Keep the face unlocking function on iPhone. Android phones have fingerprint scanner, why don't you implement it instead? And isn't it ridiculous when you are forced to smile in order to proceed your transactions when you don't want to?

Face ID sucks. Please let us use fingerprint scanner. The Face ID minimum amount does not work either. Everytime I close the app and open it resets to 0 VNĐ making every small transactions require face ID which sucks

Facepay function is anoying, can't be turned off and defaults to all transactions from 0đ. The transaction limit always resets to 0đ after each logging session. It's MY MONEY and why can't i use it?

Used to function ok and could log on but the recent updates in the last 2 months made it worse. Crashes upon log in and restarts my phone. How is this a trustworthy app when I need to make a transaction?

need to upgrade QR code and keyboard. new keyboard is very bad. I can push the key board up, so my experiece is very bad espeacially QR. if your keyboard is terrible, you can make a selection use default system keyboard

A sincere apology to all of our beloved customers. The last update was supposed to be a big success with a brand new shiny feature: Soft OTP. But there was a teeny tiny issue with it, thus there was no party for us. In fact, our boss Mr Lân was very close to kick us all out. We haven’t slept since last week to fix it. Please kindly update your app once again, so we can keep our jobs and hopefully feed our families. Thank you.

Very bad app to use to transfer money internationally, and the time limit when using the app before it asks to login again is very short if the tranfer form is too long. Also the searching bar is extremly useless. Not recommended to anyone.

The new version of this app is terrible to say the least, I'm writing this near the Vietnamese new year time when transactions happen hourly, the app keep turn on the face id (don't let me turn it off sometime) cause me a lot of time to get my transactions completed because the app took age to do, not to mention if you can't set a limit to bypass the FaceId. Get what it reset to 0 in less than minute, this no difference than go to the bank and get thing done there. Please fix these error quick.

Good app but it seems clients will be asked to set up again sometimes even after fingerprint has been registered. Also there is no warning that after 5 times of failure to log in, Ipay is locked and to unlock is very time consuming. The system seems to have some problem, even with correct password, it still denies log in so becareful, not to try 5 times same password or you will be locked.

Personally, I think the App is very bad. I can't log in to my account, even though the password and username are correct. The App notices "You have the wrong username or password" but: Firstly, I can still log into my account on Vietinbank's Website. Secondly, if I have the wrong password or username, the account will be locked but the app keep saying like above. Thirdly, my phone has no problem because I just changed my new phone, but I still can't log in. I need to your answer for this problem

The overall experience has already been clunky to start with, tons of ads and promotions that I could hardly give a dime about. I managed to get through because I only need to check once per month to see my payment. Recently, I cannot log into my account for the pas 2 days, I cannot express how frustrating it was. I even go as far as reinstalling the app cause I was suspecting that the app on my device was faulty, turn out it just that I cannot log in whatsoever. I'll definitely consider a switc

This app uses its own password input which is hostile against “password manager” users, it also doesn't allow to login if other apps (such as “Bitwarden”, or password manager apps in general) has Accessibility assistance enabled. I would rather trust my password manager than the banks, because usually they have the worst security measurement (such as Vietcombank only allows password with 20-character long).

App worked fine until last month (June 2024), I couldn't transfer money without the app crashing and my phone forced to restart every time. I had to do the transfering via web browser. What's going on? My phone is new, virus-free and working fine with all the other apps, just frustratingly not with iPay. And this problem is still present as of July. Please fix this.
