Update - several months later I'm still getting notifications and I have asked for the account to be closed several times. They emailed and say they will delete the account, then just close the request for No reason!!! Original feedback - No way to stop notifications. They will email and send notifications several times a day. When you turn off in settings it still happens. The customer service says it takes a month to take effect but nearly 6 weeks later I still get them.

Sometimes vague in many areas, like description/item headings but overall an outstanding shopping experience, this app definitely has a European attitude that is lacking in some others, some might say that's a bad thing but it's character in my opinion. the customer service team has helped me profusely in the past, too. some of my very favourite possessions have been purchased through vestiaire.

App works well. I've had no problems as a buyer. Two of my orders were cancelled by the sellers and they gave me €15 vouchers as compensation which was ok. I once had an issue with listing an item and customer service was polite and very helpful. However as a seller I think there should eventually be some kind of penalty for buyers who constantly make offers and then don't purchase, like on ebay. Once or twice, I understand. But over 15 times for one item... very annoying.

The app itself works fine. The whole business needs to be shut down. Lack of customer service, the only way you'll reach anyone is through chat and only if you keep initiating it. If you do decide to make a purchase, do yourself a favor and always use PayPal as at least PP guarantees buyer protection because Vestiaire has none. The worst customer service that you will ever witness. Quality control? Yeah, never heard of it! Broken items are "very good condition" apparently. Avoid like a plaque!

Useless customer service, cumbersome processes and horrible user experience both for buyer and seller. Constantly pushing sellers to drop prices as the only way to sell faster. Prevent communication between buyer and seller, deleting messages and preventing photo sharing in chat. Team of "experts" randomly claimed that a piece was missing from the item I sold, never said what or why, and then just cancelled the order. Both buyer and seller frustrated and no info to back the incorrect claim.

-2 for how difficult it is to slide between images, which is something that should have zero difficulty at all. +1 for great response time! -1 for sizes not being filtered correctly (when looking for a certain size, everything else will still pop up as well)

Nice. Precision search (à la Vinted) is a must for uncommon sizes (L36, L38, L40). Update: having access to favorites from any screen is a must, it could be a star or heart button left of the shopping bag button. Right now, you have to go to your profile and scroll down to find the Favourites item. Update2: app stills sends notifications of garments you're not interested in anymore (wrong size, etc).

App in general works fine but I encountered a bug in the checkout which messed up the delivery address. I contacted customer service within 20 minutes of placing the order but am being completely stonewalled. They keep disconnecting my chats and not even trying to help resolve an issue that I am not responsible for and could have done nothing to prevent. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Absolutely fuming and have wasted a good chunk of my day trying to get ANY help. What a complete circus!

The website app is not responsible for your technical problems (price item and selling fees changes after items have been shipped, without previous communication). Application with many bugs! The price you set for sale is not respected. Especially when you define where you ship from, the rate they ask for is not fixed and varies constantly. Even after the sale has been made, they lower the commission without warning, changing it without prior notice. Customer service never has a reliable answer.

I don't know what I was expecting. The app itself works relatively well. The issues start when you browse the items, you see the price of an item you like, you click on it and the price is higher. Why? Noone can tell you. If you have an issue and try to contact the customer support, you will get very little help, just empty phrases and "I will get back to you later' than another CS representative takes over, now this person needs to be explained everything from the beginning... no help at all.

Hit or miss app unfortunately... When you're a seller, there's lots of bugs and unnecessary hurdles to take in order to list items. I was asked to upload pictures of the labels, which I did but then the listing got rejected, so I have to start all over again. No reason is given why it got rejected... Customer service is useless and repeating the same information without providing details nor reason. The suggested prices are lower than the market prices. Stockx is better

Vestiare has a horrible, convoluted process for obtaining a reimbursenent for a package lost in the mail. I don't see how they are going to survive with other sites like Poshmark and Etsy that have seamless customer service. It also takes a really long time for sales to clear. Overall, a mediocre selling experience in comparison to other platforms. One pro is access to a global audience, but the experience design of the app, website and customer service protocol is just disappointing...

After forking out payments that were immediately processed for buy-it-now designer goods, I was told that "after communication with the seller the item is no longer available" not once, but TWICE. Being issued a refund with a conditional promo code is absolutely ridiculous customer service, especially considering the gratuitous authentication and shipping fees per purchase passed on to customers. I've basically given out a loan at 0% interest. Save your money for more secure sites and purchases.

I have never been more frustrated with an app. I have never encountered so much "error occured" in any other app - this app is ridiculously frustrating. Im even having trouble logging in; it says :gateway timeout". Then I'm trying to checkout for 2 hours now, gateway err.The shipping fee is so high and they charge for auth fees. After getting a good offer - you realize you're not really getting a good deal. Lots of good items but the platform is unreliable so I'll stick with my other app.

Super easy to use, chat with sellers, and buy. I've bought two verified items and one with direct shipping and it's always fast. The Vestiare Collective team was honest about my item and they ask you to verify your purchase if there are differences in the listing and the item they get. If you don't want it anymore you can get a refund.

Clean clean clean interface. Love it. Love the selection, tons of great pieces as less than retail. Limited pieces and vintage also available. The only thing I don't like, and it's enough for a star, is the sellers' ability to lower the price by as little as .02 USD. It creates an annoying tendency to do very small price drops frequently (sending you lots of notifications that the Nike x Dior pair is now $17,678.98), instead of timely reasonable drops in price due to no demand or bad pricing.

Buggy. It was my first time making a purchase so I used a promo code which was applied to my cart. The app showed my cart with the discount right up until I submitted. I then discovered that the app charged me the full amount anyway. Reached out to customer service but there was no resolution and they said they would just email me in the future. I don't have high hopes for that. Pretty disappointed. I do not recommend using the app. (Sent my order # and will update review if this is resolved)

Extremely frustrated. Starting a couple weeks ago, I can't upload any pictures at all. "Customer service" offers little help, and the chat kept crashing, so I can't even talk to anyone. When I do get a picture uploaded, it's sideways? Update: I have now discovered that I can attach a file, but only if I open the camera first. Overall, things running smoother. And thank you for added communication!

Really bad app. It's very buggy and incredibly cumbersome to add listings. It's also not very sophisticated, which makes it clunky and confusing to use. The two most frustrating aspects are that you can't edit listings once they're posted and that offers aren't binding. I constantly receive and accept offers, and the buyers don't complete the purchase. Lastly, the customer service email has been turned off and now there's a bot which is extremely unhelpful. I have stopped listing on this app.

If I want to stop getting your emails, I should be able to unsubscribe in the email. I don't care if it's "not for commercial purposes." I don't want the emails anymore. eBay provides a LARGE button on every item alert email in case you no longer want the alerts, so why can't you? I shouldn't have to go through excessive effort to escape your emails. I just blocked and reported you as spam.
