The worst experience I aver had, they offer lower price on flights and then you end up paying even more just for your luggage, they are constantly asking you to change your flight schedule, and customer services sucks, also the app never works to check in and they charge your $15.00 CAD just to print your boarding passes. Ridiculous.😫

So many people told me not to fly Volaris, and since I had used them before, I never listened. Well, jot me down as another that has been screwed over by volaris, and it's very disappointing. Bought a basic flight, and they say that they had a zero flight the whole time. I showed up to the airport and had to pay for my carry-on. I showed them a screenshot that they asked for, and still, they say that the booking was a zero flight. What a shame.

I attempted to pay for my checked baggage using the app and the pay button was grayed out. I went through the whole process more than once to verify every field was filled in. After about 4 attempts it finally worked. This process was so frustrating. In addition, I was adding checked bags while checking in and on my PC I was quoted $80.50 per bag but on the app it was $69.99 each.

Beyond glitchy, some buttons unresponsive, freezes and starts over often. This is the biggest pain of an app and airline to use. You can't contact anyone and you can't even edit your profile name on the desktop site or mobile app. Unfortunately, it's the only airline that takes my family where they want to go.

This app is horrible when it comes to check-in. Couldn't check-in through the app after several attempts. I was forced to use the website. Note: Wanted to update my 1 star rating. Today my in-laws are flying in and the app is not allowing my father-in-law check in.

Volaris app needs a way to apply multiple eCredit vouchers to a single reservation. I has hoodwinked into selecting eCredits when Volaris canceled a flight for my party of 3. 3 eCredits were granted but then found the eCredits unusable because for party of 3 on the same itinerary with v.club benefits can only use 1 of the 3 eCredits. Customer service through the app is terrible.

I hate to download apps that I only use once and this app sucked it kept logging me out and I had to re input my address like 5 times. And my dad needs a wheelchair and instead of letting him board first like in the US he boarded last .the gave the last seats on the plane they already closed the rear entrance so he had to go through the airplane to sit down. I wouldn't care if it was just me but he gets really tired when he walks for a bit and is uncomfortable for him.

Terrible lay out. Clicking on something works half the time. The site was set up to get every last penny from you. The app crashes or just stops working on my phone everytime. I usually have to call the airline to complete a ticket purchase. Why can't you list the days flights are available to your destination instead of us having to check each day until we find an available flight. So aggravating trying to use this app. Worst airline app I've ever used.

This app is terrible. Iam pretty sure they don't even have costumer service. Tried two different numbers, 1 is a useless bot and the other doesn't get checked apparently. Screw this airline. I need to switch flights and I am going to have to get a whole new flight and I Will get it through a different airline. I will never use this app or airline Ever again. It is horrific. I cannot figure out how to switch flights and I am basically out of time for all that.

The application is good. Is the fact that it's a bit confusing sometimes and they keep pushing extra services even if you already have it in your cart. Making you think, you haven't got it and end up buying double and they don't make corrections when you call to ask for refound, credit, or anything. If you, by accident purchased three extra anything, to bad it's yours to keep.

Downloaded it to check in- each time I tried to submit the info for my boarding pass, it went back to the home screen and cleared out all the information I had typed in. Tried it five times total on different flights and different times. Never got it to work. My friend's iPhone version of this app was able to check has both in without issues.

the app sucks . does not work at all. everything its false advertisements. the service at the airport its horrible from volaris. super rude !. and the flights might sound cheap , but with all the extra fees they add for eveything, you end up paying the same amount of money if you go to another airline .. just think about it. After 3 years of doing this review this app still doesn't work. Horrible service .

It's bad. It's really really terrible. it's a bug, masquerading as an application. Not useful, nor is it user friendly. Entering information is difficult, searching information to input doesn't work. With it being so obviously terrible, it's a wonder to me why they even have an app. Would be better if they didn't have it, now I'm doubting the quality of my trip if they are willing to make a public application this bad. Not a good sign. Please fix. Customer service on the phone is good, however!

Have to have the app to TRY to get your ticket or they charge you (cash only) to print your boarding pass. I wouldn't mind if it actually worked and didn't error out EVERY time I attempted to use it. Didn't work for my departure, didn't work for my return. They do print them for free if you take a screenshot of the error so there is that. As an app, trash.

Good idea, but app is very slow. Worst of all does not store your QR ticket codes on the phone. Therefore it will try to pull the codes each time. Guess what happens when you have a slow app that does not store QR codes locally and a slow/bad connection? Have fun waiting while everyone walks pass security. And have fun waiting while everyone boards. Print all your tickets, including returns, before you leave. Use the app to check for flight and gate changes...thats it.

The app has tons of issues with checking, sometimes it makes you select and pay for a seat even though you already have one. It literally does not let you check in (it shows a random, untelated error) without paying extra for a seat selection. As a computer science major, I find this to be a despicable error for such a rudimentary function within the app.

Terrible App! It always crashes. I have to open and close the app MULTIPLE times just to see my flight intineray, once I pass that stage...to make edits on my flight (change sear, add luggage,etc) I have to keep closing and open the app until it stops crashing and lets me make the changes I want. It's a very tedious process just to get my boarding pass and change seats etc. This ALWAYS happens.

Really bad experience, on the app and on the website. I tried on both, to book a flight, 7x to be exact, every single one restart the search, didn't let me pay or log in, the app keep dropping and a lot of BS. i would rather travel on frontier or AA, whatever airline is coming to my city. Really really bad experience, if it even give me a hard time booking, cant imagine its costumer service or airline staff.

This app simply doesn't work. I spent time trying to fill out all required information to book a flight. In the end, it just crashed without saving any of my data. I had to book the flight on my PC. I'm now trying to check-in via this app, and it keeps showing an "unexpected error" dialog box. I cannot understand why companies do not hire adequate software developers and do not replace their IT leadership when things fail so miserably
