Good idea, but rather anxiety inducing for tourists. Until yesterday when I could still log in it was only showing the first trip I made from the airport last week, not any of the trips I made on Saturday. Now since they took it down last night it won't let me log in at all with my Google account, just says authentication failed after asking for my fingerprint. Leaves me worried that I will end up having to pay the rental companies fees for all the trips I've made instead of the cheapest rates.

I love using the visitor toll pass. It's been easy to order and pick up until this time. The app will not give me the option to reserve one. It just tells me my trip had ended. Yes, it has ended, but I am about to start a new one TOMORROW MORNING!! Tried talking to customer service, no good. Will not use again.

Excellent app. Fill out the required information and use the QR code at the machine to get the toll pass. Hang it on the rearview mirror and that's it. Cheaper alternative to paying the actual toll prices or getting the toll add-on from the rental company. My only gripe would be where the machines are located to pick up the toll pass. They're only in Terminal A so if you're in B, it's a bit of a walk. But that's not an app fault.

"Works perfectly! The toll appeared in the app after 3 days, which initially worried me. However, I contacted customer service via email, and they responded within 24 hours. Additionally, when I encountered an issue with my credit card, I called them, and they efficiently resolved the problem within 5 minutes."

Overall it worked good. Easy to pick up and drop off the pass. However, the app is a little sluggish. We got charged for tolls that weren't ours on the last day of our trip. Emailed twice but never heard back. Once the bugs are worked out it could be really good.

Tried to use the tollpass app advertised in the Orlando airport. Kiosk said it was printing toll pass. It then said error and nothing ever came out so I never got to use it. However the app already deducted $10 from my account. I don't recommend using this. Just stick to the rental car companies

I was weary of using this but I had a great experience. It was so easy to find and drop off. We picked up from the kiosk next to enterprise car rental in terminal A and drop off was right when we got into terminal A from the parking garage, you really can't miss them. We drove a lot and paid less than $2 for each toll we went through.

The idea of the toll pass was very appealing to me on my recent trip to Florida. The pass worked fine until the end of my trip when I return my rental car and returned the toll pass to the drop box in the parking garage. A few hours after I had returned the car and pass I started getting charged for tolls even though I had specifically put on the reservation for the toll pass that I was going to be done and have it returned by 2pm I am being charged for tolls 5-6 hours later by someone else.

My experience with this was excellent. Picking up the pass was easy, the app was a little buggy in the faq section, but it worked fine otherwise, dropping off the tag was easy, and I got a nice emailed invoice with each toll itemized 4 days later. So glad this was available as you basicaly need a toll pass to travel anywhere in Florida.

I just downloaded and created an account and input my credit card. This poorly developed app does not work except to take the credit card info. I am unable to see any account info since there are no tabs to select. I cannot make any changes, delete this account or view anything on the app except a code. This is not an app to take any chances with your credit card information. Now I will have to monitor my bank statements. Stay away from this app. Use EZ pass or some other option. Not good.

While the service is great in principle and practice, it's not very good. I have used this twice so far. The first time it charged me for some toll where I was not around and was actually after I had returned the tag. Took me a month to get that fixed. Second time was smooth with no issues, but the third time when I went to try and make a new reservation, the app just shows me where the dropboxes are and does not give me any way to make a new reservation. Time for me to give up.

After paying well over $80 for $4 worth of tolls that I incurred one trip to Florida, the rental company charged an exorbitant fee for processing each toll, I discovered this program, what a lifesaver. The first year I used it I signed up manually, this year I used the App. It took a short time to enter the info requested to set up for the trip and less than a minute to get my pass from the vending machine. I had no issues. It's a great program and a great app, I highly recommend it

I used this on my trip to Florida and had a positive experience, until the billing. At the end of my five day trip they billed me for every toll the transponder ever had. Ever! Tolls that took place months before I was ever in Florida. Customer support is non-existent. The only responses I have received are PDFs document how they improperly charged me, but no follow up or resolution. The rental companies are out to screw you on tolls, but they are at least up front about the whole thing. I cannot recommend this any less. If you use this you will end up subsidizing everyone who ever used the transponder.

The app hangs constantly but my low review is reflective of the overall service. They have no presence in terminal C at all and travel between terminals is slow and tedious. Even if you're in the correct terminal there is no signage or anything to help you navigate. Picking up and dropping off the pass was so frustrating that I wish I had just paid extra to use the rental company option. This is a great idea horribly executed. Put some signs up and place these things where people actually pass.

Recently flew into Orlando & decided to try this toll pass. The only pickup location is in Terminal A. Since we flew into Terminal B, it was a bit inconvenient to pick up the pass. I would've liked to see a pickup kiosk at both terminals. However, it was an easy & quick process once at the kiosk. I wish it was better communicated how to hang it. When we hung it from our rearview mirror, it was blocked by the rental car company's own toll device. We weren't sure if it would scan properly or not.

This app is seriously awful. It constantly crashes. When I try to go to the account profile page it asks me to log in again. When I do it crashes or reloads the same page & asks me to log in again. Also, I was charged for tolls incurred after I was on my plane home & the process to get my money back is a huge pain given that they require a rental invoice (not receipt with the return time???) & don't answer emails promptly (48-72 hours) and their system doesn't connect your emails together.

This rating is more for the Visitor toll pass service than the app. It's a great way to avoid sneaky extra charges from the hire car companies when driving in Florida. The app itself is ok but a bit glitchy (seems to hang for no reason and I sometimes had issues logging in). That said, it did the trick and does show itemised activity (i.e. each toll). In summary, I'd recommend using this app/service.
