I bought it from Reliance digital mart and after installation, but didn't even work it for one time maybe cause of some problem in my mobile. then i filled a complaint against on their customer support no. And i was surprised that they refunded the amount of purchase. The service is extremely good.

App crashes when I try to edit my phone, after I did it before, then showed...undefined.. much improvement to be made for a overrated app at 4.4 stars. Support email fails, undefined in email entry, won't let you enter email. Sad wxcuse for security app, and only after paying 30 do you see it's worthless.

Buyed this app from jio store. This is valid only for one year. At first I used to lock my personal apps. Later the app use to crash. My internet was not working due to it. I used to restart my device cause of it. Finally had to uninstall. So i would personally prefer free apps from Play Store for app lock or vpn. Dear Body Guard Team, Kindly fix these issue or bugs in your application.

It is a paid VPN service, I thought It would provide a very good VPN connection but it doesn't, free VPN works better than this one and other features are simply available on many other free apps, it's simply using a lot of mobile resources and even if we leave everything, main problem is VPN , we don't even have a vast variety of countries available in VPN and whenever I connect to it , internet speed significantly decreases and I have to try so many times to connect to VPN ,shows lots of error

Got this app with a 1 yr free subsricption along with a music system purcashed hence downloaded it to use. Only worked for a month and the app got auto logged out or signed out. However after that it did not login at all. Tried the forgot password option and there was no email sent to my registered email ID also. The error msg sent to me everytime was check internet connection. Tried the same on Wi-Fi and data networks. Still doesn't work. Will not recommend this app to any one.

I purchased safehouse believing it could help me safeguard my devices. What I found is, with the turning on of a few apps, those apps are capable of turning off this vpn in the first place. Disney Hotstar on my mobile device is capable of doing so. A few unwanted callers' ring is able to shut down this app. I mean to say, what's this app capable of if such issues come up. I want a much better purchase when I see this. Its a waste. Support only wants to talk and no action to ensure such loopholes

Very unreliable app. Sometimes, it just won't open. Closes as soon as I open it. Sometimes, it will log me out and then won't let me login. If it works, it works like a charm, and if it does not, then it just won't work at all. It's very frustrating! Hence the 2 star. I don't think I will renew the license. BTW, it drains the battery very aggressively if it runs in the background.

The app was working just fine before the recent update. Now the app keeps sending an email to log in and when I do log in, it says you are already logged in, and when I try to switch the VPN on, it say you are logged out. It's a repetitive cycle. Can't use the app at all now. I did try uninstalling the app. It worked for 2 to 3 times but now it's back to the same problem now.

It's one of the most irritating app I've ever used. Reasons: 1. It needs a continuous network signal to work properly. Once a network breaks, it's as good as installing a new app to make it work again. 2. The "app lock" doesn't work the first time. If you're using a fingerprint option to open any app, it fails the first time, there's a msg. at bottom "fingerprint failed". It always opens in the second attempt. 3. The safety mechanism stops working at any point of time. Pl. rectify these errors.

I faced a small issue. When I raised the query on playstore, little did I expect to get a reply, forget a quick one. The team from safehouse called me up within an hour. After understanding the issue, they provided an excellent resolution. All within 24 hours and 2 phone calls(from their end, I had to make not a single reminder call from my side) Kudos to the support team.!!

Hi, a few suggestions: 1. add a referral program. 2. need quick connect widget for Android. 3. try to add jio hotstar (most wanted for all abroad users). 4. The App UI looks not promising and also has some bugs logged out without any reason sometimes. 5. Add Amazon Fire Stick support. 6. Bangalore VPN not working as expected. Rest

I'm using a nothing phone 2a and the app hangs every time. I'm forced to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. disappointed
