Just recently downloaded this app. Most videos are locked behind boost pay wall. I've only been able to optimize 3 short videos and no long video from content. Also app keeps logging you out and keeps asking for permission to connect YouTube account despite previously connecting. Free to install, not so much free to use.

my goodness, please guys, revert the app back to the previous version. this new version is clumsy, you can't even read the numbers for your potential YouTube tags, the navigation is worse.. I really enjoyed the last version of the app and I use it almost every day now, it's been almost 2 weeks because I don't like the way it's designed.

I LOVE THIS APP, well back then. I've been using the app for almost 2 years, and I got to say this app is really recommended for small creators and helped on my own channel, but there are so many frustrating problems. The first is why when I put tags on my video, then go on vidIQ to see that it doesn't show the search volumes. Another one is that the competitors are in a whole different tab, like WHY? And the worst part is that the seo score is GONE in the new update. Pls fix

Recently I noticed an error- whenever I do edit my uploaded video tag or title through vidiQ app, after couple of minutes it clears the uploaded video's description automatically. Seems like its a bug in the app, that it considers changes done via the app and do not consider if any parameter is not changed through the app for example video 'description' in my case and updates it as blank space. It is causing a lot of inconvenience to me, I have to add video description again n again. PLEASE FIX

It keeps telling me unable to save my thumbnail changes on my phone, please try again later for few days now. On my laptop, it keeps saying to verify my phone and try again. I'm confused and not able to make any changes to my video or create anything on my phone or laptop. Very disappointing.

The previous version of this app was way better and easier to use. Some of the stuff was taken away with the update. I wish I could go back to the older version. I feel like the update was just so you'd have to pay for the stuff they previously gave for free. It's hard when you're a small channel.

The new update is terrible. I had this app on my previous phone and it was working perfectly, I recently got a new phone and I can't even login into my account because it gets stuck half way through with a blank screen. I've tried it on my iPhone and android and it's still not working. I really love this app, please fix it.

Prior to a few days ago this app was a fixture in my YouTube toolbox. I was able to easily optimize SEO using suggestions the app gave in several different areas, like title characters, tags, and keyword counts. A recent update took these features away. Without them I have no use for the service and stopped using vidiq all together.

It was fine until the last update! Now is absolutely useless 😔😔😔 It works very slowly and the tags are not relevant to the topic. It is Not helpful at all. It makes my work difficult. I can do the same thing from my You Tube Studio. Disappointed ☹️

has potential but lacks details, I have used it for multiple channels. yes it has so many features but actually the app and it's suggested topics are not helping at all. like it suggests some video titles which actually had lesser views. used all the tags, title, ai recommended things but nothing helped that much. may a good app to look for your competitors and looking for new topics. but atvtye end your view count matters a lot.

I really appreciate you guys responding so quickly, I've been watching your YouTube channel for many years so I admire you and respect you guys, but I just can't use this app anymore, after editing for almost half hour if I press the back, or if I use my own phone slider back, or either if I try to save, the app just stopped working, it feel like there is something top of the app, restarting the app also doesn't work I have to force close it every time this happen, it's always happening, 😔

Was perfect till yesterday's update, now it's clunky and not as intuitive as before. Takes much longer to edit on phone. No more checklist ✔️ which is downside. Might stop using it 🙄 on Mobile at least. Added the paid subscription to it to see if it's any better, sadly the free version before the update was much better and Intuitive. 😔 Was really liking the app. Update after being in touch with Devs and been explained the update and the latency 'issues'.

It was not a good experience I could not change my payment plan or upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan. Keeps telling me to use Play store and they don't have a button in their own app to change anything which is sketchy as hell and Google Play store has no way of changing your subscription as well and I hate the fact that you are not in control of anything and the app is not good at all. In terms of the website on PC it is very good I love them as a whole but the app is very bad.

If there was a way to not have picked the star to write. I would have chose. The issue that I've had that wasn't resolved was when after I made a payment, I wanted to switch to the free plan. I no longer wanted to keep paying, I couldn't switch which seemed to be sketchy of a no trust zone. It give off scam if I'm not in control to make changes. Something needs to change, every time I see no change I will continue to keep writing.

Very useful, UI is alright, could be more pleasant, convenient, but feels like it's missing some things. Edit: for one thing I'm unable to find a settings option/page native to the app, needs to be a filter option especially for optimizing videos, some features being fully premium feels like overkill especially if someone doesn't plan on using the app much. Accessibility is decent but limited. So far the app is almost better than YouTube studio mobile app, just needs a lot more adjustments.

I'm not happy with the update. The user interface is not easy to navigate through. Before, you had access to optimize all of your videos, and they'd be displayed in list format. Now, you can only optimize one or 2 at a time before it tells you to come in a week to optimize another video. I'm really considering canceling the subscription.

Used to love the app but now they have taken away a bunch of the optimisation options and the checklist. It's hard to edit your videos on the app now. I don't even get an enter key so I can move to the next line, I just get a tick that saves. This recent update has made me not want to use it any more. I was going to pay for it too but at this point I won't bother. Not to mention that when I click the help button, it does nothing.

The concept is great and vidIQ, for the most part, do some great work; however, this app is crippled by the constant crashes caused by what seems like an overload of data that the app isn't strong enough to process. Maybe put some more money into the apps strength and ability to process a lot of things at once? For example, when applying multiple tags to a video, the app will crash at least 3 times before you can get all the tags published on your video. Good but needs improvement badly.

The extra long minute to load the app every time I need to use the app, makes me dread opening the app whenever I talk to my coach or send a message to her. It's so bad that it cost it 2 stars. It shouldn't need to download everything on the dashboard, then all the videos, and so forth. Just keep the useless dashboard simple, and cache THUMBNAILS for each video LOCALLY so that it loads much faster.
