Horrible app everytime I try to enter even just the plate nothing shows up. Keeps giving me the error code invalid plate and tells me to try to plate # and state again even tho both are correct. I have never been able to get to get this app to work completely uninstalling and looking for a different app that actually works!

8/16/24 So far so good. App can run buggy after the ads is over and not have the vin results come up. It does come with ads but it gives you a better idea of the car because these days people lie and sometimes they rollback the odometer.

I like the app because you can look up any car in a Matter of seconds after you watch a 32nd ad. That's not bad considering the fact. S some will charge you $20 to $30 for a plan. The view of vehicle here. Not only can you view the vehicle it. Also goes In depth And tells you what's wrong with the vehicle. Or what maintenance it has or needs. That's pretty good. I like this app

Paid 14.99 for a report and didn't get it instead I get an error message with something about a brad thorpe in the message. I've tried reaching out to customer service for a refund and they either have not gotten back to me or just won't get back to me. Don't bother wasting your time. There are far better apps out there.

I am TRYING to run this app on a Samsung Galaxy NOTE PRO SM P900. Continuing crashing. Everytime I try to add details, go to another field, add obd etc. I did get the app to run on my tablet the info it shows is MOSTLY accurate. . However... the maintenance is not reading, recalls says none, there are 3 on the 2012 Dodge Journey SXT and your app shows 0. Looks like a scam to me. No mention before scanning a VIN of having to create an account and logging in to access info. Only thing offered before login is a link to buy a Carfax report. Which can be done without giving info to this site. Clicking on other links does nothing or starts a spinning circle that never stops.

It's good but it needs the options 9n the cars to be right. Apparently I have a sunroof and wood trim but I dont π way to rub it in π€£ Otherwise fantastic app. 2020 My update is that it still does show more options then what's in the vehicles, it can get confusing, it's a great app otherwise it does what I need it too when I need it too and that makes me happy. 2024

There is some misinformation in the supplied data. It states my jeep has a manual transmission, but it has an automatic. It also lists invoice, which is only for the base model, and does not include the cost of options. Real information must be paid for. All it does is link to carfax or vinaudit. I would recommend getting vin info from the manufacturer, which will include the correct equipment options.

It was great! I have a car with a salvage title and I have always wanted to see the damage to know what was damaged. I was able to pull up the salvage pictures and see where in the country it was totaled. I only wish it was organized better. I wish the listing history was organized a little bit better. Was not really organized in any way at all.

Awesome tool. Incredible wealth of information at your fingertips in one place. Tons of useful information that would take hours if research to find on your own, if you were even able to find it at all. Wether you just want the comfort of knowing your vehicle better, or doing a complete overhaul or repair work, or looking to purchase a vehicle and want to know what your in for, this app is a must have

Very useful app. Let me say it again, this is a very useful app. For starters, if vehicle was a total loss, and now has a salvage title, it tells you. Lists all options on car, recalls (and if they still need to be performed) and more. This is a great app for anyone that wants more info on a vehicle.

I'm on the lot, I put the plates in the search bar and in less then 45 seconds I have all the info I could dream of having. I was able to Immediately access all the records and found out the maintenance was due for 120,000 miles. It had 1 owner as advertised, but it also only had 131,000 miles. Also it was not a 4x4 as advertised along with several other wrong facts that the dealership was trying to say we're true. Plus, the app told me about a cheaper car with less miles. All 4 FREE!

I MUST SAY I JUST STARTED USING THIS APP BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I think it is great. Not only does it give you buying options but it also gives you the option of watching a quick ad in order to receive a free report. Although the information is minimal; after all it is free, yet it still provides very useful information and has helped in many ways. I know there's been at least two vehicles that I have gone to see that I would have most likely purchased had it not been for the free report...

I like the app! Only used it for a day so far but shopping for a used car can be risky. I love the fact that for 30 seconds of my time I can get a vin pull on whatever vehicle I'm interested in. I'm ocd when it comes to researching larger purchases and if it costed me everytime it would definitely add up. Helps alleviate some worry that's inevitable with shopping for a used car. Only thing I wish it offered was another way to pull up damage or accident specific details. Regardless it's handy!!

The app is helpful in "weeding out" potential issues before having to pay for a detailed Carfax report. Nice time, and $$ saver. If you target a car, and the price or mileage seems lower than market price, this app will usually point to the "why" ( multi-owners? Potential Odometer issue? Accident reported?). Very helpful! You do have to look at a short ad for the "free" usage but sparing 30 seconds of your attention for the free usage is worth it!

Worked great at first, than after a short while it would take forever to load any screen. The app would end up crashing and I would have to uninstall then reinstall just to get it to barely work. When prompted to choose to watch an ad to get a free vin decoded, the ad would never even show and I couldn't get the vin decoded. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Loads forever, and doesn't even work. After VINs didn't work, tried license plates and some weird Carfax number was put into the vin obviously not working right at all. Edit: Ended up working after a bit, but then it started running down my battery fast, and doesn't truly give you any good info. Just uninstalled. Still looking for that one true app that does it all.

There is a lot of information available. It is relatively easy to use. Would have liked more registration history but that's not as important. You have to purchase vin lookups but they give you options. Some features are not always available with every search. I've used this app for years and I like it a lot. Customer service is quick to respond and resolve issues. I recommend to anyone who is into buying cars.

Provides useful information, especially for a free app. Easy to use, and can save multiple VINs. That said, it doesn't provide a report with the same level of detail as Carfax of course, and it is a bit slow to load reports even you have saved them previously.

It's ok. It's frozen on me and gives me results long after I needed them. Wish it gave more specifics as to drive train and transmission info. It requires user to select the type of transmission, but when I attempted to, the drop down menu is glitched and there are no options to choose. There's room for improvement IMO. I also think adds should be removed if you pay for checks.
