Guys Portuguese is not the only language in the world. You need to make the app multilingual. At least add English to it.

It says it's not up-to-date, but I have just updated it. This is a major bug because I cannot charge my phone and I am left without Internet.

Horrible company, lots of spam texts and calls, they change your plan to more expensive without your knowledge. Stay away!

I have been able to reset the password, but the pix problem persists. I have an ATM card, but unfortunately, I cannot pay onlone with it. I hope it is possible to pay with pix as soon as possible. Regards.

Unable to register in the app as I don't have CPF. I have used my passport to buy the sim card . But I am unable to recharge my sim . If I call the customer care they don't answer and there is no service in English for the foreigners. Vivo was easier before not anymore

Worst service ever. They send you messages every single day, at least 3 times a day. They call you all the time, during the morning starting at 8am until 8pm. I was supposed to have Vivo services for 1 month but I just stopped to use my SIM card to not be bothered all the time. Such a bad experience.
