Via Vodafone Yanımda you can;

This application it's compete garbage. You can't understand anything using it. First of all - you switch to English, but like 70% of content is not translated. Even with auto-translation. And the UX is horrible. I wasn't to understand how much Gb I have left on my account. But it's easier to buy meat or to bet on soccer rather than get this critical info. Billion of packages you can barely understand. No, I will never use Vodafone again, it's better to stick to eSIM or something

The application constantly freezes and crashes. This has been happening for the last couple of weeks. Using it on a Galaxy s20fe and it advises that the app has a bug and to contact the developer. Please fix your app

Buggy, resource hog, hideous UX, lots of useless and time consuming security measures. By the way right now you can't launch now the app getting the warning message : we're updating the app so it's closed currently. WTH? This app must be accessible every second. An app about 20 million subscribers should use must be developed, maintained and optimized by truly competent professionals.

This app runs a service at background even you do not start the app. And the service is always running, draining battery and using system resources wastefully. Nowadays every app is seeing itself as the most important app ever. Just do not install.

Very bad one. Always shows some errors, when i want to see plans, or I'm trying to pay, or I want to see general info. Bad English version. Impossible to refill with foreign card. Issues with internet! So far - the worst Vodafone app.

First time for app reviewing in my entire life. Just horrible! It spams a lot of notifications, you cannot disable them. It won't let you login although you received brand-new password. Also, it made me logout from the last session(3 months ago or so) for no reason.

Very slow application, each update spends lot of data. Additional package and tariff explanations very poor, needs improvisation. People needs more user friendly app and less data consumption, try to look as user. In reality 4.5G is working like 2G/3G. 2minutes twitter news videos still freezing at 2022, it's a shame.

The worst operator application ever, I have money on my account, when I'm trying to buy new package asks me for credit card information!! When I'm trying to pay with contactless card, it just reports unknown error without explanation and reporting the source of the error and stops working, shortly, it's the worst application I've seen until today

silly and awful app , not useful at all, i moved newly from turkcell hoping vodafone might be a better and cheaper supporter , such a wrong decision , app is not working for nearly 3 weeks, not even a chance to get connected to costumer service neither by phone or email, i could only talk to a robot in call center with no help, anyway i m thinking of changing my operator again i m not sure if it is possible or not i will google it , do not recommend vodafone and its application at all.

At the first ur starting to love the app but when it comes to gifts it never gives you anything about internet's they're always giving you sales. really? sales? It doesn't has any optimization too and drains you're battery a lot sadly. Still like it because I don't have a choice at least i can control how many things left to use so 3 stars for it.

Literal TRASH, Too much permissions and zero service, this is the only time in my life I wanted to use bad language towards an app or a service and give it a rating of minus, Vodafone is very inconsistent and just makes people nervous all the time and it's honestly unbearable, I really hope they consider leaving the area of Telecom and try something else

I was just trying to recharge my tourist sim, but company's site redirects me to this app. App shows the same web page normal browser does, but with all possible permissions including precise location 24/7. Nevertheless I was unable to recharge my sim. Just show me a web page where I can enter my phone number, credit card info and then get some internet package. Is that so difficult?

Collects data and if you refuse to give it (like storage and phone call record accessibility permissions), the program does not run. The lucky wheel is a completely phishing attack to people for collecting their personal data and use it anyway. If you refuse to give data to them, you wont be able to get your lucky discount or bundle.

With this scam app you receive random confirmation dialogs. During texting with a someone, once I accidentally pressed "Yes" when it popped up from nowhere without knowing what it is about. No second confirmation afterwards. Vodafone subscribed me to a useless service which I still cannot unsubscribe, and now they are stealing my money for the last few months. Should be banned from Google Play.

Although there is an English option at the beginning of the app, it makes no difference once you start using it as most of they key words and phrases are still Turkish. Very confusing and needs to be translated properly if you're going to offer an English option. Also, this does not accept foreign bank cards. Poor.

I've had the same issue as a lot of users , the app barely starts and only displays a white screen. This app hasn't been working on my Samsung note android for months but works fine on my iphone. Can this problem be fixed soon it's making me reconsider using the vodafone network. people nowadays are in search for convenience and if vodafone are not going to provide that then customers will go elsewhere, and trust when i say , there are many options to choose from!

Incessantly asks whether I want to switch to a more expensive tariff, sometimes about 5 times in a minute. The button to view the tariff conditions did not work for the most experience tariff. Even if you change your tariff to one which gives you certain privileges such as free data transfer for media apps, you still need to go through settings and activate that seperately, or you are charged for that data you already pay for the exemption of (this might be due to carrier and not the app).

The worst experience ever. The app is so buggy and keeps signing me out of my account whenever I try to update my phone package. And it took me 3 monthes to sign in to my home internet account, too. I'm changing to another operator today.

It constantly asks whether I want to switch to a new tariff, and sometimes I get this notification from the phone itself. Just as there is little internet in the tariffs, additional packages are also very expensive. On the other hand, the wheel, gives almost nothing. It would be great if it could give internet, but all it gives is discount for shopping. Disappointment.

I have both mobile and broadband accounts. When I add both, it stops logging me into the broadband account. The problem started a couple of weeks back. Please, fix it. tahmin et Kazan also stopped working.
