If we can't even contact them how are we supposed to solve our query. I have tried the chat option, calling option, left message on facebook messenger, an email also still haven't got any reply. Pathetic service from them. Never ever book your airline ticket from them. Worst Application for Airline ticket booking.

One of worst app with horrible customer support. I booked my flight using this shittiest app and later on had to reschedule my flight. When contacted with the Airlines they told that they have a +/- 7 days zero fee scheduling policy for their customers. But according to the Via customer support team no such policy exists. And they forced me to cancel my flight ticket. And for the refund I needed to call 100 times to the numbers which doesn't exist. Bloody scammers. Never recommend it to anyone

Pity i had to give one star... doesn't deserve that even. Absolute zero customer care service... Do not expect ANY sort of help with regards to your booking if you need to cancel or change it. And their customer care numbers/ email is fake. If you are buying tickets and traveling for sure then you can use this app/website.

I booked ticket from pune to nashik. Got confirmation and ticket etc. When I called on number which provided on ticket before one hour from my pickup point, they said bus is cancelled. And you have to cancel ticket now. In app when I'm trying to cancel ticket get redirected to chatbox where no one replies to my msg. That means there is no cancellation occurred.

Worst app. I have booked my flight ticket but it was cancelled due to covid. But in indigo site it's written it will be refunded in the way of credit shell. But in this site it's not showing any credit shell. Even in indigo it's not accepting the pnr credit shell. Kindly refund my money to my account. Worst app ever.

Very happy and thankful to use via app. Few issues are passenger name misspelled when user's keyboard has auto correct option. Ticket details revirw is needed before making payment so that the users can able tocorrect mis spelled names. Kindly update it because tickets with mis spelled passenger name give biggest headache as the user's have to contact respective airlines.

VIA, the worst service provider. Befor you book pls call them on 80 3941 4141 their toll free number. I gaurantee that they will never pick up. I am trying to reach out them since two week, its coming busy there is no protocol. Its better to book with other service provider. our refund is awaiting for more than a month and there is no respons to it. U may get cheaper fare option for your requirement however suggest to go with some reputed one as when u are in truble then you cant count them.

Worst experience ever, worst booking app, worst customer care in the world...if possible I would have given Zero star or in negative. Booked tickets, due to personal reason had to cancel the trip. These people are neither cancelling the tickets nor responding to queries.... Never ever recommend anyone to book tickets from it. STAY AWAY FROM VIA IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TO BE SECURE!!!

Irresponsible , unprofessional app . I regretted booking from here. They didn't give an notice or update on our flight status. When I cancelled it said refundable but they never replied and haven't refunded . I tried contacting them many times but never replied . I gave up after about two months for trying . Now this app has the audaciy to send email for offers and all

Rates showing even at the end of booking are cheaper than other apps Reducing the rating from 5 to 1. Though the rates are cheaper, its not able to book any bus ticket for past 30 mins. Tried for 3 different route fir 3 different days. Halted at OTP page and not received the OTP. Parallely i tried from other app to ensure my mobile is receiving OTP without any issue. Since the app couldn't able to initiate the transactaion request OTP are not received.

Worst app ever. I booked bus tickets through this app, money got deducted and booking dint get confirm. I tried getting in touch with the customer support. Tried calling them but couldn't connect. Sent multiple messages on their chat window. No use. No response until now. And dint get back my money also. This is a fraud app.

The company is uncontactable. We bought a ticket with the possibility of changing flight dates. After trying to contact the company for 2 days through phone and email, my father is now forced to take the flight which he needed to change. We had paid extra for a ticket whetr the date could be changed. What is the point of that? Wouldn't recommend anyone using this company if you need after sale support. And dont bother paying extra for a flexible ticket, its as good as not flexible. What a scam!

Worst experience from these people, I tried booking my ticket from this source, the ticket got stuck in transition. It nither got booked nor cancelled but the money has been deducted. Tried calling the helpline number for many times but the helpline number itself is helpless. Very very very very very very very very disappointed. Please, atlesat now try to do something with my ticket it still shows in progress.

Once you book there is absolutely no customer support. They have charged an exorbitant amount for cancellation despite the covid crisis. I will be filing a complaint against the company regarding the ticket as they have not mentioned the travel restrictions on the perticular flight and are charging a cancellation fee although it's their mistake. Kindly book direct from the airline site avoid such cheap cheating b grade apps.

I have purchased a ticket from kolkata to bagdogra and back at the end of May. But due to the corona situation I want to cancel the ticket. Whenever I am going to the cancellation option, the display is showing "loading form" and the cursor is going round and round. I kept the display on for one hour to see if any form appears. But nothing appeared. I tried it several times but everytime it failed. There is no problem in my net connection. Next I tried to contact via team by chat. No response.

Horrible app.... Don't take any initiative... Of airline cancels your ticket they will shed all the responsibility won't refund the amount. There is no option on the app as well as the site to edit the phone number and without the same they will book your tickets but will not cancel the same. I booked another ticket from go ibibo and my refund has been credited. But this site is definitely horrible. Highly dissatisfied. I even called them multiple times but couldn't get through.

Worst app, I have tried cancelling the bus ticket, but there wasn't a response till the time we could cancel. They have responded once the time for the cancellation got over, this is just a scam. I have mailed them regarding the issue too, but there was no reply too. Stupid app and the customer service people are also helpless to solve the issue.

Never book on this app. They don't provide any grievance redressal system. They don't provide any contactable number at all; only one email address through which it takes hours to get a response from them. Most pathetic service for air ticket booking. Moreover this is the 2nd time I am submitting my review. I am not sure they will let me publish.

The app is wonderfully developed takes care of user preferences. Information displayed is not too constricted and stuffed ... easy to use and navigate across . Does inform about the offers and conditions before making the booking which is preferred by most customers ... best of all is the unmatched prices ... Also provides link to track the location of the vehicle before the pick up. it's actually perfect if at all looking for a suggestion meal selection and addition can be provided Happy 😊

Had booked round trip flight on this app and later the trip got cancelled by airline. Such cases, you expect the money to be refunded as early as possible. It's been 2 weeks and no communication in this regard has been received. The status of refund is not reflected on the app too. The customer care doesnt pick up calls. Nor they respond to queries on app. I have no idea, whom to contact for claim. So the app doesn't serve the purpose and absolutely not customer friendly these days.
