What a crock of an App, saw ad for cool car mats, had to download app, lucky didn't have to enter details. NONE TO BE SEEN, wasted my time

Awful. Sold a frankly terrible copy of a watch and when I complained they said there was nothing wrong with it despite me presenting photographic evidence that it was totally different to the listing. Then changed their story when I threatened them with HMRC & Trading Standards. Told me to destroy it and send them pics and only then would they send a refund - yeah, course you will. I destroy the evidence and you send me nothing back haha! SCAMMERS - Avoid like the plague.

Shipping and delivery is so long.... usually it on takes 2-3 weeks with products that will come from china and yet this takes 1 1/2 - 2 months before it arrives in Italy...not worth the wait and money...i like the other platform better...delivery is much shorter than yours...

Be careful they don't send the refund back i have waited more than 60 days but nothing change!! And the AI support say everytime the same and the same again ! I send a message in the email then i had the same response like the support! They are scam and they will not send back your money. Now they will respond to me to contact them on the email to solve it but nothing will happen.. the email is like the support same response copie past !!. I will delete it and be careful guys.

So far so good,put my first big order in,now waiting for my holiday clothes to arrive.Excellent updates and customer service upto now.Hoping the goods are as good as they look.Just wish they did a lot more size 12 uk trainers as I would buy loads.Keep up the good work.Looking forward to receiving my parcels of clothes.

I purchased 3 mobile phones from them because of the way it was described. I received the phone as pictured but the operation and apps were a complete lies. It was like a toy phone. I battle with them for months. I returned the items to Germany at my own cost before I received my refund. I pay via PayPal and Klarma. Please if you have money to waste then buy from them.

Not good really was not happy with an item I purchased contacted Voghion and included pics then received refund refused!! Customer service did refund me after contacting again!. Wont use Voghion again there is no returns option and not easy to get a refund. Ali Express by far a better company to deal with. Hope this helps others buyers decision on Voghion.

Clearly cheating in pricing. did add 2 items total price was 21 euros but when I came to pay it showed 30 euros. I did repeat this process 3 times each time showed me different price.

Awful company to have to deal with. Product not as described. Want me to send back, shipping to be paid by me back to China. PayPal sided with them as well, Regardles of photo of item. Do yourself a favour stay away from this company, will take your money and send you rubbish fit for bin.

I brought a pair of trainers that that were damaged but I had to pay postage to send back which wasn't my fault didn't get a refund after showing pics off the damaged item definitely won't be buying again so who ever orders from here just make sure u get the correct size and it's not damaged as they won't give u a refund

The worst customer service I have ever seen. They don't help with anything, and after I write them my problem over and over again, they respond with the same word ((Hello, how can i help you)) and do not accept returns of purchases or compensation if they do not meet our wishes(not as described). Even if they accept, they do not complete the response to the messages which sent to them in the customer service department

Horrendous customer service. Bots bots bots. No human available to use common sense. Kept advising me to get proof of non reciept for a missing item. Parcel was signed for by me - but should have had 2 items 1 was missing. AVOID. Still not resolved. Response. Yes as you can see they have no idea. Refer to logistics. If they read my comment at all they would see parcel was signed for. Missing an item. Fully intact as they have been advised 20+ times. Avoid or you will lose money
