. It cost me a LOT! 🤬 APP NOT RECOMMENDED.

I installed the app coz I wanted to redeem my BPI Gold rewards points, but after signing up, filling up the details my points doesn't show at all. I reached out to their CS in Facebook and told me it will take 24-72 business hours to reflect my points in the app. Guess what? It has been 2 weeks and there's still no points on it. How am I going to redeem my rewards? Is there any other way aside from using this app?

It worked fine before the update. Now, i cant login, my account is always invalid even with all the OTPs. I've tried reinstalling and still same. Its weird because i get emails from bpi saying i've successfully authorized vybe.

The app has NOT improved since last year. I already have an existing BPI account. However, every time I retrieve my OTP, the verification screen disappears. I press the back arrow, and the app goes back to the login screen. I have attempted this several times, but nothing works. This app needs to be completely rewritten because it's pure garbage as it is and has been since BPI introduced it.

At first the app was useful and smooth to used. Suddenly, I can't log in on my account. I already did what's needed, registered my BPI online and forgot MPIN, but I am always prompted to "invalid account". Help center is not useful at all.

just registered to this, asked me to put in bpionline user and pass because im an existing user, after successful OTP it logged me in then logged me off with error message "The session has expired because another session was started on another device". Now I will change my bpionlie password as this seems fishy.

Always a prompt that Session Expired. I just registered and activate my account and already got this prompt multiple time. Wasn't able to experience the app and explore. Once the Session Expired prompt, i was logout automatiically.

Not friendly app , didn't receive any notifications through email, called the hot line since I informed that I didn't remember how much money I got there my concern was not addressed, the only way to retrieve my password is through email, since the last transaction I received was on May of this year, the latest transaction didn't get into my email, too bad no other way to reset my password, I felt like being ignored since I like to do all transactions online this. is so far the poorest service

Too many bugs, very slow, bad design, maybe bad developers too, this project sucks! 9/19/2024 The app improved, but still there's a lot of room for improvement. Example: for bills payment, every time you pay you need to manually input the account number. It's prone for human error. There should be a function where you can save the account number Or upon tapping on recent activities with "Pay Bills" category there should be another button to Pay the same merchant.

Following the update two days ago, the app crashes on launch and shows a bug notification. Despite clearing the cache and reinstalling, the issue persists. It seems the update introduced new problems instead of fixing existing ones. Please address this issue urgently, as it is significantly impacting usability. I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention and a resolution to restore the app's functionality. Thank you.

I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.
