Glitchy and annoying, I got this space monster of an app to be able to get the Pink Nation deals and the game is a good way to waste time. But, I'm pretty sure winners aren't even real people because I've had a score higher than all of the names on the leaderboards and the app quit on me. There's also been issues lately with the items not matching the description of the pictures shown in the shopping portion, but that's outside of the app because it's like that shopping through a browser also.

I would love to give 5 stars and would have PRIOR to the recent FORCED update. Everything worked great but 2 weeks ago or so, I could not use the app without updating it. Unfortunately I STILL can't use it! Too many issues to list but bottom line, it is unusable in its current state. Can't get passed the "upgrade" even though I've already done it... ot keeps telling me to do it and that's it!

App always crashing. Shopping option always glitching and coming up with blank screen and promo codes constantly being removed from my shopping cart if i exit out of it. Weekly turn up game is the WORST when it comes to the glitches. Always crashing, sometimes is just doesnt shown up when you click the activites, doesnt even have a pause button. Rediculous. I only keep the app because you need to show it in store for some exclusive offers and promos. Other than that its useless

The app absolutely sucks. Temporarily locks your account over and over. I type in the password and it still says incorrect. Then you have to pay for the $8 shipping but I can't get free shipping cause it won't sign me in. There system doesn't register the new password reset. It created me a new account when logging in, so there goes ueeless points! I shop here excessively! I really hate there app! Makes me not even want to shop and cancel my credit card if I can't even use the benefits!

This app isn't working at all. I am able to login and search but no matter what I try to click on to view colors and choose a size I get an error message. "It looks like something went wrong. There was an issue loading this product." The app is useless if you cannot view products to order. I tried to update the app as well as delete it and do a complete re-install.

I have had this app since it first came I first I really enjoyed it. I loved playing the weekly challenge until I realized not matter it's just a scam! That game has cheated me over and over again. Every time you get even close to winning or getting a higher score something glitches.Your either out of moves when you just multiple +5 .Multiple times this has happened! I dont even believe the leaderboards are real!

I normally love this app but cannot check out last two days. I always use my vs credit card. It just says something is wrong. I have been waiting to get my free item. I have now lost the 2 I wanted as I cannot check out. Very frustrating considering all I spend here. I order every 2 weeks. Hope this gets fixed soon. I will try and talk to customer service about this on the app as well.

The app has a few glitches. It is slow & kicks me me off a few times, or just sticks & does nothing. past that, if you can order anything it isn't bad. I never know what size of clothes to get, because they never same to be the actual size & they run smaller. Even tho, Instill never know what size to get. sometimes I just have to buy 2 different sizes of the same item & hope for the best. then I will return the one that doesn't fit.

The app has always been glitchy. Recently, the explore tab with the "new+now" and "offers" sections will not load. It is blank. I've made sure my phone's software is up to date, cleared cache/data for the app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app and tried it on both an Android and an iPhone with no luck. So now I can't see/can't take advantage of any offers that are available to me since they are only accessible through the app. Frustrated.

Love the deals that come with being a member of pink nation if only the app would actually let me use the deals instead of quickly tucking them back away as soon as the bar comes up from the bottom. I can not select the add button on catch the code that quickly. It shouldnt be a game just trying to use a discount/ coupon the the app advertises...

App is much faster/convenient than regular site. But I see a lot of mistakes on both where sizes/products/certain styles/prints will be out of stock they still advertise. And they sell out too quickly of popular styles and items. Outside of that, the app is much better. They could offer more & better discounts & deals for repeat customers as well.

VS has the worst apps! It was so overly complicated and impossible to log in to pay on account. The app has had so many issues it caused me to miss payments and hit my credit score because i was unable to log on Also unable to make payments w a card you must use account and routing #! This company has gone so downhill in all shapes and forms. If it wasn't my longest standing credit card, I would cancel in a heartbeat, but then it would hit my credit even more! Shame on this company.

The app was working fine. I'm under 100 points away from a reward and it has an option to wrote a review and post a picture to earn more points. I've eebn trying for WEEKS to do this to earn my final points. Everytime I try, no matter which product I click the app crashes and goes back to the previous page. Whether it be on the app, or the actual website it will not let me "upload a picture." I've even Uninstaller and re-downloaded. This is ridiculous.

Idk what happened in the last month, but the app sucks now. As soon as you select a category, it shrinks into what looks like a desktop view. You can hardly see the items without clicking on them individually. And if you hit your oh8ne back button, it takes you to the home page. You have to find the app's back button to go back to where you left off. All of it is super annoying.

I kept getting the "Oops! Something went wrong" message when I click/tap to view an item. Every item. This started yesterday. The app was up to date. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Now it won't even let me sign in to open the app. Keep getting that same message. I even tried the website on my desktop. Same issue. Did you guys layoff or fire whoever maintains these?

The way the app is set up to use coupons is so confusing. it took me about an hour to place one order (5 items) just from trying to find the coupon codes to get the best deals. Very ineffective and frustrating. in the end, I did get all my items for very good prices but the app needs improvements for an easier customer shopping experience.

I like that it brings all of the exclusive promos directly to you in notifications, BUT ordering a lot of stuff from the app is very frustrating. Sometimes when you click on your shopping cart, you can't go back to shopping; you have to click on the menu to go to the main page to go back to shopping. Also, I was adding things to my shopping cart for about 20 minutes; I never left the app. I had FOURTEEN pairs in panties and had a few pairs in low stock in my cart and when I clicked checkout, it took me to the login screen. Your carts aren't saved. Everything I did was lost. The pairs in low stock were gone in my size. Everytime I order from the app I have problems. I use it to see promos and look at products and then I go to the regular website to order now.

Who decided to make this app have a separate back button. Having that second one disappear all the time doesn't help me either. I've constantly lost what I was looking at. Also, when you hold your finger on an item too long, it starts dragging some useless block of text and you can't scroll anymore I just got a notification to get the app while on the app. Good job guys

Starting to get annoyed with this app. Page skips all the time causing me to select the wrong thing multiple times even after waiting long enough for page to load it never fails as soon as I click on the screen the page moves. Also I can never earn extra rewards points for adding photos to reviews. When I select add photos it does nothing. To save y'all some time yes all my apps are up to date and cache is cleared and I have also restarted my devices. None of which is helping fix the issue.

Eh, the app isn't too bad but some things can most definitely be fixed. It is inconvenient and a little annoying to press the back button in my phone and be taken to the app's homepage, instead of simply being taken to the previous page. Also, when trying to add a picture when writing a review, the page freezes then closes. You can open it back, but it still refuses to let you add a picture
