Don't do it. Buying the tickets was easy but we needed a refund as the event was canceled weeks before and that was the worst experience with a company I've had. Vivid seats didn't even know about the cancelation but once I finally got through to a live customer service rep after going through several options they canceled the event but will only give you a credit unless you email them to get a cash refund. They did give me a refund relatively quick so that's good but there was no dirctn or help

This company has THE WORST customer service EVER! Not only did it take 9 months for them to decide that the event I was supposed to attend was canceled they took it upon themselves to NOT give me my money back as a refund, but instead put it as credits toward any future purchases made with them. I will NEVER purchase anything else through VS again! And when you try to dispute this and attempt to get your money back they send you on a wild goose chase via contact methods!

Absolutely the worst ticket buying experience I've ever had, bought concert tickets, and have had an Absolutely terrible time trying to get them, spent 45 minutes of my evening the night before my concert just trying to verify my email so I could download my ticket, still haven't been able to do so and the customer support person I was chatting with was oblivious to my issues. They weren't able to be delivered until the night before. So now I am stuck trying to figure the problem out on my own.

Paid an already absorbent price for concert tickets for a particular section. Come to find out that that seat wasn't going to be available. The agent who was helping me offered me an "upgrade" at no additional cost. He gave me the section and a row closer to the stage and said it wasn't a side view. Later I looked at the seat map for that venue. IT WAS A SIDE VIEW!!!! I'd rather sit a few rows back with a non side view! I was stuck!

Tried to download ticket & kept getting activation emails & was never able to activate, had to buy tickets elsewhere, missed over half of the phillies and dodgers game with my gf because of this issue, after repeatedly trying to contact someone via chat and getting timed out & refreshing of pages, all progress was lost many times. Very frustrated, extremely disappointed in the app and website. They did not issue a refund even though I didn't get the tickets because of the vivids bad design.

The App itself is fine but it is very misleading. Most show you a total with fees but they show you a total without fees and then after you put your credit card info in for the order surprise your price increases by 9 bucks a ticket. Don't mind having fees but at least let people know they are there so they can decide if your app is really the best or cheapest for what you are looking for! This app will be deleted tomorrow after the game!

Garbage company! I was charged $100 delivery fee for tickets to a football game. Delivery fee? It was transferred to my phone digitally. Lack of an itemized bill was frustrating. The original charge was $237 dollars, (3 tickets at $79). When I received an email with a so called reciept it had the original price, then a total of $342 with absolutely no explanation why. After calls to the help center I had realized I was flat out ripped off by a so called legitimate ticket outlet. NEVER USE THIS!

I bought a ticket and used this app, and thr ticket was never able to download because it required you to verify through your email, which I did several times, but every time the verification failed and I couldn't access the ticket. Spent $90 that I couldn't refund because they only allow refunds for cancelled events. The box office at the theater said that many people had issues with not being able to use vivid tickets that nights. I would never recommend buying tickets through this party.

After being rescheduled due to covid for the second time, the same day as the show! It's a good thing I tried to look at my tickets because there was no communication, notification in app, Nothing! To try and alert us of the rescheduling to take place the following month. In turn after the costs of fuel, hotel rooms, tickets, missed wages, time spent. We get to do it all over in a month. Thanks! But No Thanks! Would love to be reimbursed for something!

Absolute nightmare! I purchased two tickets through this app for an Ed Sheeran concert. When my bestie and I got to the stadium last night, there was no barcode and nothing to scan, so we could not attend!!! I called their customer service number and that was no help at all. I was on hold for over fifteen minutes only to be told that they would "open an investigation" into the issue. How THAT was supposed to resolve the issue I was having at the moment, I have no frickin idea.

Horrible experience. Purchased a $90 parking ticket for a NFL game. Had to download the app to view the ticket. Download was easy but when attempting to view the ticket, impossible. Every attempt was a verification email to confirm it was me trying to view. When you click confirm on the verification email it cycles back to the app and says "Fail"...every time! Made numerous attempts to no avail. No customer service. Awful.

Terrible app!! Payment is so terrible. Kept telling me that their was a problem with my billing address which the first time I went into Paypal I had chosen the wrong one so was correct, but after I fixed it it refused to update. Like it couldn't clear it's cache. No attempts were ever even made in the account as I get notifications off failed attempts. I obviously didn't complete my purchase. I will go to the box office and buy my tickets. Ludicrous!

First and last purchase! Would give zero stars if I could! Nothing like paying $114 each for MLB ticket (first time ever ordering) then when tickets were transferred, I see the face value of $43 listed! Also, you can forget getting customer service of any kind to respond. I will be letting PayPal know about my experience and hopefully everyone else does to (I can't be the only one). I understand making a profit, but that is ridiculous! I learned my lesson and will order from MLB next time.

I hate that it is so difficult look up event locations. I travel a lot and would like to look up a location to see what may be going on in that area. You can only look up major cities. I had this app in the past and it was much easier to find events! It only brings things I listed in favorites I don't know my all my favorites, I like to explore!

This is a terrible app and company. First off, fees are crazy and are hidden at purchase. Then I purchased tickets to a show THREE years ago and the show has been rescheduled 3 times. They refuse to refund the tickets, since the show was not officially canceled and only rescheduled. For THREE years. Now I can't even access the tickets! Have been in contact with support with still no solutions and still no refund. Do. Not. Use. This. App!!!! Complete rip off. The worst experience I have ever had.

The price listed is not what I ended up paying. Plus it ended up being through another ticket website. So I had to download tbe other ticket agency No listings of fees or taxes. The bill only listed what I ordered and the total price. Final bill did nor match the ticket prices. You need to list the fees. Not coming back to this site. Plus you say you have a 4 1/2⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. That is a joke. If you look at all the reviews, most people gave you a 1 ⭐ Fake ratings.

Tickets are now always available to events purchased through Vivis Seats. I was unable to see/retrieve tickets to a recent concert, spent two hours on the phone with customer service and still, unable to get into the venue. Still cannot get an answer as to a refund. I spend hundreds of dollars and lost an entire evening that was supposed to be fun and exciting, to be disappointed. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. I will be using different method of purchasing moving forward.

Pros: App is easy to use, and you sometimes get discount offers. Con: does not disclose the existence of service fees (which are insanely high) until the very last step, when they appear to gouge the bejesus out of you. It's borderline dishonest/deceptive. I recommend sticking with StubHub, where you can have it display prices with fees when you pick your tickets.

It's either this (Vivid Seats), SeatGeek, or Game time that are the best ticketing apps. Only thing I don't like about the app is the section highlighting when buying tickets. It's annoying that the highlighting changes different colors (red, orange, yellow, red, etc.) I think it would be a better user experience to use a different highlight color, like a solid blue or purple to easily differentiate from the other section colors (red, yellow, green)

BUYER BEWARE, $70 fee per ticket added at last step. I thought I was paying around $320 for two tickets to Hamilton in Orlando, but the final payment was $460 for two tickets. Transaction cannot be refunded (and they will not refund or reduce the fees they add for the transaction). Yes, the final cost is shown on the final order page, but that was after I had to create an account and enter my credit card information. Very deceptive. Will not use again.
