This is frustrating app you can't check your balance it always makes retry otherwise you can reacharge and pay your bills because there are money that is clear what it mean and their network system very slow not consistently perform better that is giganet lol. I can give you please don't buy this sim card after buying you will be frustrate . Its my experience and you can try it but you can't buy after that .

It is very bad, I am not able to login and after logging in, no active plan is shown. Nothing is visible except 'try again'. No matter how many times I try, I install it again and the same problem is occurring. Internet is also slow. I have complained many times, it has not been resolved yet. First it shows the process and then it gets resolved but the problem remains the same. The service has become very bad. 😒

Wrong commitment and not working properly. I booked one sim by this app... And paid Rs. 299. But after that I am not able to see even a single clue from this app that I have booked one sim online by this app. And even customer care is doing pathetic work... No response.... But thank God, i have taken screenshot shot at that time..... I don't recommend to use this Vi app... Vi is now no more trustworthy ......

😢 Very third class network, internet speed, data deduction, call drop, every worst thing can happen with vi network. And experienced every bad thing about it. And they don't even try to resolve it. Not in one location, every location it's same.

Worst app.. does not work properly. When i use to open the app it show try again. Only when i do recharge then the app opens but after it it doesn't work. We can't se how much data is left or not ,nor we can see our pack details , this makes it worse. Out of 100 try only 1 or 2 times app works that sucks. Vi being this much big telecom company does not provide proper service to its users. That totally sucks. From 2 months i am really upset from this app..

i had a terrible experience with Vi's network and their app. The network speed was painfully slow, making it impossible to browse the internet or even make calls without constant interruptions. The Vi app, which is supposed to help manage your account, was equally frustrating. Itwould often crash or freeze, leaving me unable to check my balance or recharge. Overall, Vi's slow network and unreliable app made my life a nightmare, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Facing network issues off late. While registering complaint they validate the signal strength against Wifi/Other SIM.l Damn. They do not even understand that your network is tool slow and can't even connect to your app. They will close the complaint as if it's resolved but it still isn't. All the data is going to waste. Worst experience overall. Will have to chose another provider if not resolved ASAP.

improvements can be made to responsiveness, and ux. please make it run more smooth. It lags sometimes for a while after pressing the buttons. Apart from that it's all good. please sort the data/day packs with info about service validity in a more intuitive way.

One of the worst services I ever had with this sim. Couldn't solve any complaint also when we are recharge before the cessation of existing plan. It automatically override the new plan and the validity date is reduced. Worst in attaining the complaints too. Couldn't speak to one customer service provider. The internet speed is slower than 2G and sometimes it is not at all showing any signals. But when for their ads, they are calling regularly 😡

Vi network is very slow in overall Mumbai City & in Navi Mumbai region.I took my connection from Kerala, Kerala network is ok, but in Mumbai it's very slow, even takes a long time to attach a word file. Can't even use X. Even can't run WhatsApp status video clips. Improve your network speed, OR I will port to another network, that's the only option.

very poor network, recharged today just because I couldn't act in time to port to other network. This is strictly the last recharge in case network doesn't improve soon. The app doesn't accept network complaints. When I visited your outlet, the person asked to do it from app only. So, I do not have much options left.

The VI Application has many bugs and the service they provide has many problems, my internet data speed gets randomly changed From good ping to worse in just some minutes and we can't even do anything about it. The AI on VI app just rechecks the connection and if anything is wrong it puts up a message of internet issue on our side which is of no benefit, my network especially wavers when I am playing games and downloading from browser.

The VI network is just getting more and more terrible and frustrating , you never get good network even if your data is on and it's showing that the strength's fine but whenever you're trying to do any stuff which requires internet it just doesn't work!at all!. Sometimes it gets so much worse that I can't even send a SINGLE MESSAGE on WhatsApp. These things are so annoying when I am recharging my number regularly with a good amount and still the service is like this even after 2 months waiting.

This app has a very bad performance. It lags everytime and even the network is slow sometimes no network is there ! Even VI doesn't open when there is a slow network which is provided! The online payment options are horrible it takes soo much time even for the payment option . Such a horrible app . And not also helping the customer! This is so unacceptable. Improve your service

What's the use of upgrading the app while the network is degrading. I mean 5star wala update i.e now you can't even register a problem. Let's you off your own complaint with "everything looks fine" And the best part is network test results -7mbps/9mbps, funny how it can't seem to detect how I am struggling between E, G & 4g 1bar. Surely the app has upgraded but the network is just a facade. Had to switch networks to post this. Lastly, No complains 🤣🤣, you know why ,"EVERYTHING LOOKS FINE"

Worst app ever and network also . I have been using this sim for so long and I had raised complaint for slow internet but aren't makeing it any better.I have to take classes regularly and its really annoying to unable to connect to the class. They should strive to make their services better because now I am thinking to port my sim card and I so frustrated with their services.

Worst app and service. The 4G data itself doesn't work on this app, I've to switch to wifi every time to view my balance and even then sometimes it wont show and tell me to keep trying again. Despite paying so much for recharges, the net doesn't work on the Vi app itself. There's still 5.6 GB data available, and still the net is so slow and nothing works with data pack. I usually have no issues, but this time it's the opposite. How can one recharge in case of emergencies?

The VI app provides seamless experience for managing vi sim. It has no convince fee for recharge and also has offer for few high cost plans. One thing I dislike about the app is that other provides provide free callertune from their apps but vi charges even for callertunes(songs). Very bad.

In the latest update, the app's UI has been revamped, making it more user-friendly. There's room for more homepage customization, but overall, it's quite impressive. The internet speed is commendable as well; although it's 4G and not 5G, the performance is excellent. Additional benefits such as data rollover and unlimited night data are the icing on the cake. I'm eagerly awaiting the 5G rollout from Vi.
