Don't download I sent a message to support for help with my account and it never has been responded to waste of time don't download this one stay away Edit I actually waited for the team to respond to me and to my surprise the answered me and I informed them of them of the problem that was Monday here it Is Wednesday and I have not herd from them since again this app is bs don't download it because support is slow and very hard to actually get ahold of it takes a bad review for them to talk

I don't like this app as soon as I signed up for a cash advance they told me they couldn't give me one I'm not leaving my bank account info with these people, & I can't get no cash advance they must be crazy.

do not get this app!!! the bugs suck. says my last name is wrong and Support isn't helpful. and they just tried to take money for the subscription when I have a 3 day free trial. this app is a scam!

This shady business deducted the tier fee first before sending me my advance! This is not suitable and flawed practices. This service will overdraft your account without hesitation. Other cash app advances will not attempt to do that if you don't have a sufficient balance in your account. This is a money hungry company at its finest! Report them to the BBB instead!

I changed my review to 1 from 3 stars. I finally received the 20 dollar advance. But when I went to repay the advance early it declined my card even though the money was available. Now it has locked me out of my account and I can't log in because it's saying wrong email or password but I saved my email and password for the app. So they have access to all my bank info and I can't pay or log in. Also I referred someone and the referral code doesn't even work. I wouldnt recommend this app at all.

Support takes forever to respond to mails and support requests in the app. The app doesn't have good help. The website for Vola Finance doesn't resemble anything in the app. I've been charged the monthly fee twice today after my app unexpectedly closed. I can't tell when an advance will actually be deposited in my account. I don't see why instant deposits don't work since it's clear instant debits work just fine. The app also looks like it was designed by inexperienced developers.

Updating my review after working with this company a bit longer-I've learned that you do get access to higher amounts after repaying on time and also upgrading your subscription. just a pro tip I'm not sure if I was just a special case but my loan was repaid and then my subscription renewed. After a cooling off period, I noticed I qualified for a tier upgrade and when you upgrade your tier they charge you immediately but I had a superb experience with their customer service. Shoutout to Sam!!!!!

Surprised to see so many negative reviews. Personally, there were no issues linking a bank account or taking advances in my experience. Yes, at first, the amounts offered are rather small, but as you "earn" your way up to higher tiers (make repayments on time), advance amounts will increase. And yes, of course there are higher fees associated higher tier levels. It really is no different than being charged a fee for taking out advances from any other app of this kind, i.e. MineyLion, Dave, ect.

Very frustrating! When you try and fill in a code from your email or phone number, the numbers don't line up so it tells you it's wrong everytime. Not only that but there is a huge delay when you try and press the continue button, or any button for that matter. Then I tried to link my bank account and that page kept coming up blank so I just uninstalled it. Very disappointing.

I installed this for a cash advance. Yet after I gone through the whole sign up process (including connecting my bank with Plaid), it then falsely tells me my current bank account is ineligible for upgrading the tier required for a cash advance. With a reason stating, "It's not connected to recurring payments." Well, obviously this Vola app didn't check thoroughly enough. I banked with Capital One for years and currently work a full-time job with bills to pay like my 📱phone / 🏨 rent. 🤦‍♂️

Vola took out my latest subscription fee on September 13th. No bank transfer issue here.... When I tried to take out an advance today, an error pop up stated... having issues transferring with the bank. Try editing or add account. Nothing wrong with my bank account. They are happy to take your fee, but they don't want process loan to you. You email them with issue, and they don't even get back to you.

This app is a joke. I downloaded it to take out a small advance to make ends meet. First of all a subscription fee that varies greatly between tiers and the more you pay the more you can borrow? That's extremely biased. Some of us cannot afford a subscription fee at all. Then when I tried to verify my account it wouldn't take my SSN OR my ID! It denied them both or had some kind of issue. Then when I tried to submit a support ticket to get help verifying, it wouldn't even send. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Edit: Suggestion from developer worked so I have updated my rating to 5 stars. This service has always been good until I had this issue and now it's back to being great again. It worked great for a long time. Now all of a sudden, I can't confirm my advance. It gets to the confirm advance screen, but the button isn't there to actually confirm it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does not work.

Horrible! Takes my money for the tier upgrade. After I had already upgraded. Says I'm eligible to take an advance, but when I try something pops up saying I've exhausted something, but I can't read the rest of it and it disappears. If I'm paid up, both for advance and subscription, and I've waited the "cool off" period, I should be able to get my advance!

It was okay for a while. However, one day, it just randomly decided my bank was no longer eligible, even though it was on the approved list. When asking customer service, they said to just said add a different account. Very frustrating, but hey, if your bank is supported, it can help someone for sure. Update: I state a problem, and it is made out to be my fault? No. I always made my payments and paid the high subscription fee. Just stay away. There are way better apps.
