This app/watch has so much potential, but it just falls short for me. I bought the watch for my 10 year old son who I didn't want to have a phone yet. He is always bike riding and comes home from school on the bus and is home alone. I like to be able track him, but the real time tracking rarely works and is always just spinning. I've reached out to customer support but they were not able to help. Messages and calls work fine though.

This is an absolute joke of an app as well as the watch the you use with it. Putting a loved ones health in the hands of this junk would very possibly cost them dearly when or if it was ever needed. First off this will not call 911 in case of an emergency. Second the watch works very sporadically and randomly just shuts off for days. Third the app is useless unless everyone whom your loved one wants contacted downloads the app as well. Just don't waste your time. There are better products.

I would not recommend tge app nor smart care. I am very dissatisfied with the app and the smart care watch. It doesn't f. Real time movement you hv to set up times for 7t to alert you which keeps the battery run down. Neither is it accurate nor seems to be able to track the person I love. I uninstalled the app like they said and still 1 1/2 months later it is still not giving the step count thru out the day nor updating the tracking system.

I haven't been able to see my son's location on the app for several days now. The location is stuck on our home address. I've reinstalled it multiple times already. Seems even worse since I updated a few days ago but was not doing a good job tracking shortly before that either...just even worse now

UPDATE: App is now working great! Krishnan &the Dev Team worked *tirelessly* to figure out a solution to get the app working on my Apple Watch and iPhone. Never had such great customer service! Five stars for support. Buggy and sending notifications every day that I need to do a test call - even though I just did one. Location sharing error messages when location IS being shared. And now with latest update, not working and caregiver/medical info just gone.

This is my second review. 1 year later this app still has the same issues. Not receiving my kids messages sometimes not till a day later. Takes to long for GPS to locate. This isn't even in real time anymore. I keep getting signed out and then the app won't let me sign in. I have 5 of these watches for my children including my grandson I'm very frustrated. The older system before the big update was so much better. I'm to the point I need to look for something considering a year later nothing

The app worked fine when I 1st installed it, but now I can not change any of the contacts. It just keeps showing that an error occurred. The watch itself is in another state with my elderly mother, and so customer service states that they can not help me.

Doesn't work at all. I installed it on my Galaxy S24 Ultra and my watch. I set it up on my watch but it says to finish setup on the phone. The app opens but won't get past the booting screen. No matter if I uninstall it and reinstall it or force stop and restart. Update @Verizon: No "join beta" option available

Has nothing to do with technical support, unlike the representative led me to believe when he had me download it. UPDATE: Response to reply. I no longer havethe app on my phone so I cannot reach outthat way. I can, however, clarify what I meant. My phone would not complete a system update (turns out it was too old). I called and spoke to a "Level 2" technical support specialist who had me download this app. He said this is how he could see into my phone and see what was happeneing. Bottom line, the tech support agent LIED. Everything he said he was "doing in the background" was a lie. When all he had to say was my phone was too old to receive system updates. Bottom line: This app is not for system updates and that is what I was told it was for. You could almost say my review hass nothing to do with this app, just like this app had nothing to do with resolving my problem.

At least the app will load now, but it doesn't let me add my watch and says it's not compatible even though it's supposed to be (Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic).

Abruptly quit working, doesn't remember my device, and won't reconnect. I think the app is broken after a recent update.

Was working great until the newest update. The map scale keeps changing. It starts at 400 miles on the scale, then I tap the screen to zoom in, and it zooms to 200 miles, 4000 miles, 1 mile, 400 feet, and the only way to get a zoom in that is usefull is opening it in mapview. It's not good when you need a fast location.

What a joke! Was working fine til there was an update. More like a downgrade! I use this device and app to track my father who has dementia so its very important to make sure the app is running like it used to! First off when the update happened it signed all of us out. Now it the app looks like a cartoonish style font and graphics. One of the main features it had is no longer there which was a feature that let us know when he left certain distance from the house. FIX IT!

The accuracy pinpointing the location of the watch paired with this app is horrible. The location will move miles one minute in the opposite direction, then back to the original location the next minute. As of a week ago, the app no longer allows the user to use screenshots in the app, which now makes this app and the watch pointless. I already sent an email about this issue but have not received a response.

App has not worked for the last several days. I have spent more than an hour with customer service, unistalling, reinstalling, deleting cache, etc. Nothing worked. I get a "there's been an error if it persists contact customer service" when I try to sign in....I have an Android phone. App previously worked great. I believe there was an update pushed out a week ago that has caused these issues. Verizon PLEASE fix it!!! UPDATE: Verizon tech fixed it!!! Works great now. THANK YOU!!!!

App updated today on top of already being some what sluggish and updates location sporadically now there is no cusor when I type so if I make an error I have to delete everything I've written to rewrite bc you can't just go back and click to fix it. The text box also doesn't move so I cannot scroll through my text it just runs off screen so I can't see if I've made typos. The call quality is also terrible on my daughter's watch. It almost always drops/or can't answer when she calls.

This app works very intermittently at best. When I try to locate my son's watch, it will keep turning & eventually say it cannot locate the watch. When I reached out to customer service, I was told they cannot fix a signal issue. This is wholly incorrect since my phone works perfectly in the same areas that I'm trying to locate the watch. (Such as at our neighborhood park.) Very frustrating. UPDATE: The watch we are using is a Samsung Watch4 LTE (not a Care Smart Watch).

I am continually signed out of the app. I have been unable to sign in for over 30 mins. I'm stuck in some sort of sign in/create account loop. Hopefully all the messages I've received, but can't check aren't my loved in an emergency situation. Here we are months later. Still 1 star. There is no longer an option to send a code to invite contacts. Typing is still awful. Location services are spotty at best, can take up to 5 minutes to locate.

This was fantastic and I loved it......until the update. Messages and notifications are late or come in the next day. Map graphics are awful now. Messaging is messed up, half the box is behind my keyboard with no way to put it back where it was pre-update. I can't see what I'm typing. Verizon needs to fix the update and issue another. Why "fix" it if it wasn't broke?!?! SUPER disappointed!!

Disappointed! I just got the app upgrade (not my choice) and I am so disappointed in the satellite tracking image. Since Oct I have used this for my 12 yr old and LOVED the tracking feature. Image was clear, close up, and accurate. Now it's so far away there's almost no point. I thought graphics were supposed to improve...this is worse. 👎
