The player keeps randomly crashing when I have a playlist playing and forcing me to go back into it. I can create a playlist, but I can't even save the settings to have that playlist shuffle and repeat or play in the background. Every time it crashes, I have to set it again. Every time I close the app, I have to set it again. It isn't worth the time or trouble to do what I need. Please help! I really want to like this app.

I've been using this app since Samsung canceled it's stock media player and love it. Though for the last few weeks everytime I open it with my data turned on. It automatically starts playing some unrecognizable sound bite media file that can't be stopped without closing the app because nothing appears showing the file is being played. I don't want to have to uninstall this app and not use it. please help

It'd been playing a list of songs but then after a few days it only play a few songs over & over. Been like that for months, so I just stopped using it and the track section playing list always become like 5-10 tracks. The video playing is excellent still played any I threw at it with no problems. Just audio part became unbearable

I originally downloaded this app because I needed a all format video player and quickly discovered that it is a audio player as well. Funny how I always find the best stuff by accident. Homepage opens on albums.. not on 800 songs 👿! ISO a music player like this one for years. Player also finds "all" video and audio files on my device where others fall short. Happily paid for it 👍👍nice UI.

There isn't the ability or option to disable auto hide for the controllers during video playback. Sometimes you're using a video player for something other than just entertainment. You're using it for tutorial purposes or learning and you may need quick access to the controls THAT KEEP DISAPPEARING!!! Give the user the freedom to choose whether the controls auto-hide!

The excess ads in the free version make it unusable. Tried to edit a video; EVERY time I pause, an ad pops up and obscures the majority of the video, making editing extremely frustrating. The slow mo function is nice although limited, not slow enough to stop at a specific frame you want, and there is no way to go back or forward by one frame. The various video editing problems have meant every video I edit with this end up seeming sloppily slapped together and imprecise. Gonna have to uninstall.

Plays everything and I love the set-up It needs to reset videos to the beginning of song just like an MP3 does. I play a lot of music videos and if I leave a video half way thru and come back to that folder at a later time it plays the song where I left it "Half way thru" even if I start the folder over and put it on shuffle. Once it reaches that particular video its half over. Please add an option to restart videos from beginning. Thank you

Really good quality player, is able to play a wide variety of video types smoothly, but it isn't great with subtitles. The database for subtitles almost never has a match to my file. If I download external subtitles and manually select the file, it says they've successfully loaded but it never displays them. As someone who really relies on subtitles, it really impacts the player's usability for me.

Not too bad, plays videos. But i should be able to watch my own downloaded videos without constant advertisements. I cant even let a series autoplay because i have to exit out of ads every 5 minutes. I know ads are to be expected with most apps. But this is kinda ridiculous. You shouldn't stop offline videos to show ads. There's a time and place for those

I really really like this app. It finds all the videos & music on my phone..allows me to make playlists, shows what's "recently added", let's me "play music in the background"(which I really like..I can surf web, pay bills etc while enjoying music) allow to speed up or slow down video, EVEN my downloaded video surveillance shows up as"recently added) so I don't even have to know where on the SD card it lives! All kinds of options I have not even mentioned. After searching, THIS ONE IS GREAT!

The user experience is far superior to that of any other. This is very much like YouTube in the way that you organize playlists and items within playlists; therefore, you get to arrange your collection however you see fit. I just wish that they would have an app in the Chromecast for Google TV store so that I could display all of my playlists on the big screen. This app supports Chromecast, but you cannot show off your plsylists to your guests. Great player, though.

Really good for both playing audio and watching videos. It doesn't have any intrusive ads and can organize songs and videos fairly well once you get used to it. It can also play songs with the app running in the background which is convenient. I've been using it for about 2 years and recommend it to anyone looking for an app to play mp3 or mp4 style files.

Galaxy note 9. Very very good player. Works as it should. All kinds of great functions. Even lets you make playlists and play in a pop-up window over other apps. Has ads but not in your movie or video you're watching. Has a "show hidden video" which i discovered 2 on my phone and i don't know where they came from. I was able to delete them through the app. If it showed me a path which i don't think it did it is the only thing i can think of adding that it doesn't have. THE BEST VIDEO PLAYING APP

I love this app. The fluid ease of the controlls are hands down the best I've ever come across. You control search forward or back, volume, brightness, and even video size with just one light and intuitive brush of your finger. It also has every feature l want. Nothing annoys me more been trying to remember which app is missing what feature when I open up a video. Add to this the ads are very frugally implemented. This app is truly a breath of fresh air.

Wonderful, until recently. I'm unsure as to why it has been happening, but the app will pause the music if I go to another app. I've had this app for years and haven't really had any complaints (although some songs have gone missing over the years) so this is disappointing to me. I often flip between this app and others to work while I listen. If this cannot be fixed, I cannot continue to use this because this is a feature I highly disliked in YouTube. If this can be resolved, I'd give it 5 ☆

UI is great and this app has a lot of features I love, unfortunately where it loses me is the fact that my videos will slow down/stutter a bit when first playing and then will go to a more smoother playback. It's small but it's something I have no issue with on other video playing apps so unfortunately I'll have to pass with this one. Seems to happen when I'm playing videos and my current video ends and it plays the next video automatically, it will slow down a bit before playing normal speed.

1. The fast-forward and fast-backward buttons don't do anything when I press and hold them. It should go forward or backward continuously when I press and hold them. 2. The "recently played" section can only show one video. It should show all the videos that have been played. It's not good. 3. The time reading of a video would go beyond the length of the video if I keep pressing the fast-forward button.
