I'm not happy with this app. A customer paid me for more than 3 days now and I have been finding it difficult to open the app and retrieve my money! It's not even opening at all! I can't access my money. This is bad ooh..

Avoid Avoid Avoid at all cost, I hared about VPay via Nelly continuous promotion on social media, and thought it would be a good way to open a ‘ business account ‘ . I use the term business account loosely, because this is a faceless bank, there are no banks in your local town or major cities. What a big regret I have opening this bank account, having submitted all official documents from Nepa Bill, to International Passport and BVN, I still cant withdraw my money out ( and it is not even a large amount ) . We have stopped using Vpay for all our transaction and now use our regular bank, which defeats the point of what VPay set up for. If your interested in opening a bank account with this company because you don’t want to go through the cumbersome process of getting CAC registration documents. DON’T DON’T DON’T . Get your CAC registration and open your business bank account with a bank which has face, meaning that you can go in person if any problems do arise. This Fintech app, Vpay gets A THUMB DOWN , a very useless app indeed even after submitting all documents required!

Vpay have really brought banking to the lowest and easiest way to do business and more secure without visiting the banking hall. Everything done right from your comfort zone. Most especially helping business to flow without hitches in the absence of the boss, through vpay cashier too. Kudos.

I love this vpay app because their customers support is extremely active 24/7 either through phone calls email what says messages and even telegram you don't have to ever wait have to because they got your back there is this agent that always responds to me Umar i personally like that guy interaction so friendly and he understands very quickly and always help me out when im in need Thanks to Vpay Africa Thanks to Umar ✅

I'm impressed with the customer service they kept me updated throughout the registration process and so far all my transactions has been fast and no fake transfer. Highly recommended.

Was cool at the beginning, but seems to be overwhelmed in recent time. App is either not launching, or payments not going through. Can hardly go three straight days, without one issue or the other

I don't like this ! Once I log out and log in ..the app keeps claiming my email address and password is not valid while it is! It's frustrating especially when I need to use the app..FIX THIS!

This is a rejoinder to my earlier comment. The issues have been resolved and the customer support staff who attended to me on Whatsapp was superb. She did her best to get all issues resolved. Kudos to her. And for the app, it's being working fine.

This app postures to be a “solution” for the challenges small business face, in regards to receiving payments and carrying out other business transactions. What they don’t tell you is their verification process is unnecessarily difficult and strenuous. In my case, I started my verification process going to a month now and till now I’m yet to receive an OTP for my bvn. Something that takes seconds with proper banking systems. My money is still in their account and I have no way to transfer

This app is really helpful. I use it in my business and it gives me ease. I no longer bother when customers wants to make payment via bank transfers because my cashiers can confirm without disturbing my cell phone for confirmation. Weldone VPay team👏👏 Excellent product.

Technology is all about making things easy and solving people's problems. This dartpay merchant app is best for business owners like me to help keep track of my transfer transactions. No room for fake transfers from dubious people as everything can be seen from this app whether the transaction is a paid transaction or not. This app is awesome.
