Vivo is an idiotic company with loads of incompetent people working there and provides an awful service, uses dodgy marketing, nothing works, everything is complicated to do. Cant even top up properly online. App is a rubbish.

It sucks. I'm even considering changing provider after the contract is over. There's no customer service. And the app does NOT provide adequate support. Or answers to our needs. Specially internet.

Horrible app, it doesnt work, every time i try to open it says error, or service not available, or temporarily disabled, or takes a long time to loading data.... Completely useless

Não trabalha bem, não dessa pedi supporte, para internet it doesn't work, fix your support technician request The app is worthless when requesting support, been without internet for a week, they close my support ticket and say they came... But no one shows up. Awful customer service... vivo internet sucks, now 10 days without internet and no one bothers to fix it!! But they have no problem sending out bills for no service!!! They don't deserve not even one star, menus-******** minus

App has beel unresponsive. Specially to create a support issue. When creating a ticket it stays forever in the screen 'verificando conexão' and never ends...

Heavy app. Easy to change plan when you're upgrading. To downgrade plan is simply impossible. Laggy, slow. Barely works, only enough to pay your bill.

The option to choose issues with broadband is missing. I am unable to get technical support / request for a technician visit my place thru app. The store says this can only happen thru app

Horrible app, horrible overall service. Plus there's no option to change the language to English. What will happen here now? Vivo will send me a response and it won't be in English? Learn about globalization and using the language the world uses, English. By the way, English is my third language, so... Update: I wrote a review in English and you responded in another language? I knew it! Total disrespect, just like everything that has to do with Vivo!!! I wish I could put 0*!

Very slow. Totally unresponsive. I can't get even the basic information. It constantly returns to the previous screen without returning the requested information.

Really great app, having little issues like, if I don't have a decent internet connection, I can't access the app or anything on it. apart from that, has a lot of great features and really easy usage.

Useless app!! Dont download.. I've got 119.99 with 100g internet movel, And I made a payment before due date, but this app did not show me about the payment I made, I paid every month 3 times already but the app did not show my payment details.. poor application, zero star is good for you, you have enough detail for your service. You must send a confirmation message via sms or you must info your client through this app about the payment.

Vivo. Why do you allow register any email address without the checking an ownership? People register somebody's emails in order to get some additional benefits like 500MB monthly for invoice by email etc.. And there is no option to change that. How to contact support by mail e. g. ? There is only stupid automatic chat that cannot help people from another continent who suddenly started receive an invoices from Vivo and want to get rid of that. DO SOMETHING. That is unprofessional and annoying.

This app is pointless as soon as I can't even open the tools there are in it. Everything I try to do in the app simply freeze and nothing works. I've been losing rewards in the app because I can't use it. Hope you can fix that.

Takes forever to load every page, claims that there are several things that can be changed in the app, but I couldn't find them anywhere. Even after waiting long minutes to go back an forth through their poorly designed menus

Do not download this application! Vivo sent me a message that using this app I can have double internet. So I have downloaded it. I did top-up. And, straight away, they have charged me some mysterious services I have never used, and take away all my top-up. Their customer service is out of reach.

Slow attendance, do not solve any problems that you have directly. Even though the app has the option of assistance through messages it just tell you to call the vivo attendance directly. The app by itself does not solve anything you could do manually.
