Is there a bug? Items cannot be scrolled/chosen during combat? Only...1st 7 items of the first page can be used..? ..??

Its a pretty great game, has old school rpg vibes with a different presentation and art style through cards:)

Old school JRPG much like Dragonquest except free inn, infinite MP and very high crit rates. Quite short story you can finish it in 15+ hours.

A standard Turn-based RPG with tabletop/boardgame aesthetics, the narrator is the only voice actor, but he carries the game with how good his voice acting is; the twist in the beginning is pretty funny.

Really fun short jrpg. Art, music and sound design is fantastic. Gameplay stops evolving about halfway through.

I've never played a visual novel mixed with rpg adventure qualities and battle. It was more enjoyable than I thought it would be.

The perfect RPG to take on the go. Engaging story and addictive gameplay are among the things that keeps you going back for more. Highly recommended.

A perfect little mobile RPG. No GACHA or annoying DLC. Fun story. Good humor. Exactly what you'd expect from SquareEnix.

It was a very enjoyable game. It worked really well on mobile. The narrator was really awesome. I definitely want to check out more of the voice of card games

So this was technically my second VOC game cause I played the free version first and loved it sm that I had to try it out and I'm glad I did, the game was fun, well paced, the story could've been a little better I guess but other than that I loved it, had a blast.

art is amazing! story is very based and boring. end of game brings u back to ur last save. wish there was more to this game, and a more engaging story.

Great fun with a great sense of humour, but random encounters get annoying in frequency and length, and much too short (less than 10 hours of gameplay)

The game runs well enough but honestly the one glaring issue that I cannot overlook is that anytime I want to switch apps like to reply to a message the game completely restarts and I have to load back in to my game. So every time I want to respond to messages or check something on a different app I need to save my game and then go through all that loading time to get back in. If not for this I would easily give 5 stars for a solid port.

Excellent port of a terrific game by Yoko Taro! It surprisingly plays much better with touch control. The text, however, is too small for my liking. I can't play it on my 6.8" phone comfortably. The experience is much much better on my tablet. Also the mobile versions are far cheaper than the console ones. That alone makes it worth it. If there is anything I want to see, a text size option for us with poor eyesight (buddub tss!). And cloud game save function for better device flexibility.

A great port of a wonderful RPG from the mind of Yoko Taro and co. The story and gameplay are very engaging, with gorgeous illustration and narration that leaves just enough to the imagination. The port is pretty great, running well on a mid-range phone. Touch controls work exactly as needed. My only gripe with the port is that it locks rotation, but that's a nitpick really. Probably the best way to play this absolute gem. There's also a Chapter 0 demo that runs the same if you want to test it.

It's not a Card strategy game. It's rather a traditional JRPG game in a presentation of cards. The voice acting of the game master is awesome and it kept me playing the game till the end. Had 20 hours of gameplay to get to the ending. A fun experience and a good time. It's rather a casual JRPG though, if you're finding a challenging and hard game.. this is not it. But if you're just starting to get into JRPGs, this is a good introduction.

A solid turn-based RPG with good fundamentals, nice card art, and that Yoko Taro... charm? Movement can be a mite finnicky (a small problem in a game like this) and scrolling through items mid-battle is tricky to impossible (a far bigger problem, but only mattered for me on the last boss). The combat has a solid balance between depth and simplicity, and is surprisingly flashy for a game repped entirely by cards, and the story goes places. A dozen houts is a good length for a game like this.

It's OK. Imagine a traditional JRPG, but cut down on cutscenes, character, and story, and turn most of the art assets into cards. Some might like it, but to me it's too empty. The story was serviceable and the characters were likeable to an extent, but there's just not enough there to keep me engaged. For the price tag it's understandable.

This would be okay on other platforms, but lends itself very well to mobile. You can save almost anywhere and play primarily by tapping different elements rather than trying to deal with a virtual joystick. The story is unabashedly silly, the characters are fun if shallow, and the art is nice. Less gratuitous character designs on the whole as other mobile games, which I appreciated. Gameplay mechanics are reasonably slight, but isn't too much of a problem for a 12ish hour runtime.
