Honestly the worst app ever created. Nothing works. It's impossible to pick a seat on a phone because you can't zoom. You will spend a considerable amount of time choosing seats, selected food, adding card details just for your payment to time out and your entire booking is gone. You will have to start again just for the exact thing to happen. DO NOT BOTHER downloading this app. Is it guaranteed to waste your time

such poor UI, the app keeps crashing and closing all my points lost. was about to get a free ticket with my points accumulation and now I have just stupid Coke freebies which is useless.. having been loyal to the cinema chain for all this long and getting nothing in return is a shame.. uninstalling since it doesn't work at all and just continuously updating doesn't serve any purpose

This app is good enough to book the movies no doubt but recently they have changed the reward program method called "Share".. seriously this is worst than previous..if you wanted to get one free standard movie ticket you should spent almost 1,350 dhs (equal to 28 standard tickets)...well vox cinemas..no thanks for your free ticket... I'll enjoy only what i pay for it.

Ok for quick bookings. Other than that, it does not give any sort of means to add to the bookings once done. If u do noy purchase the food along with the ticket, then u r done. There is no way going back to add any extras after that. The share option just never worked with me. U can click it a thousand times but it just wont work. Develipers need to think like moviegoers and it doe not make any sense that vox have such a lousy app.

This is the worst and most complicated cinema app I ever used, if ever you forget password once,you are done, their ancient and intriguing style of password recovery starts,like filling columns for car, entering vague sounds of number, and by the time other people would have booked the ticket. Additionally, in no other cinemas I ever saw 10 minutes long boring ad of Snacks during the interval, how cheap displaying a boring snack ad during the breaK for a company like MSF

App started crashing today (04/10/2019) when I started using it after a while. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but no luck.... It was working perfectly earlier and not sure what happened now. Not sure if MAF even cares about the users and their app. Cannot see any replies fron them (or their developers) while we are struggling.... Very disappointing.....

App works nice and smooth; can sort by movie or by cinema, view movie details and trailer, zoom on seating area with double-tap, order food and drinks, and avail offers and discounts. The problem with starting from the top of the list when going back seems fixed, however ***please fix the problem with pressing Android UI back button not working in app***

What's wrong with you guys ??? Why the application is not validating any offer at all ? I tried several times either no luck. Even I called you but no one reply. This is very bad service indeed. The other cinema applications like Reel and Novo are working perfectly. Your service is geeying from bad yo worse to the worst. Not recommended at all.

The Vox Cinema app is, without a doubt, the worst app I have ever used. It consistently fails to deliver even the most basic functionalities and leaves users frustrated and disappointed. From the moment I downloaded it, I encountered countless issues that made my movie-going experience far from enjoyable. It works but some features are ridiculously counterintuitive, like accessing purchased tickets for example. This should be on the first screen. There's also a redundancy in the drop down categories, Movies and What's On... aren't those the same thing?! The Food and Drink page is useless if you cannot order in advance. And the About, Contact Us and Terms can all be combined. And what is the point of Ways to Watch?! A little info link from the ticket purchasing page would serve the purpose.

Normally, I book a few seats tentatively, before confirmation. Changes do come by, most of the time, due to my work schedule.. so I back out last minute. When I view my account info, the Rewards History also includes the Cancelled movies... or some movies which I'm sure I didn't go see. Now, how would a customer keep track or their rewards history, if the confirmed and the cancelled reservations are both included in the tally? This has been on for ages, thought an app update would fix the glitch

Frustrating and finicky. So many glaring technical issues in one app. You try to go back a step after the seat selection, the seat you previously selected are gone, even if you didn't confirm it. Do this a few times the whole cinema is full. It doesn't recognize any of the bank cards, can't change the card at the checkout. And so on..... It's a miracle how it survived so long and managed to achieve such an underwhelming performance in this day and age. Especially in a country as advanced as UAE!

It says enter card number and Expiry Date for card payment but you cannot enter anything. That input box is frozen. No matter how many times we click I cannot enter any card details. Fix the bug 🐛

it does the job. just barley the app does book your seats and you can order food up ahead and all. low rating is because the UI is outdated and not user friendly by any means. sugesstions: 1. enable the phone's (andriod) navigation buttons to control the app. example: pressing back button! 2. add a simple dashboard instead of the menu on the top left. 3. utilize the buttom of the screen for user controls since the only interactive button is top left... the farthest from the users fingers!

Used to be fine. Now I am forced to reset my password each and every session, forcing me to go through pages of picture verifications to prove I'm not a robot. Why? Makes no sense. I got around this by just continuing as a guest. However, this option is not accessible anymore and the app forces me to go to the password reset method (I have done this at least 5 times already) Honestly, it's pretty ridiculous VOX hasn't fixed this when there are multiple complaints of the same issue.

Absolute garbage. The app doesn't work, you try all your cards and they are declined. You try calling and the line is busy. When you finally reach them an automated message tells you to use the app (which, as I mentioned, doesn't work) and to wait for someone to pick up. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody picked up. We're in 2023 and I can't reach out to a cinema to book a ticket. Unbelievable.

Stability issues with App. Doesn't complete booking. And then you try again and lose the chosen seats cause it thinks they've been booked. This has happened several times now and has become frustrating. Are you guys even trying to fix this. You're losing your loyal customers. Two times now I've had to book at a different cinema.

Has got major bugs, when I t comes to entering details like credit card and other personal details. It prevented me from getting the seats I want and then the booking system then decides to assume the seats are taken. Fix this issue asap otherwise this could hinder online sales

The app cycles and makes you go in circles trying to buy a movie. I tried many many times over and over and eventually stopped using this app. It creates an account without a password, then it said to login, and I had to go change the password it wouldn't even let me create in the first place.

This app has worked very well for years, but now suddenly I can't book tickets anymore. I get all the way to payment, I choose my card and enter the cvv and then get an error. Can't connect to server or something. I've tried deleting my cards and re-entering, using different cards, and uninstalling the app. Still same error.
