When I first got this, took me a day to figure everything out. After it was setup with the subscription and all, I was pretty pleased with it. Then they forced me to update... then all heck broke loose. It's worthless now and past my return date. :-/ Video still works, but as a security device, worthless. Why would you turn a good thing, so bad?

Very temperamental - when it works its great, but unfortunately it's very glitchy, often won't connect quickly to the camera footage (cut to me having to force the app to stop, clear the cache and log back in most times I'm using it), and most recently - I have no sound from the camera when using the app. Curious to know if this is a common issue, and if Victure are working to resolve this?

Now the app has stopped sending notifications. The latest update as of 3-18-24 now has huge ads pop up when you open the app, this just keeps getting worse every time you turn around. This is still happening from my review over 3 years ago. Works ok, wondering why when I check the camera on the app that the app makes a call in the background, I only noticed it when I'm connected hands free to my car.

I use this app to monitor my pets. The free trial of the cloud storage worked well for the first few days, but after New Year's Eve I could no longer access my videos as it said that the recordings could not be found. I could access them prior to this, and my trial hadn't run out. Apart from this, the app is good and easy to use. I hope this gets fixed soon.

The app no longer works making the camera pointless. I noticed over the last month or so it has been taking longer to view the live footage and now when opened it just says add camera. I've tried to sign out and back in again even tried uninstalling and reinstalling app but still the same result. Camera was ok when the app was working but it's too unreliable to recommend to anyone.

It's functional but there are a couple of issues. It logs me out on a daily basis so I don't get any notifications unless I open the app and log back in. Opening up the live feed of the camera often takes a long time, maybe up to 30 seconds to actually load (as we're using this in our nursery this isn't ideal). Would also be useful to be able to access the feed on a desktop in browser or an app.

Have long recommended Victure products as I've used them for years, but I won't be any more. I'm disgusted to see that on opening the app you're faced with an advert, delaying access to the camera feed you may need to see urgently! It's bad enough the feed can take several seconds to connect without making the wait even longer by including adverts. Absolutely appalling thing to do on a security app!

When it works, it's great. Good picture quality, receptive to sound and movement and able to put alerts on. Night vision option is also clear and changes quickly. However the app will randomly stop working, just showing a loading symbol for ages, without actually loading. This can be when I'm only 2 metres away from the camera and stood next to the WiFi. I've closed and reopened the app, shut other apps that may have interfered, and even had to reinstall the app and the problem continues.

So the cameras work pretty well but the cloud storage is very hit and miss. Over the past few months when trying to view a recording it will say something along the lines of " Video already watched" and refuses to play, even though its only just notified you of a new incident. This keeps happening more and more and is the reason i have cancelled my subscription to the online storage cloud. Hopefully the onboard sd card slot works otherwise I'll aim for a refund via amazon.

Same problem as recent reviews. Getting notifications of detection and the messages are piling up as it won't allow me the view the recordings. The only way currently is to open live camera, then review recorded history from the date stamps. Worked beautifully up until now. I also, formatted sd cards and rebooted the system, therefore losing everything saved on the card. Still didn't clear the problem. Please address the issue urgently. Thanks

It connected just once. It worked fine. After entering the name for the cam link connection it didn't save it. If I open the app again I don't see the old connection, I must repeat the whole process again. Since the cam is as already configured, the first step "red light flashing" does not make much sense. So I have to unplug it and plug it back. It doesn't connect anymore, but the light on the camera is steady green. If I don't figure it out soon I'll return it.

Terrible! App never works. It is constantly loading but nothing happens. Emailed about it and had no response. Wouldn't recommend. First edit after response. After giving feedback on a number of occasions this issue is yet to be resolved. Second edit. After numerous emails still no further forward. I have had a reply, they said they have tried different things to help but no further forward to having a monitor that works. Only solution is buy a different one Buy cheap, Buy twice! Disappointed

Used to be an OK app - bit hit & miss but mostly did the job for a price that I felt was pretty good value. Now, I just get hit with intrusive full-screen adverts before I can attempt to look through the cameras that I've ALREADY PAID FOR!!! Not only that, but sometimes the ad just won't clear until I click on the actual content which then loads up my browser taking me to a sodding webpage for a product I'm not interested in instead of letting me view my camera. Don't waste your money.

Shocking, this app is so unstable. Either it reports an issue with the memory card, or when I receive notifications about an activation they don't open. Seems to be a common theme. I'm guessing the developers have given up. I've reported the issue through the app, but I don't hold out much hope. Shame, because it worked brilliantly when I first got it.

I have no idea why I have to bear with advertisements covering the whole screen every time I want to view the output of my camera in the app. I bought a device from you, you already earned money, this is just ridiculous. If it would be a small add somewhere at the bottom, I would not care but full screen video ads with sound? Unacceptable. The app itself is also garbage, false motion alarms appearing whenever the light conditions change or even randomly.

Seriously, it was working fine and as of a month ago. Now it has turned to complete garbage. I need this camera working for my baby. Your company needs to fix this loading/ lag issue. Us parents/guardians rely on your company to deliver . I'll update my review once it starts working as it once did. Note: WiFi signal is extremely strong with 4 other devices sharing the same network . My equipment isn't the problem. Our Rings Work just fine

Worked at first then returned it. It only let's one person log in at a time which i didn't like. When I would try to view what was currently happening downstairs it did work at first but then after a week or so it would just have the circle that spins and spins and nothing would happen. I bought it to check on my dog so it's highly annoying when you get a camera and it didn't let me see what was happening in real time. It was a very clear picture when it did work, the night vision was clear also

App is logging you out on random times. Panning left and right is opposite, when you swipe to right it goes left, doesnt make any sense. Also, a specific event can never be save to anywhere. How will you be able to save a specific one time event? Its useless to go over the whole day of recording when you only need the specific event to save and send to someone. There's no workaround...please fix these bugs and it really does need improvements.

The app says that invitees can't move the camera, but they basically have all the controls that I, as the owner, do. There's no way that I can see to change that. Reviewing your detections, sound and motion are an issue. I never was able to successfully navigate to the most recent one. Deleting is also an issue. I can't select certain ones. Deleting means all are going into the trash. Good camera. The app just needs work.

Updated from a 3 star to a 1 star rating.... After using for a full month, I am very disappointed in and frustrated with the app. The camera can take up to 5 minutes, FIVE FULL MINUTES to show me what's going on after I receive a notification. That's IF the notifications decide they want to work... How do I know they don't work a lot of the time, because I'm in and out and get no notifications that there was motion. I have tried getting help from support and they are not helpful. Not worth it!
