Absolutely pathetic. Lengthy process to generate e-invoice. Time consuming third class app. Even for the saved companys , need to enter billing & shipping address again & again. Avoid this poor app if you want to work efficiently.

I purchased this app 2 years ago. After the update, I'm facing issues. Adding expenses is harder. The app has some flaws. I'm unable to edit expenses. The new update changed the interface, making it hard to understand. I wish you had kept the old features. Please fix this issue.

Thermal printer not connected with mobile. Please slove this issue. If I add more than 3, 4 items in sale, app will only send pdf file insist of image file. We only want image file because pfdf file is not reliable for long period.

You have updated this application from time to time and made a very useful application. Edit: using for nearly 4 years. Price doubled. No iOS app. Great app with reasonable price. When I started business done all billing and stocks in excel. I can't pay heavy price for one popular software. When i have seen what'sapp bill from other company, i have tried free version. And purchased in week for desktop for 3 years plan. Using since 2 years

Thursday I have added one review regarding issue on desktop app after recent update released. I must say that, support i recieved after this review from Vivek is really commondable. He called me and shown interest to resolve immediately. Today he was on leave, but still he called me and resolved the issue. I appreciate his commitment and care for customer. I just have a suggestion, please check release on both Desktop and mobile before it release to customer. It will help to avoid such issue.

When i do purchase of a same item at different prices why doesn't it set average purchase price for that item, it only shows last purchase price which might be more or less than the average price. This is making difficult for me to calculate accurate profit and loss of my sales. Please give a solution for this and take it as a feedback to provide an option to manage average price for a item so that it is easy to calculate profit and loss and it will benefit many users.

Using Vyapar App and Desktop version since 2017, Its very nice and easy app, So that's why we are using same, But sometimes i feel , That VYAPAR is mostly concerened about SHOPS/Product based business, They are lacking many features required for service provider features, LIKE Travel agencies, Tour Companies, Travel DMCs etc.

I've been using vyapar for past 6 months. Only thing I miss in vyapar is quick billing(found in my old application) for android which can make my work easier as our retail counter is a running counter. Pls team vyapar, add this feature of quick billing to the app that will make our billing work more easier. (like calculator kind of billing) 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Never seen such a powerful application packed with so many features. Simple interface that even small children can easily handle. How beautifully each is arranged. What can I say other than amazing. Love the app. But there are some critical things it needs to address. What's the point of paying a premium for both desktop/mobile version, if some features are only available on desktops. Imagine, my salesman are selling literally 100+ items. If a shopkeeper asks, what you go for amount X. The salesman is stuck. The mobile version won't let him see this while making a sales invoice via category. Please have a section to choose items via category during sales invoice generation on mobile versio

If you are running a Packers and Movers business, this app might not be the best fit for your needs. Unfortunately, it lacks the capability to generate packing slips and bility, which are essential for our operations. More than a year ago, I provided feedback requesting the addition of these services, but they have not been implemented yet. While the app does allow you to generate invoice copies, which is useful, it falls short in critical areas for a Packers and Movers business.

Below issues need to be addressed. 1) when you make a sale bill it does not give option to give discount on bill and neither show how much profit you making on this bill. This can be very useful when customer bargain and giving less amount then total. 2) Vyapar app allow you to sell item at less than the purchase price and even not give any warning that you making loss on selling this item. 3) After doing sell, Vyapar accept return items multiple times for same bill.

I purchased the Vyapaar app and there are some problems in it. When we are giving the bill to the customer, there is no discount column in it and neither the customer is able to understand in the proper way how much he is saving. When I spoke to customer care, they said that they are working on it but I don't know when it will be done.

I have a gold version, but I have been facing a big problem since I started using this app since 2 years ago. They promised me to fix it for me and sometimes just sending to me a survey and nothing happens always same promise My two big problem is On creating invoice the user has ability to creat a new item by missing taping on item that make another problem wich is The inventory can be on negative so my stock is always on minus or not real I stuck using your app I am on my way to change it

Pleasantly surprised by this app..it does everything I need! I'm a Color Street Stylist and was looking for an app to keep track of inventory and color Cash prizes. I tried several different apps but this one does everything I need and helps make my small business look so professional with personalized invoices, text amount due to clients & most importantly tracking my on hand inventory.

Been using the app on my phone as a contractor for a few years now. The techs have been very responsive and the app is always updated well. The one thing I wish it had is the ability to bill for progress payments such as a deposit for a certain amount to begin the project, then to bill for certain items as completed or percentages of the project as a whole. Overall I am very satisfied. Thanks

This is a very good app, nothing comes close to it, at least not for what it costs. It does have some shortcomings such as: 1. Not optimized for unique barcode products (serial numbers, IMEI...). 2. Doesn't support averaging cost of inventory items 3. Doesn't support multiple inventories/warehouses.

Love this app! Works great for my hobby and so glad to be able to keep inventory. Well, I have been using for a while but after this last update it keeps crashing on me. Talked to customer service and they said, "not on their end and to check my internet". Did all that, uninstalled reinstalled, nothing. So I should change the rating to 1 star ⭐. UPDATE:. after many tests and restarting, I figured it had to be my phone. So user error, customer service has been EXTREMELY WONDERFUL. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
