It showed that having a new version and asked me confirm to updates, But when going to Play store, there isn't any updates And when back to apply, it asked me confirm to update again. This is repeated over and over....

Poor application/ I have try more than 20times for resigtration, but it has always stuck at take photos of the pp step.

So I asked my 5 year old nephew if he developed this App, he said no. To whomever developed this App forgot to add the permissions for file and photo access. Does not work on my Android or iPhone. I had a similar app when I was on contract in China, it worked flawlessly the first time and I could forget about it until I needed it. I've been f"*kng with this thing for 2 months in addition to the heath department losing my information 2x. Foreign workers be aware.

Although the account is created, app still require id pictures for other things. But do not have places to add id pictures, both on the app and the website. Then continuosly informing that the pics are needed. I can't believe it

UI/UX are terrible. Slow response and bad performance. Asking to change system settings permission for no real reason. What does this app do that need to change system settings anyway. (Will give 0 star if possible).

Forgot password. Provided email, entered OTP, received new password (6 numbers), typed the new password very carefully and...received a message "incorrect password". Tried many times and the same message as above. This app is one of the worst app I've used.

I suppose to fill only 1 form for my bussiness but I have to download and fill dozen of stuffs on this bad UX, UI app just to fill my only 1 form afterward. 1 year later and I can not login. The basic function like "forgot password" did not work at all. Can not use resetting password.

Everytime I tried taking a photo through this app, my cameras would become extremely lagged. To cap it off, after all, yesterday when I was attempting to take a picture, my camera just refused to function, stating that I was using another camera. Then I uninstall the app, and the problem flied away:))

Terrible UX. Don't understand why account registration must be so complicated and not kind of "electronic" at all. From a user's standpoint, he or she just need to enter his/her Insurance Code and a phone number to get the OTP. That's all because he or she already have had Insurance Code issued with all the information stored on your data center.

What enrages me is the very significant load times this app requires to load something. If you click on another tab it will start loading and it will skip every interaction you do. You need to learn by heart which function is in what tab if you don't want to waste half a minute for each tab you are clicking on.

Stupid and rubbish app as no OTP received then how to complete the registration! Waste of time!! Updated: App requested you to put phone number for OTP but actually it's been sent out via email which user didn't know about it. Once I can sign in with provided passwords then could not able to change it as well. So annoying!

Worst experience ever!!! I barely leave any comments for apps. They either have to be super good or this worst and this app is for the latter. Took way too long for the last step to load, then never received the otp email unless you cancel and resend your application which makes it way too long just to complete such a simple procedure.

I can't reset my password because app throwing the error when validating email, but i used the other way to login and find place to update email address, but it doesn't exist

The registration is not allowing me to take a photo of my identification. This is not working on Samsung S23FE. I don't think this works on Android 14 as it's not doing the camera load. Fairly disappointing experience.
