This app needs some serious work. It's extremely frustrating trying to navigate the system between shopping for items on-sale or just simply viewing the cart. It's a lot of back and forth between the two AND don't forget trying to use their codes which are extremely long (if not a word code.) I've just about given up with this company altogether. Edit: I appreciate your response. If anything, make the app more "smooth" to navigate. Thanks!

***Update...****** The error message was resolved. Thank you for fixing it! The only issue I'm having now is the 'Upload Photo' button isn't working when writing a review. (this is for the app only, not the website) ************** App has so many issues. Currently, I get this error message when trying to add an offer code ("Oops! Something went wrong. We're working on it!"). Pages will open blank; I have to close & reopen the app. The sort 'prices low to high' won't function correctly.

One of the most irritating apps! The constant alerts about "sales" is unreal, crashes about 75% of the time, adding coupon code(s) is borderline unworth the hassle, and layout makes it difficult to see all product options in categories. I seem to always find items in different places that should have appeared in a category that also suited the product. I'm no app prodigy, but I'm not incapable of navigating other apps. Spent WAY too much time on this app to just get frustrated and buy nothing.

The APP (not the products) is the problem. I have had constant issues with it for years. I have no issues with Targets, Amazons, Walmarts, etc. The VS app glitches, freezes, kicks me out, loads different items in different orders, is unreliable, and fingerprint never works. It has caused much unnecessary frustration through the years.

I love the new inclusive line for all skin types and the sizes. But... you have a little work to do on your app on selecting items and either crashing or freezing and not allowing items to be viewed or descriptions to be viewed. Sometimes at checkout, my entire order will dissappear but it doesn't always happen so it might be a glitch.

WORST SHOPPING APP EVER! Soooo many glitches!! And yes, my phone & app are up to date. You can no longer save faves. 60% of the time pushing the back button (either on screen or phone navigation keys) brings you to a blank page or one that appears more like a webpage & doesn't fit on the phone screen. pressing the heart button between top navigation menu & the page you're looking at brings you to a blank page. Half the time I give up on this crappy app & go to the webpage.

I'm echoing many other frustrations here, but it's also my experience that I cannot open my shopping cart to place an order. It always has trouble and asks me to reload the page when I try to view my account information. I most often run into at least 1-2 loading errors. I have tried this on my phone using cellular data, wifi, the app, the website, and my computer. None of which are the problem. When I can ACTUALLY use the app to actually make and track purchases, it's great.

Great brand so I expected the app that works..Not really the case. Multiple times I was forced to restart the app, or app would crash or just freeze, so I wouldnt be able to do shopping through it, but would have to have laptop or pc access because it just doesnt work well. kt keeps on getting blocked, doesnt open the page, stops working and restarts again and so on. Am really disappointed, I expected more from VS. Great brand, but I am sure they can do better than this application wise...

App is always having issues. Incredibly hard to shop using it. When you are shopping and you sort your list, if you click on an item and then go back, it resets the items so you don't go back to where you left off and have to start all over again everytime. Half the time the app doesn't work at all. All other apps, actual website, everything else works so it's just their app, not my phone or connection issue. I have to shop directly from the website most the time. Horrible app. Please fix.

Browsing is okay most of the time, but good luck placing an order! I've been trying to place an order through the app, website, and chat. The chat one worked temporarily but was canceled. If I was closer to a store, I would probably just go in. I've been told a couple of times that it must be my connection, but I've tried on wifi, full 5G with AT&T and Verizon. Heck, I've even tried the iOS version of the app. Super disappointing, super broken app.

I like that it makes it easier to shop, especially when you don't have any Victoria Secret in your town. But, it does freeze up easily and is super slow. It acts like the server is super crowded, and it will take a couple minutes to load almost every page. (My Internet has nothing to do with it, because no matter if I use my 5G outside or my Internet right next to the router, it always acts the exact same.)

Slow running application: I have been using the Victoria Secret app for quite some years. Lately, it is hard to navigate through the app because either I can't log in to view my information- orders, shopping, and/or viewing settings. It's frustrating that this is happening. I have the latest version of the app and have a reliable phone service as well as wifi/data. The problem is the app. I hope these kinds of problems are fixed.

Any time you swipe to go back ONE page, it takes you back to the main home page. Then you have to find the category you were originally looking at, apply your filters, and then continue on. it's such a reflex to use that method to go back a page, it happens MULTIPLE times. I don't want to use the tiny arrow in the bottom left, it's too far and don't like being forced to use it. (Running the latest update)

Oh my , as far as the app , it's very time consuming, it lags , & I normally always have to call if I'm using any coupons , rewards etc. I wish they would fix all the bugs. I can also never post a pic & nobody can figure out why so this is irritating as well. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. I did 4* because I'm happy it works but improvements need done. It has more glitches then anything I use & sometimes I could scream. Get up to date with the times. VS

The app no longer works for me. The option that works is the home tab. When I try to shop nothing loads at all...just a white screen with tab options on the bottom. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. It has the most current update so that isnt the issue. This has been going on for months now...thought the bugs would've been worked out by now. Very disappointed

was such a hassle to just get some bras. first off, it wouldn't let me sign in, so I had to change password. First one I chose said I couldn't reuse password haha but wouldn't let me sign in with that one, how ridiculous. Secondly, it would not except address as it has in the past , put 2 others in would not except either. for some unknown reason, finally excepted one of themsame 3 that ive been trying to put in! Took over an 1hr just to order 4 dang bras. Deleting VS after this for sure.

I JUST updated this app to the current version today, 1/12/24. While I was shopping I would put a filter on to find the product I wanted. I would click on a particular product to view it and every time I would click the back button, it would bring me back to the ho.epage and I would have to start my search again. This would also happen when I added to cart. Please fix the bugs so I can give a higher rating!

UPDATE: Still the same issues it had back in 2021. It turns to a white screen and I have to start ALL OVER! Its extremely frustrating. It logs me out ALL THE TIME. I wouldn't use the app at all if we still had a store closer. I make due but its taking me days to do a simple shopping trip because I have to keep starting over, I've stop purchasing from her as much because of it.

Crashes when I go to (edit to add it crashes for all categories). Ran pretty smooth until then. I said, *Yes, app is up-to-date.* Photos don't really load super quick, sometimes at all. Scrolling through photos is a pain because it skips back to the first one or refuses to scroll at all. Videos do not load. Been a while since I've window-shopped or checked sales, so the new look is quite nice. It seems to run much more smoothly otherwise now. Hopefully they can figure out the crashing issue.

App never recognizes my password and cannot see my orders. I have created new account and still issues. Losing any royalty points I may have had. The app sucks! Update 5/2024: still not recognizing my email address and have to reset each time. I enabled fingerprint login and nothing happens. Thanks for responding to my concern (no response) from my last review.
