Discrepancy in billing, not resolved, went over my limit, charged 200.00 over when not using data, overage charges are astronomical cost of over 600. in one billing period, would of been under 400. but 2 days of little data use incurred over 200. BEWARE OF THE SCAM. Paid off but leaving shyster VIRGIN MOBILE. 3 years on same plan NEVER over on data, never used more in billing period, call centre was no help, cut and dry no budging. Seems like a forced up in monthly cost for more data. FFS.C#@TS

I got my phone plan set up last week. Tuesday. Yhey charging me full price monthly payments for something I only had 1 week of usage I was supposed to be paying $5 at most I was told. then bam. $40. not liking the app. and not liking Virgin mobile at the moment. seems scammed Now. told one thing. then get charged a different thing

Every time I try using this app, less and less functions actually work. Today I was able to do absolutely nothing on the app, not one single page on the app opened. Comedy.

I'm a big fan of Virgin since I've been with Virgin I've had no problems virgins good to me their app is functionable it is a Canadian company owned by belt media Inc you know it can be trusted its Canadian and virgin definitely has a super awesome team and they're always looking out for their customers they're not in the market to screw people so if it's an app and it's from Virgin it's got five stars from me

DON'T fell for their promotions and plans, after opening an account ur credit score will go down, and after afew months the bill will increase by 5 or 10 dollars due to mobility services or whatever. It's a scam company like Bell. They will charge u extra for random reasons. Go with Rogers, they do have more expensive plans but at least there is no extra charges....every few months.

Omg... I came back to Virgin mobile after years, they use to have so many glitches. Now it's worse than I remembered. #111 doesnt work anymore. I cant suse my debit Mastercard to pay (which is dumb). When I buy a top up card, I have to speak to an operator because there is not way to do it through the app. You have to go out of your way to make an app this terrible.

Unfriendly on line service, but extremely helpful and considerate helping team associate, who solved my logging problems and gave me a refund. Thanks. Only one star less for my 2 hour wait on the phone. Thanks again, kind lady

Turns out you guys were right and the person i talked to on the phone was wrong i wasnt using my username but my phone number as that was what i always used to sign in but upon recovering it i found out i had an actual username and it let me in thank you guys. Tho sorry to say i dont think ill ever be back as yet again the support was rather lacking on their information. You guys on the app support seem pretty decent tho so ive changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

"My Account" is a stupid name for the app. I can never find it on my list of apps. I use it once a year. It should be called "Virgin plus" not " My account". That isn't name of the app. Why would you use that as a name? I just downloaded it again and I can assure you it comes up "my account" in my app drawer, which makes it difficult to find because the app drawer is listed alphabetical, and this comes up under M not V. ( I keep editing this cause Virgin just doesn't get it).

Horrible. I just switched providers to Virgin. I added my credit card and set up pre-authorized payments in the app, and it said that it was all good to go but it never charged it and is actively trying to screw up my credit.

Not only does this company have zero customer service, this app shows you four different days your bill is due so you're constantly wondering what's going on. It also cuts off data when you're only half done using the allotted amount. So fun, glad I got tricked into using this business.

This app (and/or the Virgin website) should not have been launched yet - it's extremely buggy. It prompts you to log in when you are already logged in, links (to log in, view service status, get support, etc.) are unresponsive/do nothing or lead to error pages.

I can never get into the app. There's always an issue logging in. It logs me out, and I try every which way to log back in. I signed up for notifications, and for some reason, it stops after 3. I've tried troubleshooting the issue, thinking it's my phone, but my phone says that the app crashes often.

Useless app. cannot suspend the service. cannot cancel service. customer service is horrible. mobile plans are very expensive. data plans are rip off. got fed up. trying to cancel the service to no avail. i just have to switch to another carrier to cancel the subscription. no thanks virgin. will never come back, and recommend all my friends and family never to do business with virgin plus.

The app is mostly fine, my only complaint is that it seems prone to technical troubles I find. Things like alternative ways to login such as fingerprint often give me errors. Password resets aren't reliable, because verification by email repeatedly loops with error messages, and I don't get verifications to my cell either. I had to use the My Members app instead to reset my password because this one was simply incapable at the time.

The worst mobile carrier I have ever subscribed for. Their agents advertize no credit checks, they actally do hard check. What, they think I will borrow to pay phone billThe worst and dumb custmer service personnel. They never try to understand and address an issue that you may have. They simply do what you do not want them to do on your profile and incease fees as they wish. Never go after them. Search for better options. You have so many out there. There is no way virgine plus can beat others.

App runs horribly, takes an eternity to load. That paired with the prices of basic plans is sending me in the direction of other carriers. I was actually looking to upgrade my phone, but I can't even get the page with the information loaded to do that, so I guess I won't.

Terrible customer service response time. The app disconects often, it's vurtually impossible to get help from a human. Spent 30 minutes to book a phone call, when I managed to book a call, they have canceled the call twice. First I had to wait one hour for a call back, then they said another 15 minutes, and finally, another 1 hour. I ended up speaking to a very helpful agent but only after a few hours of waiting.
