I don't get the relavance of this app, the features just overlap with Teams and Microsoft Loop, Planner and Microsoft Office comments... What remaining differentiating feature sets there are, like Q&As, should be moved to Micrksofy Teams, and investment of resources stopped on this Engage/Yammer app. If it remains it should be re-focused for Businesses to engage with their External communities and stakeholders. My business and many more like it don't need a duplicate of Teams or Teams (free).

It only works 10% of the time. Also I can only open the app through Google play store.

Worst experience in Samsung galaxyM51. I get notification in this app but when I click on the notification to see the feed/post I get error saying something went wrong try again and even on reloading with try again it doesn't work

Cannot will not shall not refresh. Have tried everything, updating, restarting my phone, checking internet. It works when it wants to (which is about 10% of the time). Am forced to use this app at my university. Extremely frustrating.

Keep getting "My sign is is blocked, unable to collect security information" message. Can sign in at work just fine

App blocked on phone. Cannot log in with user i.d. even using wifi at job does not allow access to app. All failed.

Have to use it for work.. a lot more trouble than its worth i think. Seeing as its meant to be used daily by employees but they can't get access with out a lot of effort on there part

Junk. Something went wrong is all I get after 2 decent weeks of using it. Delete and reinstall. Same issue. It's junk.

Is it possible to give negative stars??? What's the point of having an "employee social" app if NO ONE can get in!!! Even on computers at the store!!!!! Way to totally block anyone and everyone from using this.... Might as well delete it off my phone to free up storage space!!!!!

The app was doing me a good service, until recently I am now not able to sign in. It says that my organization needs more information for me to sign in, which has never been the case. I tried contacting my organization on it and they are unable to do anything on their part.

Is it still 'Teams' or is it 'Viva Engage'? Search for one app and you'll find the other instead. I tried to tell my manager this and was told that I was wrong. Search for Teams in my apps and find Viva Engage and vice versa. If you change names or merge apps, then inform all involved and remove one altogether. I don't have time to waste arguing these seemingly innocuous problems that end up causing big problems, with managers. Make it one app, with one name and make it work for everyone.

Nothing works! Went to import a video, got "Error importing video". I manually browsed for the file and uploaded and got " Higher audio pitch than normal, due to error in importing the video". Went to change my PFP and got "Something went wrong please try again later". Soon after the app prompted me to review it so I did... Horrible UX in the first 5 minutes.

The app is ok. I have a hard time searching and tagging people in my posts even when I search by their first and last name or last and first name. It would be helpful if the app would allow me to select from folks I follow to make it easier to tag them. Also, the keyboard feature is terrible. It's impossible to edit my wording because it flashes and kicks me far below where my wording is. I have to type out my wording in my phone's notes app then copy-paste it into Yammer.

"An error has occured, please try again in a little while". ....... This error message is pointless. Just tell me when it's going to work again or when to try again. Numerous attempts and same error. The error should just be changed to "keep trying, maybe it'll work maybe it won't but don't stop trying until your thumb falls off". This error message is just as effective but more informative. Seriously though, stop sending me alerts about new Yammer messages if it's not going to let me read.

I have been using the app for almost 3 years now for work, and have had very few problems. I would have given the app 5 stars. I had some issues with the content and organizations loading, but then was able to correct the issue via help from the developer- i had to Uninstall and the reinstall the app, and resign in, but it worked. Giving the app 5 stars once again.

Horrible service!! Unnecessary amount of notifications, and you can't turn off curtain notifications without turning off a whole part of it, so you have to continue to get unnecessary notifications. Also if it doesn't upload a post (which 3 out of 5 times it doesn't seem to), it doesn't just save to draft or pull it back up for you to retry, IT JUST DELETES THE WHOLE POST!!! WORTHLESS!!! Go to teams or something else, I'm sure they're 'under new management' with their name change but horrible.

I like the app. However, the most recent posts do not pop up first in the feed. I also found that the app causes my keyboard to go between lower and capital cases when I'm trying to type responses or post a topic. I do like how it allows me to connect to my university and all they offer. *UPDATE* I am still having the issue with the keyboard glitch even after the update. Hopefully, there will be a fix in the coming days. I still enjoy the app, it helps me stay connected.
