Annoying app refusing money withdrawal request (only support Vietinbank accounts). Customer who do not wish to make authentication cannot do anything with money has been deposited.

I failed many times to verify my identication after repeatedly taking photos due to your request. Seems your AI is not intelligent at all! Very disappointed and bad experience, it wasted my time. Highly not recommended!!!

Garbage app with over complicated functionalities and tricks to try to steal money from user - cant export less than 100k, ask many steps to pay with external linked bank cars. This is why nobody use your app

Không định danh được (không xác thực được khuôn mặt dù mình thử cả chục lần). Hnay thử vào lại thì bị lỗi "SDK not usable. Hook detected". Quá tốn thời gian đăng ký mới mà không làm được gì. Cannot verify my ID (the app cannot recognize my face even I tried more than 10 times). Tried again today and get error of " SDK not usable". Take a lot of time for new user. Too bad for big app.

The QR turned into a rectangle and failed to be recognized on several occasions. Sometimes it works. I recommend to the dev to stop scaling the image to the screen

All in one app and user friendly. Great service as one time I had made payment 2 times (only 10k vnd), the customer service team to contact me few days later whether it's a duplicated one so that they can support.

It's very hard to use this app. It even asks me to stop my phone's internet security app in order to open VNPAY. No other banking apps do the same.

At first, VNPAY E-wallet did not impress me due to some of inconveniences. However, over time, it has been improved massively and is now one of my favorite online purchase methods. A well-deserved 5* for all the efforts from VNPAY team to continuously raise the standards of their product.

Many good features by interlink with other platforms. However, unlocking is a nightmare. There is no option to unlock except calling hotling (only work during business hours). E wallet can't be used without human touch. That's a stupid design.
